I waited for 20 minutes without anyone coming up to my car before I just decided to leave despite having an appointment scheduled and being the only car there. A few workers noticed me waiting yet no one came by. I wish someone had come by to communicate even just to say it will be a minute before we can help you or sorry we had to shut down today

There was no knowledgeable tire person there to help us. The representative filling suggested tires that were not in stocks. Told us it would be better if I ordered online.Ordered online, the next day I got an order Canceled due to being out of stock.Rep. could have simply suggested a comparative product.But they were just filling in because nobody was available in the tire department.

Joseph the manager need to be revised and re trained on customer service, 15 years of wall mart has killed his soul and spirit. Please make surte that he gets a raise or a new employment, because this guy is as rude as it comes. Hopefully someone at corporate sees this! Hispanic guys in the back doing the work are awesome

The employees at this place should not even show up because they are physically there but mentally gone completely. They are always late and when they are on the job they seem to hate their job. I'm like everyone else a 1 stop shopper at Walmart but I'm getting tired of investing in a store/corporation that has ABSOLUTELY no customer service or respect for their customers.

From mechanic to cashier, my experience was great. As long as I live in the area, I will definitely return to this center for my car care needs.

I went to Walmart to purchase a battery. I call first to see if they carried the one battery needed. The sales representative that answered was ever so nice and even suggested to go and check to make sure it was on the shelf. Once she returned to the call, she verified it was in stock. I thanked her for taking time to do what she did . I wish all of Super Walmart rep's had the same "fresh & Aire personality. Told her thanks for taking my call and hung up. Order 4ea 235x60x18 on W+. Tires arrived and I scheduled an appt to have tires mounted. Only 3 of the 4 tires was correct. So we only was able to put on 2 tires. Returning the other 2. So not great.

I really love Walmart, but y all really need to work on a few of the employees customer service in Automotive. The young man Don was very rude and nonchalant. One guy asked how could he help me and I told him so he told me to pull up and park. As I was pulling up Don walked in front of my car about to get run over and asked what do I need. I told him that the guy already helped me and he said, but what do you want with an attitude. I told him and he looked at me like I was crazy. After that I went inside the store and he came in behind me. I asked him do I pay first and he wouldn t answer the first time so I asked him again and he barely answered. All the other guys were kind, but he wasn t. He needs an attitude adjustment and customer service training.

walmart does good business but the communication sucks! getting them on the line in the Auto Department, Man you have a better chance of God himself answering the phone for you...

If a zero rate was possible that's what I'd give. This Auto Center let my girlfriend drive off knowing her car was not safe to drive. Rich and Calvin were the managers on duty and they both said it was not their job to let her know the damage was too bad to drive. They made her pay 100.00$ and let her get on the road. We quickly turned back around as her tire began to shread. We only got our money back because there was a warranty on the tire. They did not want to give the money back and they took no responsibility for allowing her to drive in an unsafe vehicle. Rich said how was he supposed to know to tell her and how was it his fault but he is "supposed" to be a mechanic right? His job is to know what's going on with someones vehicle. All they wanted was money. They have no concern for the safety and well being of their customers. This says Auto Care but they do not care. I've never met a more rude group of men at an auto shop. Taking advantage of women who did not know we would be driving an unsafe vehicle..

Ordered tires online the 1st time I went the woman was rude and the tire compressor was down then, went back over a week later when tires finally arrived and tire compressor was still down but the guy wasn't rude and assisted as much as he could....had to go to another location to get tires mounted.

Made an appt at 8-9 on Sunday but none was there. Had to walk to front, mgr wouldn't come out but was told to come back at 10am.

Left my car there for an hour to fix a flat. Found out an hour later they had cancelled service because they didn't have the right equipment. Didn't even text to let me know.

Hello out there public it's me again Walmart has always been a place you can go and do all your shopping Auto oil changes and much much more.Even in the pandemic times Walmart stilll stands tall.

Times of operation says 7am - 7 pm currently here 7:27 am , no one who works here in the auto shop is here. 3 cars waiting for some one to open the doors. Super unprofessional cannot seem to open on time.

The auto care center in Cedar Hill was extremely rude & not helpful at all. I ended up going to the one Lancaster where the service was much better.
