At first glance, the place looks run down. It's a busy tire shop so I wouldn't say be put off by the looks. I've been there several years ago and had great service that was quick and seemed organized. My latest visit was not a great experience. It was more busy than I had personally seen. I waited over an hour. They had two employees actually doing tire work with drive up customers and another tire worker was busy doing stuff inside the shop only. There was a dedicated guy sitting at the register inside where you pay. Was there long enough to see people wait and finally leave because they were too slow. Not sure if this is their latest trend or if they just didn't have enough employees working that day but I stayed for the long wait. Saw one person grease the palm of one worker in order for him to get seen faster but that was to the frowns of anyone else who noticed. That part I didn't think was fair to me or people already waiting, but these things happen in life. They don't have paper in the pull ticket number system to keep an order so the employees are supposed to keep up by who gets there but on a busy day, that doesn't work. You kind of have to be watchful and speak up that it's your turn when you see employees looking around for the next in line. Otherwise, you'll be skipped.However, they do good work. Employees aren't unfriendly. They are just hustling to get the work done. I would go back but would probably wait to go at a time when I might expect things to be slower in the day. Assuming it's not an emergency and I can pick when I need to get there. I really want to rate them higher, but my last experience was so drastically different from years ago when I first went there.

If I could leave 0 starts I would. I drive a semi. Came 40 minutes before closing time with is 8. Owner tells me they are closed. I said don t you guys close at 8 and he said yeah but for semi trucks 6. Meanwhile they were working on a semi. I asked them nicely to please help me out if this jam and he didn t care and made me leave do not recommend. They work only when they feel they want to.

All employees except the cashier were very racist towards the Blacks! They completely ignored me for over 30 minutes. They took 2 hrs for a tire change. They continued to service other Mexicans that arrived long after the Blacks, myself included. Everyone there acknowledged what was going on and swore to never return. I just left from the car wash as I took time to thoroughly clean the wheels with a broken hip only for them to give me a filthy wheel that was over inflated. I've been here before when it was less people and didn't wait as long. I still got bad vibes that day but just like this occasion, I had to go to work and didn't have much time to go anywhere else or I would have. They will over inflate your tire to create uneven and premature wear so you can come back in 2 or 3 months for another one. Not to mention how dangerous it is to have 52 lbs of air in your tire! Nobody really speaks English. You've been warned. Deal with them at your own risk.

Good prices I mean I think everywhere doing $10 for a patch , haven t asked to see about getting used or new tires . However my rate is low because of the slow service , the first time I got patched here took at least an hour , this next time which is the reason for my review is due to another slow service.But the place has been in business for awhile ever since I was younger always passed by it so I m sure they do good work but just in my experience they need quicker service .

Great guys work here. Whenever you pull up, you're welcome. Without you stepping out of your car, they come to you very polite set of great guys .

This place is always super busy with slow service, expect an hour minimum. Get ready for someone to try and cut in front of you or argue about who got there first, the people working there won t know and are too busy to keep track. Apparently management never came up with an actual system for keeping track of who showed up first and after about an hour of waiting there s a good chance even you won t be 100% sure.

I went here to get 2 tired looked at. When they put them back on they on screwed in 1 lugnut on each tire. I was literally driving in danger. When I got home the next day one literally fell off in my driveway. They will never get my business.They need to have at least partial English speaking employees talking to customers.

NOW THIS TIRE SHOP WAS TEAM WORKING HARD..AND THEY WAS CLOSING AND ITS A SUNDAY SO WHO DONT WANT TO GO HOME TO BE WITH THEIR FAMILY for the rest day ....I Tell YOU it was LIKE 12 DIFFERENT TYPES OF VEHICLES PULLED UP.. last minute..probably cause most Tire shOpS was ClOSEd!!!!! I know..because we drove to 4 around the town...and THANK YOU JESUS cause they DID NOT..turN nobody around..they was dripping in sweat..from so much heat..and they hadn't had time to put up they equipment so could go home cause customers needed THEM the. Most...so as they continue as a TEAM with working with us customers they finally got a chance not a ( break )lol but they was able to start cleaning and putting up..so I'm sure they got out late..BUT I REALLY DO THANKS THIS TIRE SHOP FOR NOT PUSHING US A WAY AND THE NICE YOUNG LOOKING LADY at the front desk! FOR BEING SO KIND and looking OUT for all AS WELL, I HOPE A PRAY FOR YALL TEAM..because your company was really concerned about US THE PEOPLE/ CUSTOMER SAFETY first AND STAYED OPEN FOR THE PEOPLE EVEN after because like I said EVERY OTHER TIRE SHOP WAS ALREADY CLOSED, IF NOT never opened .and I know yall was ready to be with your families as well#!!!SO .thanks team Lancaster Tire Shop

It takes too long and no one speaks English so it's hard to communicate and they don't move with the urgency that people have been waiting 30 minutes they just take their time. No bye!

Gotta love tire shops like this in and out in 5 mins had a used trailer tire we needed they got it on the rim and we were on our way and open on Sunday!

They were rude acted like they didn t want to serve me! I waited for a few minutes but no one even came over so I get out and I m asking them if they have a tore my size and they were acting as if they didn t hear me or even know what they had in stock.

Trash customer service unless u mexicsn.I pull up tire flst at 730 they see me sitting go get the mecican people who pulled in behind me and then toke me they closed ,If yal only want to service mecican people put on your bilboard .

Had the pleasure of visiting Lancaster Tire Shop and had a pleasant experience. There were a lot of cars needing a tire replacement and the staff was moving quickly and able to get the clients taken care of quickly. A co-worker needed a tire and it cost $35 for a used tire which was not bad since the tires was very good. Mr. Daniel and Mr. Pedro were outstanding with the service they provided. I would definitely recommend the Lancaster Tire Shop if you need a tire replaced."Our Purpose Is Your Blessing"

These men are friendly and efficient. I went with my daughter to get a low tire aired up but we went her and he removed the tire and checked it for leeks and he plugged it up and charge $10. I also give them 5 stairs because they were open at 9pm and they were suppose to close and some people were still pulling up and they got help also. I also learned that there are 24hrs tire shops, never knew that.

I came to buy a used tire. The quote was $55, but why did they try to put on a tire that had a nail in it. I don t care if I m getting new or used what ever I m buying must be in better condition than what I currently have. Then wanna get mad when told to take it back!

My 2 tires blew out and AAA took me to this tire place 1 month later I discovered they put the wrong size tire on my car. When I took my car back the young lady said it was out of warranty but they made the mistake wow that is wrong

I ve been supporting this business for 3+ yrs .. service technicians are always pleasant and accommodating , proactive in making recommendations for any maintenance repairs/ issues they may find. Two thumbs up from me !

I literally come here every 2 months because I drive a lot & I always need 2 of my tires changed... The price is ALWAYS $50 because of the type of car I have. Today it was $70 and I asked when the price changed & he kept telling me the price has always been $70... How you gone tell me what I been paying for almost 2 years? It's not even the price that's causing me to never return, it's the attitude & slowness. Duncanville has a tire shop with better service!

Customer service here is horrible.. they skip over you and when you ask if they are just going to keep skipping you they catch an attitude and tell you that you can go somewhere else even though you ve waited over an hour Then try to tell you that you were last in line when we re 2nd they just kept going to other people and they wouldn t service you because you asked I will never come here againAlso they didn t replace the cap on my tire
