I am thankful that I found Jay when I did. The man is very personable and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and repair my vehicle seemingly without any hiccups or surprises. His professionalism is unmatched. I highly recommend this person and his shop. No waiting or excuses. Excellent job on my vehicle.

Whew! Where do I begin? I purchased a new set of tires from another company and after getting the tires, I noticed my alignment was out. I know nothing about cars and I did not want to be taken advantage of. Called a couple of other businesses but because of the winter storm (Jan 2024) no one was open. I decided to contact Jay s because of the very favorable reviews. He told me to come in immediately and test drove my car because he wanted to verify if the alignment was good. I was already on YouTube university researching wheel alignments and Jay confirmed everything I was researching! My tire rods and struts were bad and he showed me exactly what the problem was. Parts were ordered and 6 hours later everything was done at a very fair price! He even gave me the old parts. This man is honest, reliable and reasonable. I highly recommend his services!!

Jay is awesome and affordable. Hopefully I don t have to come back but if I need to I will lol. Helped me so much! He explained every detail of the problems my Jeep had. Fixed everything within a couple of hours. 10 OUT OF 10 would recommend

I met Jay through my daughter and I decided to use him. I made the right decision. My a/c was out and I took it to Jay. He let me know about things that were wrong. The work he had done was a/c filter, a/c compressor, system flush, oil change, valve cover gasket, rear brakes, tune up (which never had done), & engine filter. He has very reasonable prices. I will keep going to him. My suv is driving much better. He know what he is doing. I will keep going to Jay's Auto and Muffler. I suggest everyone else to take their vehicle him.

I brought my truck in for new catalytic converters, there are 2 on my make and model. I had shopped around and found the best deal and quality repair at Jay's Auto and Muffler. He had my truck for less than one day and did a great job even showed me pictures of my old parts and of the repairs. I would definitely recommend using Jay. Thank you Jay!!!

I met Jay about 2 months ago. He was honest about my Tire rods. I didn t tell him anything. I wanted to see if he said the same thing as the other mechanics. Even better. Waited two more months, Knows what he s talking about shows you and fixes it perfectly! Great price! Smooth ride Jay! Thank you so much! See you soon! I recommend Jay to anyone. 5 stars!

Jays Auto shop is one of the best auto shops in the DFW Area. Jay is very open and transparent with each and every customer. He takes his time to diagnose any problem on your vehicle. He is a very legit businessman and will not try to short change customers. Anybody with any sort of car issues from brakes/struts-transmission issues. Jay is that guy

Jay s Auto and Muffler is excellent. I found the shop from great reviews on Google maps while looking for help with a check engine light on my wife s Volvo XC-90. It turned out to be a fairly difficult emissions issue that took some time and troubleshooting to resolve, however the shop owner was meticulous in finding the cause and providing the solution. He gave us a lot of attention and stuck with it until the vehicle was repaired, with very fair pricing for all of the time spent and work done. Our family is happy to have met a good auto mechanic since we are new to the area. Both of our vehicles were also inspected at the shop for new registration in Texas.

Nice guy! He was fast and efficient told me of major issues during the repairs to save us both time and money. I would highly recommend this shop for your auto repairs.I had my 2010 Honda catalytic converter replaced and the vehicle runs so much better.

I have a 1995 Chevy truck and came in for exhaust work it took less then a hour and I stop at another place and they said it would take two weeks so I highly recommend Jay s Auto

I love Jay! He is always friendly and efficient! I set my appointment with him and even though i was late he still treated me with the upmost urgency and made sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable with my vehicle and its repair! I was working out of town and my truck was chopped up. I just needed to get home and was in a bad situation. Luckily I stumbled here because they cut me deal due to the misfortune and temporarily restored my faith in humanity. Thanks again and good luck.

Got inspection done from this place and they never updated on state website for me to get registration sticker.I have the fake inspection report he emailed me and scammed me for. Also have the state inspection station number and and analyzer number on the report with business name.

Jay did an muffler job and inspection on my car today. I was just a walk in customer, so I wasn t expecting my car to be finished in a couple of hours. He did an awesome job and for an affordable price. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience here at Jays auto & muffler. I totaled my car and it was no longer drivable and Joe was able to help me tremendously. He was very patient with me and understanding of my financial situation. He got me all new parts within my budget and made sure I knew exactly what he was working on and what I was paying for. I felt comfortable leaving my car with him and was satisfied when I picked my car back up. He worked quickly and efficiently! I will definitely be back if I have any future problems and I do recommend!

My car wouldn't pass inspection due to a bad catalytic converter. I didn't know who to trust but I took a chance on Jay's auto and muffler, and I'm glad I did! Jay was very knowledgeable and replaced my cracked converter and the 2nd converter as well. I recommend using Jay's auto for all your automotive needs, he does excellent work!

Called up 3 shops around here for a simple X Pipe mod. None of them wanted to do it. Talked to Jay and he got me in right away. He said it'll take an hour and a half but got done sooner. The quality of welds is great and the alignment of the exhaust is as it originally was. Nice, down to earth and honest guy. Definitely deserves a lot of business from the local folks.
