My car really needed a paint job. I went around getting quotes and I happened to stop by here. The guys were real knowledgeable and I liked the quote. They took about 7 days, which was reasonable. When I saw my car afterwards I was so happy! It was definitely worth it and I would recommend maaco 100%. They know what they are doing!

I d been considering a color change for my Jeep for years but held off due to .life lol . However after someone scratched my vehicle while I was away parked at the airport, I was then motivated to tackle both the damage and look into other colors. I could NOT be more impressed with the result! Tony and his crew more than took care of my vehicle, so much so people thought I bought a new one! No details were missed and it s even more fun to drive! I m excited every time I hit the road because it s always noticed! Lol I would definitely trust this location and MAACO for any future body/paint work in the future! Thank you again!

This is Federal Judge Valerie Thomas. Mr Tony is the Manager over this Maaco and the Owner is Awesome; He trains his employees well! Their phenomenal team of professional employees did a wonderful job on my vehicle! I would definitely recommend this Maaco Shop to everyone! They treat you like you are a close family member! I will definitely be taking my SUV's and Cars there to be service! I absolutely love these guys! You will not find a better Maaco to service your vehicles! A few months ago, I ran over a 18 wheeler tire that damaged my front bumper, the sensor, and the windshield. Andrew and his crew gave me a reasonable quote, and he took the time to answer every question I had about the process. He's had me leaving feeling knowledgeable . When I returned another few months later, I was greeted with a smile by Tony. Who inspected the car for any new damage.Needless to say, it took less than a week, and Andrew went beyond and further still to assist me. All I can say is they did an AMAZING job!!! "She," the suv looks just like it did when I drove it off the dealer lot. Andrew's expertise, along with attention to detail between his crew and himself, will definitely not disappoint you!! Ladies, you will feel safe and secure in NOT being taken advantage of. Do overlook the appearance of the lobby, and focus on the great customer service and knowing your vehicle will be in great hands! I have and will continue to recommend Maaco in Lancaster to family, friends, and patients.

My paint job looked good from afar, but up close you could see how they painted over scratches, and imperfections. Paint was running and dried. My seat lever was broken, and they wouldn't take responsibility for it. I was over charged. I wouldn't recommend them.

Mr Boyce had great customer service , and worked on our babygirls ...I think it was done in a timely manner also. I'm happy and grateful for all the hard working staff in the back.. you guys are so amazing. You don't get enough great and I think you guys love what you do and it shows.Can't wait for the car up next to get painted!

I came down on a Friday and showed Tony the beat up, chipped, and shaved paint job I had and he gave me a great price estimate and had it back to me the following Monday. My car looked better after they painted it than how I bought it, these dudes top tier with it

Took my 1999 Nissan Frontier XE to Maaco in Lancaster to have it painted, while there I mention to TJ that after they finished painting it that I was going to find a place to put on a bed liner, he said we can do it here, so after talking about estimates we agreed on the price. They did an awesome job on the painting and the spray on bed liner.Highly recommended, thanks Maaco for a great job!!!Service: Painting

Edited to add one more star and to say that the store manager reached out to me to make this situation right. I appreciate the effort to correct this problem and my father has indicated that all efforts to right this wrong have been unsuccessful. Thank you for making this right.In regard to store number M1986 (1440 N I35 East, Lancaster, TX 75134) My father went in for service and dropped his truck off on 11/01 to have his truck repaired after a small accident. He was provided an estimate by the assistant manager T.J. Jones. He accepted the estimate for the repair and was told to pick up the truck on 11/03. Upon going to retrieve the truck, it was noted that the repairs had been done except the replacement of the light that was damaged. When my father asked why the light was not replaced, T. J. Jones informed my father that he had inadvertently left the light off of the original estimate and to replace it, he would need to pay an additional $72.07. When my father asked why the light was not included in the estimate as it was part of the damage, he was met with an aggressive tone and again was told that it was "My bad" BUT if he wanted it repaired, he needed to pay more money. My father was extorted the additional $72.07 and told to pick up his vehicle 6 days later. When going to retrieve the vehicle he asked to speak with the store manager (Tony) and was told that he was not available and that he needed to call the corporate office. I myself also called the number listed and was told that Tony was not available and to call back later tomorrow. Not only was the assistant manager rude and disrespectful, but he also took advantage of an elderly individual. The truck was returned unclean (not the way it was brought in) as the floor mats looked like there were dirty boots all over and no protective covering was used. I do NOT recommend this MAACO and will be calling the corporate office to voice my concerns as well. SHAME on this store and I will be sure to notify others of this predatory practice they are using.Service: Painting

Thankful the repair was done and even completed faster than what I was originally told but was not satisfied with the quality of the overall work. After seeing the final product, the job seemed rushed given all the areas I wanted repainted were not all addressed. Thankful for the quick turnaround on the job but not pleased with the final product

TLDR: I would not recommend this shop because of their lack of communication, disorganization, and failure to correctly complete repairs.My experience with Maaco was terrible. I came in on 08/23 because my skid plate was broken. They looked at it and charged me $110 for the part and told me that it would be in by 08/30. They explained that they would call me when it came in. I still hadn't heard back from them, so I called them 09/19. They said that my skid plate would be delivered to their shop that same day by 4:00 pm (coincidentally the same day I called inquiring about an update). They said not to come in until I received a phone call that it had been delivered. I did not hear back that day. I waited and called back 09/21 only for them to tell me that they already had the skid plate in and just didn't call me when it came in. I am frustrated with their lack of communication and disorganization. I came in after that phone call and they installed the skid plate and charged me $81.91 for labor. When I got home, I looked underneath my car hoping that at least after waiting so long that my car would be repaired. I was disappointed to find that they installed it incorrectly and left gaps with the bottom of my car exposed. I now have to go somewhere else to get it properly installed. I would not recommend this shop because of their lack of communication, disorganization, and failure to correctly complete repairs.

I am a used car dealer and this store always goes above and beyond to satisfy their customers. I bring all my cars here for paint and body work because of how well they treat me and how good of a job they do. I really appreciate Tony and his staff for what they do. Highly recommend this location and will continue doing business with them!

I had some work done on my car and all the parts were replaced and paint matched perfectly. With my car being a very new car was concerned about the color match but they did it. They worked very quickly to get my car completed and back to me on time.. The team was GREAT!! I paid to have my rear bumper removed and replaced on 10/24/2018 and picked up my car on 10/25/2018. I picked up my car early that morning to get to work but later in the day I inspected the car and could see that the bumper was not put on as it should. I immediately took pictures and sent them to Ivette Delgado, Assistant Manager via text. She told me that the reason the rear bumper had a gap on the side was because the bumper was purchased as aftermarket and it cannot fit perfectly. She stated that no bodyshop warranty aftermarket parts would cover this type of issue. I decided not to pursue this issue. But on the evening of 11/19/2018 I noticed that the paint on the rear right side of my bumper was peeling off. It was peeling in the exact spot where one of the dents was and I was very upset to see where it appears the dent was sucked out. I do not believe the rear bumper was replaced although that is what I paid for. I took my car back to the shop on 11/21/2018 and was given so many excuses from Ivette Delgado, Assistant Manager as to why the paint was peeling and why it appeared that the dent was sucked out rather than my bumper being replaced. I expressed that I wanted a refund because I did not trust the work from this shop and I did not trust that it would be done correctly if I just let them do it again. I was told that I would have to wait to speak to Kiara Petterson, the director for the shop on Monday since this is the day before the Thanksgiving holiday. This issue is such an inconvience. Ivette Delgado never apologized or expressed any empathy for the inconvenience for this issue her shop caused.

I had a very pleasurable experience at this Maaco location. Had it not been for the delays in my insurance and miscommunication from them twoards me and Maaco, I would have received my car much sooner. I also own a much older car so finding parts was not easy but Maaco did the best they could to try and find the door my car needed ASAP. The car looks now as nothing happened to it. Thank you Maaco for doing a fantastic job on my 2008 Lincoln Town Car.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

Husband took his truck to have painted..job was good..however chrome was removed during painting process and was not put back. When went back to have chrome rainshield replaced on windows was told only one person could do job and his response was I'm leaving this was @ 12 pm on a Tuesday. They show no interest in replacing. I consider this Very poor customer service.Service: Painting

Got car back in a timely manner but found out when I got there that all of my body trim hadn't came in yet I thought they should have not told me My car will be ready on that Wednesday which actually the car is not complete I paid all of the money before the work started no delay on my end I'm going to just understand the process but the experience was great they painted my charger like new money thanks for that. They did a partially complete job on my mustang classic that was mediocre at best. The contract states that any work not completed is because I requested it to not be done, however I was not asked about the door jams and the trunk, neither of which were painted. Also, it took months of trying to reach MAACO customer service just for them to say it was my fault this happened. I d say you get what you paid for but it was still a 4K job.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
