I had a great experience with this Meineke Dealership. I have had some bad experiences with locating a reliable mechanics/dealer other than Volvo Dealers for repairing a Volvo. When I contacted the manager, ( Virgil) at the Lancaster location, I was blown away. The professional atmosphere, the customer service was superb. But the quality of work was outstanding. I have never been more pleased with the quality of work I received.

Efficient and professional. This will be the place I take my car for all of its maintenance needs moving forward.My A/C went out and I had gone to other places that were charging at least $50 just to CHECK it. The people at Meineke were honest with me and that is what made me decide to go with them. They found the problem and were able to fix it and get the part in under 24 hours. I had a water pump that went out while I was driving to a job site and looked up the nearest mechanic shop and Meineke came up. When I pulled up I was kindly greeted by Jeffery at the front door asking a few questions of my needs. Him and his team jumped on it and had it replaced within a couple of hours. Very pleasant guy to talk to. I would highly recommend this place.

I truly believe these 5 star reviews are fake. I won t even waste time explaining my situation because it s very long winded and a horrible experience ( like many other on here ). Honest review is the quality of work is not there. They over charge ..while they do offer warranty on their work it is best to go somewhere else! This is a new location in Lancaster. The techs aren t trained , the management lie , and the inconvenience of getting my work RE-done somewhere else is a damn hassle. Avoid this location. I m not sure if it s Meineke , or this location in general.

Go elsewhere. Kept my car 8 hours and didn t do a second of work. Told me they were waiting in the warranty company but in actuality the warranty company was waiting on them. Told to schedule an appointment but it doesn t matter if you have one or not. Unorganized. Communication needs to be better.

My cousin is 88 years old and does not have email or a smart phone. I am her cousin and we are both looking for an honest place to do business. So far we have been pleased with Jeffery and his mechanics. Honesty is the best recommendation I can give for a mechanic. That is what I'm looking for and that is what I will report on.

Many thanks to Meineke and Demaul Lavalais for taking care of my brake problem on my pickup. Their service was outstanding and they had the problem fixed in just a few hours. They also didn't try to upsell me to something I didn't need. Thanks for providing a great service!

Where do I start? Last year I got an oil change, I should of notice the red flags then. Normally I take my vehicle to the Mercedes dealership, but since I have a oil change warranty, I utilize Meineke. Well the first issue was, my oil change indicator wasn't reset, I had to go on googles to do that myself, secondly the mechanics left oil foot prints on my carpet. I called the store and the Manager apologized and mentioned my next oil change would be free. Well this is the second time for an oil change. I asked the Manager, how long has he been working here, his reply was one month. Well instead of giving him the story of the previous oil change ordeal. I let it go, and decided to get an oil change. Why did I do That? Now its a new manager, with the same outcome, but worse. I had to reset my oil change indicator, buy a degreaser for the oil spots from the mechanic and now, 4 days later my Mercedes is leaking oil and to top it off, they left a screwdriver in the engine compartment. I'm assuming its a cross thread issue from the oil pan. I will definitely be there tomorrow, to explain this and LET them Know, this issue is NOT acceptable.Service: Oil change

FINALLY THEY FIXED IT!!!! I went to 3 other facilities before making my way to this location . Everyone kept saying my brakes were fine. They were not! I came into this facility and explained the issue and what I have been experiencing and within the hour they had diagnosed the issue and began replacing my rotors (which was causing the squealing noise from my brakes) If y all want a speedy and accurate diagnoses I highly recommend this place! Now my car is as quiet as a mouse! Thanks to the management who reassured me the problem would be resolved! Truly grateful!Service: Brakes

Great service!!! The manager Eric did such a good job assisting me with all of my troubles with my vehicle. Also they have a comprehensive diagnostic platform with pictures of your vehicle explaining all deficiencies. Such a cool addition to the service. Point is they are there to help, will work with you as long as your open. Lastly they help you comprehend vehicle maintenance when your there(or over the phone) to help bridge the gap if your not familiar with cars. I highly recommend using them.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told on the phone that the full service oil change would be $70-75 and tire rotation was free with the oil change. When I arrived was told I would receive $20 discount but when it was time to check out my bill was $81 with discounts.Also, one of the workers came in and sat across the room from me while I was speaking to the attendant. After our conversation, the attendant went back to the counter but the man remained. When I looked up it appeared that he was either taking pictures or recording me. When I adjusted my body he got up and walked up to the counter. I did not feel comfortable.Not sure if I will return.

They were able to quickly replace a broken exhaust manifold on my car. I got there after 8:00AM and it was fixed by. 1:30 PM. That included getting the new manifold from a Nissan dealership in Irving,Texas.I will say, the shop was very messy and had tools all over the floor, but ultimately, my car was repaired quickly.Service: Exhaust

Recently had an issue with my catalytic converter needing to be replaced. I went into a panic because I was needing to register my vehicle due to recently moving to Texas. Patricia and staff were so extremely helpful with getting me back on the road, and the cost of repair was superior and reasonable compared to any other auto repair store I ve ever been to. I appreciate the fact that they actually cared to let me know about any issues that they found with my vehicle, and gave beyond amazing service! I m recommending anyone I know to this store!

So far it has been a process. However, through the whole thing the team has gone above and beyond to make sure my car is driving correctly. Even with all the work they have had to do with it I am usually in and out within one day. This location said I needed brakes and rotors for my jeep. Liberty they gave me an invoice of over $1000. I took my jeep into my mechanic he got up underneath the car and said it was just 2 U-joints. They cost me $16 a piece my brakes and my rotors are perfectly fine. My rotors are actually smooth as glass. I do not need brakes and rotors like they said I would not trust them Antwon for anything. They had my car on a lift twice and said both times I needed this done, well I will never go back there again. I spent 32 dollars only for the U joints! If you want a good mechanic go to Alberto s shop on copper, have a good day.

Meineke made sure that my car s problem was found and fixed. The customer service was excellent and the technician diagnosed and performed the job quickly. They made sure I knew everything that they did to my car. This is my go to car shop from now on.

I accidentally got this place mixed up with Midas (across the street) when setting an appointment but I decided to stick with it to see how it d go.When I called, I told the person I spoke with I needed a state inspection and oil change, to which he only heard oil change. I then repeated that I needed an inspection as well and he said OK.I come at my appointment time and they check me in. They proceed to do an inspection then as they hand me my keys they say we noticed you need an oil change, you should do that soon . HUH?I then tell them I asked for that when I set this all up. They then give me a quote and take my car back. The oil change the proceeds to take an hour with no sense of urgency in getting the car out of the garage or giving me my keys.On top of all of that, they didn t fill my tires with air (low because of the weather), not placed mats or seat covers when in my car (car smelled like oil and sweat).I ll just be going to Midas from now on. They ve been faster and more considerate.

I went for the first time and they gave me a good price for a oil change and coolant flush, but the cost for repairs to the steering and engine was super expensive, for parts that added up to around 400 the total cost ended up for over 4k.After the oil change was done they gave me my car back and then there was a light on in my dash that wasn't on before.... and they acted like they didn't know what happened. So I'd not recommend this place...

Robert explained every to me to the point where I could understand it I am so glad that I choose this place to have my car repaired. everything works wonderful now and I am 100% satisfied.
