Can't say enough good things! Had car trouble today while visiting the Dallas zoo from a couple hours away, and this is the 3rd shop I stopped at! All were too busy, but the team was kind enough to run car code and explain what was going on. They were so honest and told me, it was something that could be fixed when I returned home versus being stranded in Dallas with my 3 small kids in car seats with only a few hours of supplies packed. They easily could've told me whatever to keep me there and charged me. To me, this is worth so much and I'm so grateful for being an honest business!

I love getting my oil change done here! It s never along wait. The guys there are very professional and so nice.

Very bad experience with this repair shop. Travis the manager was rude, unprofessional, and even threatening. Had a check engine light on, and some acceleration hesitation. Travis said I need a tune-up, tried to tell him it may not need that. However, he cut me off many times mid-sentence with the attitude of I am the expert. So I let them do the tune-up, and after the "repair" my car was worse than before, basically he misdiagnosis the problem. The check engine light came back on, the car would not even stay on kept cutting off. I was very upset. Paid a lot of money and my car is worse than before! FYI when a mechanic misdiagnosis your issue, that money should go toward the real repair that was needed in the first place. When I confronted Travis about the issue he told me "you need to let the car warm up". How can a car warm up when it keeps cutting off. He was no help and he manages the place! Also when I pressed him further about the car getting fixed, he became threating, got in my face like he wanted to fight. I also later found out that he was really short with my wife when she tryed to ask about the car. To add insult to injury the owner Ray wanted to charge me full price which was above fair market value for the real repair. Stay away from this place, bad customer service and unfair prices.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning

They always do a great job on my oil changes and recently did my catalytic converter and brakes for a much better price than the dealership!

I've only come here for oil changes so far. This is my third time coming here and they are always super fast! I definitely spend less than 20 minutes here each time. Will continue coming back.

Starter went out on my Nissan. Went to two shops. I guess because I am female, the first shop thought they could run game on me. I figured about 250-ish for repairs. First shop said 350-400. I booked out of that real quick. Came here and was told 275. Way closer to what I was thinking. Asked them to change my front brake pads and bearings. 350! And they let me know it is my bearings and not my axle like the first shop. Gave me options and quotes for each. Definitely coming back for all repairs and maintenance. I'm new to DFW and I lucked up and found a great shop and crew. Definitely will refer friends and family!

The service is always good. They work on all makes and models. They even inspect motorcycles! 63 Chevy, 98 Chevy, 07 g35 infiniti and 08 Saturn Vue! I recommend them!

They are very professional, very honest , very fair reasonable and top of all very knowledgeable, and once you take your car there to be fixed you ll be certainly sure it s gonna be fixed right ...Great shop ,great customer service...

Ghetto dude answers the phone and gives me an attitude because google says he rents cars and I tell him what google says and he was actin wild. Good luck to you and your business. I was just confused, all that attitude was unnecessary

Rude! The old man that works there the whole time complaining and he had a very foul body odor the place was dirty inside and the staff was not friendly I would advise go elsewhere!
