Today, I went for some assistance with my car battery. The manager Edgar did an excellent job in helping me out. His customer service was awesome and was very great at providing info and answering any questions I had in mind. He was very professional. Highly recommend for whomever needs assistance to go to this store.

Edgar and Christian were such lifesavers. They found the battery I needed and Edgar did me the favor of installing it. The team truly has a great attitude and went above and beyond. The other store could not assist me at all.

Went in 10/05 at about 7pm for a wiper blade, they made me buy one which wasn't the correct one. I go do the return within 5min one of the "managers", I think those are the ones with grey shirts, says the one I am returning isn't it but doesn't bother helping the other manager, which was so confused for the correct wiper blade, I ask for return and look for the wiper blade on my own and they wanted to give me full refund instead of me just having to pay difference.The kid in the red shirt very helpful by the way, but then "managers" wanted to take over and ruined the good customer service by not helping me find the correct blade.

They have what I need for most part but I give it a star less because the female supervisor that was there was rude and basically suggested she new more on my vehicles problem than the mechanic/electrician that I had contracted.. all that sassy-ness just because I wanted the warranty for my starter. Remove her and the rest are fine. Rude lady, I won't forget her being rude to my father-in-law.

Martin was very cordial and informative. He tested car battery and replaced it and he also checked the alternator and starter. Too bad he doesn't get commission on what he sells. Great guy.

Great help and great service! Needed assistance on getting new wipers and the fluid as well as what I needed for an entire oil change! Highly recommended and ask for Edgar on quick wiper changes!

Worst customer service ever, I was in line for over 10 minutes till I walk out. I was in for a quick walk in purchase of tire shine product. Rep was telling customer in check out he needed a purchase order number to pick up an online purchase. Customer did not have it in hand, therefore the line got longer after me. It was so simple to say, hey while you get the purchase order number let me take care of these customers. Will not go back to this Autozone.

Terrible customer service went in today and the manager was in a bad mood, they didnt want to help at all, if you don like customers then work somewhere where you dont have to talk to anyone

The older female assistant manager in the grey shirt by far has the worst customer service manner that I have ever experienced. She yelled at us out of frustration for not knowing the exact details of the part we needed. Then we asked for another employee that could help us. She scoffed and referred to us in demeaning manner. I have shopped at this particular location for for almost two decades. Recently after this lady has been there the customer service for that store has dropped considerably. Unfortunately, I don't think anything is going to change. Advance Auto Parts by far has better customer service then this place that I was so loyal to at one time. I hope that this review does not come off as vindictive but rather informative. No one deserves to be spoken to in this manner especially customers that are willing to spend a considerable amount of money.

About what you would expect from an auto zone. They do have what you need,the prices are reasonable,the staff is so-so there is usually one person that goes above and beyond but when its your turn and you need that person well,you get what you get.I see they are somewhat covid compliant but not enforcing safety protocols. People came in without ma a ks and were not told to please wear one to enter. The stickers on the floor were present stating keep a safe distance but the people in line were close enough to turn around and offer you gum because they can smell the garlic shrimp you had for lunch.If they work on these safety measurements then Auto zone would be the go to place it once was.

Worst customer service of any Autozone in Laredo,Tx.Female manager is extremely rude, not very helpful at all.It is honestly no wonder why retail stores like this are closing at a rapid pace.The customer service is terriblePeople rather shop online then have to deal with rude, disrespectful, and employees that do not want to help

Waited in line far to long to check out. One clerk on register, two others doing nothing. They were definitely avoiding the business of collecting money and being pro-active.

A lady manager that they have there has a horrible attitude. I ended not buying anything here and headed to Napa. I would not recommend this place for anything. If you like being yelled at for not knowing the name of the part by all means this is the location for you.

Wrote this review while waiting on the phone. 16 minutes 39 seconds and counting. Not to mention it s not even during a busy time of the day 2:06pm. Hope they can seriously improve this issue. I m just buying my parts elsewhere with this kind of customer service. What a shame .. BAD!!!

I have shopped at this Auto Zone location for years and the personnel have always been very helpful and friendly. And I always choose Auto Zone because of the treatment customers receive. Except today, the female manager (i suppose) was the most rude, insolent and bad mannered Auto Zone person that I have witnessed in any store. Needless to say, I won't be shopping at this location anymore.

9 STARS , the employees were very helpful n courteous . Got everything we needed to replace a battery which was in stock with a comparable value for the old one .
