If you visited this o Reilly while the lady was the manager, yall need to come back. Now Alan is the manager and is absolutely fantastic!!! He speaks espa�ol and is fabulous on his customer service along with his employees. I highly recommend coming to this o Reilly.

Please be careful when buying at this location, they will sell you damage items for full price, not honoring any customer service, very unprofessional especially with the Night Shift,No help just ignored me the whole time won't recommend this location making Autozone a better auto part store, rather drive the extra to their location than ever come back to this forsaken place

Good customer service, However I got a diagnostic test and the person that did the first test, did it without the motor running, he said it did need to have the motor running for the test. I purchased a part that was on the print out he gave me. Informed my mechanic who put the part on, and I still had the same problem. When back the next day another person did the same diagnostic test, I needed a whole different part. Waste of time and Money! At the Dealership getting my car repaired. Save time and Money just go to the Dealership! It's too hot to get stuck on the freeway !!!

one of my employees came to this store to try and help one of our customers with a headlight bulb. the manger told my employee to go to mesquite because our account didn't show up in the system when all need to be done was to load the account into the system be able to use our account. the small woman manger looked like she didn't want to be bothered. if you don't want to provide people with customer service please move around and let someone that does want to work take your place!!!!

They will just about have anything I need, unlike Autozone. They always honor my military discount, whereas Autozone employees debate on honoring it.

I chose o'reilly's over the others for their warranty and exchange policies. Usually don't have to wait to long. The ladies at this location are knowledgeable and have a great sense of humor.

Was very disappointed today the lady was on the phone the whole time and it wasnt a professional call and I know this because I heard some of the conversation before she turned to the side and tried to block her face You can put people on hold temporarily yo shortened the line or at least greet in coming people So disgusting

Good and helpful customer service. They greet you at the door and make you feel welcome! Easy parking and they assist you finding what you need. Also, they will install certain minor accessories. Go!

So I had a check engine alert on my truck. I went to o reilly to have them check my.engine as.advertised. the change now is that you have to check it yourself. Employees not allowed to check it. So you give up some form of ID and they give you the device and tell you how to use it and also have a cell phone to take a picture of the error screen

These O'Reilly's in Lancaster was very courteous seemed to help what I need it and the person himself was very courteous and I liked it how he went out of way to help me with the things I needed '... The only thing on my part was I didn't get his name, there should be more like him

Went in for check engine light and the man who assisted me was very polite and helpful. He provided price quotes for parts needed from the reading. He was awesome!

brought a battery up here to be charged . was told to leave it overnight when i returned in the morning it had not been charged and the person left responsible for charging it was a 80 yr old man who doesn't look okay to be working anywhere period.instead of being angry i figured they need new staff members so when i returned home with the uncharged battery i called them and asked if they where hiring. to my surprise the women said no . so i figured apply at a different location. when i went online to view witch ones where hiring it showed this location was. so i submitted a application, walked in wearing a suite (the same day i called and asked if they where hiring) .she now said yes theyre hiring. place is a joke and i wouldnt trust them touching anything underneath your hood!

Their prices are competitive without a result I shopped at the one on Pleasant Run that a lady supervising there that I give a 5-star rating she was very helpful thanks to her I got the right ports if she work for me I would give her a raise we're at knowledge and courteous great job O'Reilly

Great places for parts and their specials are always nice. Been coming here since i moved from dallas, never thought about going back to autozone again. Staff is friendly and very helpful and they are stocked up on most basic parts.

My husband was traveling from Tennessee to Arizona when he had truck problems with an O'Reilly starter. When I called the manager and asked if they would possibly deliver a starter to his hotel so he could change it out they refused. 3 other stores that I called after this one, went out of their way to accommodate us. Very Dissapointed.

Despite not having my part in stock, the associate still mentioned a price match guarantee- and even located the part at a nearby store for me to pick up. This guy called the other store and really made a positive impact on an otherwise dreadful experience.

Didn't have the right transmission fluid I was looking for.I hate the idea of these parts stores calling themselves "parts" stores and they hardly have what I'm looking for without either not having the part or having to order it........

O'Reilly Auto AJ nice auto parts store to go to they're very nice about finding your parts on the screen and looking at a matching them up they're very good with their prices they're very moderate the stores are always clean and you don't hear a lot of people arguing they have enough help enjoyed my shopping there
