Just replace a valve 70$ That s expensive. Normal job in another place 40$. I paid because job was done, but I m not happy with the price. The customer service and technician were nice.

I needed a 31580R22.5 Michelin steer, the only shop in Dallas area that had one on National Account, got right to me, quick and good job, I will be back. Thanks

Max was an all star! He was able to get the correct national account number so that I was able to get the tires that were so desperately needed on my trl. Unfortunately, the brand I wanted, they only had 5 in stock, so I'll need to find the other 3, but if I had to come back or needed roadside service, I would definitely call them.

GREAT customer service. They really stand behind the tire they sell. Andy is an amazing guy. Been coming here for my steers for years and now my drives. Also the store manager Windel is a man of his word. And I appreciate it. Looking forward to changing my trailer tires here too.Thanks

Feel my inexperienced driver was taken advantage of with an upsell of a second tire, also kept both casings.Modified review to indicate manager called to provide details of procedure, was satisfied with the explanation.

Called for a tire repair / replace. Was informed that it was after hours and it is $125/hr with a 2 hour minimum. Was asked the tire size. Gave them location / info everything they asked for. Then was told it was a $900 deposit and that they would get me an invoice Monday. If I owed more, they would invoice me, if I owed less, they would refund the card the balance. I asked how much the tire was, when does the 2 hours start and stop, etc. They couldn t get me a price on anything and said I would see a refund Monday if it was less than $900. I said that s ridiculous and then was hung up on. Basically they want to scam you by not getting you an invoice on-site / price of tire, couldn t answer anything, just wanted money. Getting hung up on is the main reason for this review. I don t normally post reviews good or bad, so be warned.For reference I had one tire I need patched or replaced.

Really nice people. Our Peterbilt blew a wheel seal. Margie answered the call... she thought their mechanic was out, (if you drive for a living, you know... when the truck's down, your down - time is critical) she called around trying to find another shop... then realized that the mechanic WAS in. Willie was waiting for us when we arrived and pulled our truck straight into the bay. WOW, amazing customer service. Definite customer for life! Go Team TCi!!!
