Thanks so much to Precision Hail (especially Freddy) for making this process painless. They picked up my vehicle and provided a rental while mine was in the shop. My Venue looks good as new. I would definitely use their services again.

We highly recommend perfection hail to anyone who has recent hail damage to their tucks or cars. Hugo and his wife made the process very simple and clear. As to even offer a rental car while it is in the shop. We are very pleased and satisfied with there services and the way our car came out thank you guys again!

My name is Kim Dougherty and I had hell damage really bad and Perfection Hail came through no money down no money after the fact no deductible insurance takes care of everything they bring you your rental car and take your car to the shop. They re awesome people they did a beautiful job on my Camaro. I mean it s looks brand new, thanks to Lulu and Hugo Ramirez for coming through now they re going to do my daughters and my husband thank y all so much you just don t know how much it means to me to have my car back in perfect condition. Raul and his team at Perfection Hail created a seamless process where they took care of everything. They came to my location, assessed my vehicle damage, dropped off a loaner vehicle and when my vehicle was done, they delivered it and picked up the loaner. Aside from the world class customer service, the work that they did on my truck was flawless. I highly recommended Perfection Hail.

Raul was great! He opened the claim for us, brought us a loaner, and took our car on a trailer. He communicated with through the entire process. Our Polestar looks brand new!

I had an amazing experience with this company. The customer service was outstanding and the work was exactly what I wanted. I first spoke with Edward and was assured that I didn t have to anything to worry about. He offered to pick up my car and bring me a loaner. My car was ready in a timely manner and it came back to me looking exactly how it was before the hail damage. I am so pleased with the service I received . They went above and beyond to make sure that I was accommodated and taken care of. I will definitely refer my family, friends and I will also use them in future !

Perfection Hail company was an awesome company to work with. The hail repairs to my vehicle were done in a professional and timely manner and turned out beautifully. They took care of the entire repair process from picking up my vehicle, contacting my insurance provider, meeting with the insurance processor/adjuster, repairing my vehicle and returning it to me.

My Jeep had some hail damage and major windshield damage! Perfection Hail had me out of there within no time and delivered my vehicle to me directly! They treated me like family to the point that they made sure I was kept in the loop throughout the entire process! We had three of our vehicles repaired with Perfection Hail and we were very satisfied with their work. My husband especially. He was extremely happy how the work on his Ford F350 turned out. He said his truck looked like new. They also did an awesome job on our 2023 Chevy Blazer and our 2016 Camry. Ask for Manny, he was our Rep. Guy. He was very helpful and very professional. Perfection took care of everything. From contacting the insurance company to making sure we were all set with a loaner vehicle. We definitely recommend them!! My parents also used them with one of their vehicles and were also very satisfied with their work.

They did such a great job on my car! Shout out to Vicky!!! I never really knew how to file a claim with my insurance AT ALL. She was tons of help and stayed with me through every step of the claim process. We sent my car off and it was back the next week. My windshield was cracked all over the passenger side, the glass was chipped all over, and I had dents all over the roof of my car and the hood. I feel like I got a brand new car, and I couldn t be more thankful for all the hard work they did. I most definitely know exactly who to call next time it hails. Thank you!!!!!!

Perfection Hail did an amazing job!!Freddy was super helpful and very responsive at all times. This was my first time having hail damage and he was very helpful which made the whole experience great. Freddy came over and also explained to me how the whole process works.The whole process was pretty fast and my vehicle looked like NEW. I would highly recommend them!

My car was recently damaged in a hail storm. It left my hood, roof and all of the back with dents. My car is brand new and to have this happen was devastating. Viki appeared at my job and noticed the damage on my car, we talked a bit and the next day I took my car in with her. We called my insurance together to file the claim, she made this sometimes complicated process so easy! We were done in less than an hour, she provided me with a rental, covered my deductible and tinted my car! She answered all my questions and kept me updated with my car which I can t thank her enough. I got my car back sooner than expected and it looks so good! Waaay better than what I expected! If I could of given 10 stars, I would of. These guys really know their stuff when it comes to PDR. Freddy went out of his way to accommodate my every need. Very professional and customer service driven.My Silverado and my Dodge Dart both looked like a golf ball after our East Texas Hail Storm and now it's like brand new. Can't tell it was ever damaged. Thanks for a job well done. I would recommend to anyone.

The car loaner was a hassle free process as well. I highly recommend anybody to get their hail repair with this company.

Second time using Perfect Hail and once again they did not disappoint. Freddy made the process very smooth. Called him one day and the next day he took my car and dropped off the rental. My car had really bad hail damage and he returned my car like new. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Freddy Arellano was the one to help us after my car and my parents car happen to get hail damage. Freddy was so nice and so helpful, we trust him taking our cars and in exchange he provided loaners for us. It didn't take too long, after about 3 weeks they return the cars, freshly washed. Overall, they did an amazing job, my car looks brand new. Thank you Freddy!

Lulu and Edward were amazing and made everything so easy. They helped with the insurance claim, brought the rental to me, and then returned my car to me as well. So convenient and professional!
