Excellent service, great value. They have fixed my truck right the first time. I highly recommend them. My truck started rattling when on the highway. I took it with them and they promptly isolated the issue to a wheel that had lost the balancing. I am sure other places would have invented a sad story just to charge more. Thanks for the exceptional customer service.

Awesome customer service & the lobby is really chill & comfortable, my kinda vibe. My father recommended & convinced me to come here. I went to 2 different local highly recommended shops & was told I needed to replace my AC compressor But when I came here it was discovered by this wonderful establishment to be a leak in a hose (simple fix) Thank you for what you do, eliminating my stress, & most of all saving me money

Very good experience at All Tune and Lube! They were able to look at my car same-day, diagnosed a complicated problem that wasn't what I had thought it was (engine mounts, not a problem with the car AC), got all the parts together while I went to lunch, and had it entirely fixed the same afternoon. They even picked me up from home to finish out the transaction.

Very dishonest!!!! Had a ac job done on a company vehicle, my company bought the parts and asked to keep the bad parts. Long story short, they gave me back a part that doesn t even go on the vehicle that I asked them to repair. Shady business and they are very expensive. Also the left hoses unhooked and missing screws. This location is very deceitful.

Very dishonest people. I would not drive by their street. I asked them to change oil cooling lines about one hour job. I brought the part with me. They charged me $437. They said they had to do rethreading which is a correction of something they messed up. Again my truck was in there one hour. Having out of town license plate, they are very dishonest people.I never say NASTY people to any one but this place is.

Took my van in to have the air conditioner compressor replaced.There were some somplications. They adjusted the final bill and even stayed after closing time to be sure my car was finished that day.Would recommend for any auto work. Fair and reasonable prices They go the extra mile to take care of their customer.

Went there for a transmission fluid change and they said I also needed a new valve cover, they were actually really fast at getting it done and I really appreciated the discount. Great service

Excellent customer service. Engine light came on in my car and was diagnosed for new spark plugs tuneup and engine clean out. Everyone was very courteous and professional. Will come back again.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP! Took in my vehicle for a simple AC fix and ended up leaving the shop with more issues. I was left stranded due to the shop not connecting a transmission line properly which caused all the transmission fluid to leak and had to pay for a tow truck to take the truck back to the shop for them to fix what they failed to do correctly the first time around. I once again got my vehicle back with issues that were not happening before my AC issue and decided the dealership services would be the best option to fix the issues. I was advised a blue shop towel was left inside the transmission and ended up realizing All Tune and Lube Laredo on McPherson Rd did a poor job on my vehicle and left me in charge of paying for an issue I never had or even caused on my own. This poor shop caused damage to internal components of the transmission which caused me to pay for a new transmission all on my own because according to the mechanics of the shop the owner has another Monday-Friday 9-5 and never contacted me about any accountable on the issues they caused. This shop is managed very poorly by a manager who can't even have the decency to even call me to speak about the issues and how to come up with a plan to resolve the issues.

All Tune and Lube has good service and reasonable prices. They do good work but I don't appreciate that at times a time estimate will be given but contact won't be made until 2 hours or a day later. At times no updates (that were assured at a specific time) will be made at all unless the client calls to ask for an update.

Car was overheating - I needed help. They saw that it was my radiator fan messing up and fixed it. My only issue with them was the pricing, they charged me $1,050 for parts and labor. The radiator fan I needed replaced can be found online and it ranges from $80-$400. I will never take my car here again.

Worst place to service your vehicle, went in for Tire Change, they ended up breaking my new Lugs I had just installed and then left the old lugs making it look like a puzzle of lugs. By far my worst experience ever in a tire shop. They also charged me for stuff that THEY BROKE!!! Yes their CERTIFIED MECHANIC which is actually NOT CERTIFIED AT ALL, he broke off my TPSM sensors on my new vehicle and blamed it off age and wear how does that makes sense when the vehicle is new. BE WARNED DO NOT SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! They ended up scamming the next customer after me by saying their Alignment machine works when it s COMPLETELY OUT OF SERVICE. Yes they are agreeing that their alignment machine works when it doesn t .Services: Tires, Steering & suspension replacement, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Transmission repair, Brakes, Auto tire replacement

WARNING! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES THERE!I initially went for a minor overheat/AC issue. They did a radiator flush and replaced a thermostat. When I got it pack, they told me it came back with 17 codes which it didn't have before. Despite that we were still willing to work with them in "fixing that issue," and they refused to give us a quote. Fact is, I know those issues were created in that shop. Very frustrating.

I've gotten oil change and vehicle repair here for my honda Accord. Oil change was around $90 for me, but compared to pep boys who's a bit pricier lasted longer, about 500 miles. I've come in to have brake system components changed. And so far, they've held up great. Got a deal for both sides, half off to what dealer would charge this job no doubt. Good quotes and eta's. Their waiting area here is clean. Have a bathroom and snacks within short walking distance and may offer courtesy shuttle service if you need it and have available personnel. Unfortunately, I'm leaving Laredo. In my short time living here, I couldn't have found better people in the service industry. Honest and true to their work.

Today I had the best car service experience ever at All Tune and Lube Laredo. These guys are so knowledgeable respectful and honest. I had a scheduled appointment and everything ran smoothly. Thank you so much and this is where I will take my car from now on.
