This is my second time fixing my car and its always a great experience they are fast and they did an amazing job repairing my car. Very professional staff. The drop off and pick up service is amazing with updates about your vehicle 5 stars for me.

Man these boys really out did themselves. They got my vehicle looking better than when it came off the assembly line. All lines squared up beautifully the color matching is unbelievable. You really couldn't tell a difference. They even took the time to detail the interior. Honestly one if not the best shop in town for repairs.Give those boys a raise!

They did a really good job repairing my car and communicating with me throughout the process. However, son rateros. There s literally a statement in the contract giving them permission to steal. So just remember to remove your belongings. Unfortunately I was stupid enough to forget my $200 sunglasses and they were stolen. When I got my car back it looked like they were going through my things to see that else they could steal. I asked to speak to the manager, but ofc it did no good.

I was hit from behind in a vehicle that has significant sentimental value to me. Upon arrival I was greeted by a very professional young lady who advised me Mr. Trejo would be with me shortly. He understood the attachment I had to my vehicle immediately. My SUV is a 2002. It has low mileage and I had recently had it updated with some needed work due to wear and tear. The repairs being done were being paid by the other driver s insurance. At the accident scene I had been informed their insurance would contact my insurance. Plus I had to wait for the police report. Once done a virtual assessment was done. I was then informed my vehicle was a total loss. WHAT?! Not to me. A-1 personnel went above and beyond by advising the insurance of the condition of my vehicle as well as the sentimental value it had to me. Finally, the determination was made it could be fixed. The age of the vehicle did not help in getting some of the parts right away. The time limit was worth the wait. The professional staff from entrance to exit is phenomenal in this day and age. Hopefully there will NOT be any future accidents for me for the rest of my life. Although with the way people drive now-a-days, please drive defensively. Kudos to A-1!!!

Great staff!! Very professional and courteous. Great job on my repairs!!! Kept me informed and updated on the process of my vehicle the whole time and always very friendly when I called the main office to ask questions.

They kept us up to date constantly on their progress, and let us know when they were done with the body work and trim on our pickup. Terrible TERRIBLE customer service and poor job in quality. Don t trust this company nor that short old man who dare calls himself a higher up . They blame everyone but themselves for their poor job at fixing trucks. You call them out once and they start playing games with you wasting your time. I don t appreciate stressing out running around in the morning while this short 4 11 man gets to put his feet up waiting on a 7k paycheck from the insurance. Trust you will be dealt with.

Work done to repair my drivers side bed looks good, however everything they took off to paint was not even attached. Things were put on and fell of because didn't use new adhesive, even fuel cap was just slapped on and fell off while fueling the 1st fill up. $12,000 repair and couldnt even get a new rim. I tried to get all tires balanced and left rear rim will not balance. After back and for with them for about 9 months to fix the repairs Titan XD finally done but had to order more parts after they told us it was done, and then some damage just appeared after dropped off there and i was told it was there when dropped off which it was not. After showing pictures from when dropped off they just had to fix the bumper that was not even near the impact from being T boned. The whole process was even more of a headache then you wiould think. I dont recommend them but if you do. MAKE SURE YOU TAKE GOOD PICTURES OF EVERY ANGLE AND CLOSE ENOUGH SO YOU CAN ZOOM IN, if we didnt have the pictures they were blaming it on us. Another thing, dont use there loaners they are garbage and theytried to tell us we caused damege to the cars. Windows didnt roll down, doors barely opened. And was a chore to just try and put gat into the car. Tool it back and couple hours later and pair for rental out of my own pocket since supposedy truck was done, and could not rent it longer since they told the lawyer and insurance company truck was done.

Went around the summer to take my truck in and when I got it back there was white paint dust and stains around the truck and one of the lights in the back of the truck wasn t working. I took it up to the guy and he gave me an attitude and said that it wasn t like that and that the head lights that was off was like that when I brought it in . It wasn t ( Mind you i check my truck every now and then for details like this and I assure you that the lights where working before I took it on ). That s not all , when I brought it in the guy told me that I needed to fill up my gas tank, when it was halfway being unnecessary to fill it up. Practically they didn t want to take responsibility, please do not come here your better off getting your vehicle fixed somewhere else or out of town

Customer service was great, took a little longer than I thought, but we got to understand the parts on backorder. Front office was always to helpful to all my questions and concerns. Kenndra was very helpful with my mothers claim and rental the whole way through. Thank you for getting my vehicle back on the road.

I ve taken my car here twice to get repaired and while they did repair the car to make it look like brand new in a relatively timely manner, it was left with a very loud sound on the steering wheel that was clearly caused by the accident, however, they did not fix it claiming there was no damage to suspension. Lesson learned, it s not a bad place if you just need cosmetic repairs, but for any other I ll be taking my car to the manufacturer shop.

Took my wife s jeep. What I liked was the process of elimination and checking everything before having to purchase a part . They explained everything to me and kept me in the loop.great customers service and the Jeep is working 100%. Thank you guys and keep up the amazing work . Well Ms Daniela Santillan was very nice and courteous the few time I had to go in to the office. She has a very pleasant personality and very helpful. Regarding my vehicles repair/inspection, I delt with Mr Joe Trejo, he is very patient, professional, courteous, but when it came to the end results (a full month later) of my vehicles repairs, Mr Joe Trejo did not care, denied touching areas where new dings/marks, rattling sounds, loose wires, loose overhead liner were left. Mr Joe Trejo just kept saying we never touched that . I am very disappointed and will never come back to this place!!!Who ever worked on my car did terrible work, my car now has new scratches and dings, but it s all denied and was told I was just me never noticing my overhead liner now loose and coming apart.I talked to the owner Mr Garibay, but it was exactly the same, was told it was just me never noticing it before, WOW, unbelievable

My dad's truck needed to be repaired and upon doing some research we agreed on coming here. It was honestly a mistake. One, they didn't keep us in the loop of anything during the repair. Two, they failed to communicate complications with the repairs. Three, upon receiving the vehicle back, there were trim pieces that were not put on properly and were coming off slowly, parts weren't put on that were supposed to be on, and on top of that they were supposed to replace the bed cover but instead, shined up the broken one and assumed we wouldn't notice. They also decided to not do an alignment on the vehicle to check properly for damages. They miss spots didn't realize there was damage to the certain parts of the vehicle in which I had to continuously point out. Overall in my experience, this place doesn't do good work. They are still trying to fix their mistakes months later. If you take your vehicle here, you might want to triple check it to make sure it was repaired properly...

Excellent service. Took my car because it was vibrating excessively. They did a diagnostics and repaired it fast. Now it's running smooth. Staff are polite and professional. Communication is great. Lobby is clean, they take proper Covid prevention measures.

This review is for "repairs" made to my Honda Accord made almost 3 years ago, so I've had time to note the REAL quality of the job done by A-1. I should have known something was wrong when the windshield rubber trim blew off on the highway the day I picked up the car. (I took the car back, they were annoyed, and then simply glued it back on.) After just 6 months, paint from my front bumper (replaced by A-1) began to peel off. When I returned the car, they acted as though I wasn't being honest, and didn't make good on it. Now, 3 years later, I find that the windshield replacement A-1 did was completely faulty, resulting in a slow water leak into the electronics under the dash of the car, completely ruining everything. This will cost me thousands to fix! I do NOT recommend A-1 for any kind of repair. Buyer beware!
