Did Not Get Tires Here!! I went up there on the 18th to get a patch on my back driver side tire and noticed my front driver tire was balding so I asked if they had any used tires. They said they did but then took 45 mins to work on the tire that I was about to buy. He put two patches on the tire (at least) and said it'd be ok. I paid 55 dollars for a tire with two patches and now today is the 22nd and I have a large bubble on the tire I just bought 4 days ago. They said the best they can do is replace the tire and I'm unable to get my money back. I'm an hour and a half away and won't make it. Just gonna take the hit and avoid this place from now on. Shady business.

Absolutely No customer service! Working ignored me and acted as though they couldn t answer any questions. Other people were standing around as well trying to get help

Spent all day searching hing for a tire from every place that was well known by everyone. Turns out all i had to do is look closer to home. These folks had me up and rolling in 15 min. When everyone else said that's something we have to order. That's A1 for me.

Scam artist tire shop. I came to get my tire checked because it was leaking air. He found the problem and plugged it only for me to come back two weeks later for the same problem. Only then did he offer another solution that he did not offer before . So I ended up paying 35 dollars to fix one problem instead of 20. And this is the owner I was dealing with. Stay clear

Great costumer service. Sometimes it gets very busy in the middle of the day and will be hard to get to you. I tried again in the morning 9am on a Sunday. They took care of me right away. FYI $10 for patches on tires.

Drove up with a big bolt in tire. Had it patched and back on the road in 15min. Great service!

Great mechanics! They always, always, always, find whatever is wrong with my vehicle and fix it in a timely manner. I have gone to them for help numerous times. The phone is always answered and they are great at directing me on what steps I need to take to fix something on my vehicle. They are very friendly and considerate people.A family member of mine had an issue with a car that kept their engine light on. Mechanics in their area changed unnecessary parts and claimed that the issue can never be resolved. I recommend my family member here and the mechanics at Hal's Tire shop were able to fix it within a matter of hours.Sometimes they may require you to obtain the parts they need for your vehicle. This can be good because you can find the best pricing for what you need and see if you can get warranty on the part. However, I do know they can sometimes get the part, it really just depends on what it is.Someone did mention to me that their prices are somewhat higher than other competitors, but these are some of the only mechanics I know I can trust. These people are very honest and skillful in what they do and I highly recommend them as they were recommend to me!

Tire was going flat overnight but they couldn't find leak. Went back next day and bought used tire, it went flat overnight. Told them to next day to check valve stem.they said valve not leaking but I had them replace valve and now it's good. They should've done that with first tire. I lost good tire and paid for used tire. Going back to see what owner says...to be continued.wanted my original tire back but said they threw it away

Absolutely WORST tire shop ever. The person name Rio got mad bc I called telling him he s assisting other people that arrived after me he had an attitude fixing my tire and dropped my car bad and said ok!? Like that drop could have cause way more problems I heard it hit the ground . Only reason I went here was bc it was Sunday and my usual spot was closed

They don't tell you the price of the tire until they put it on?? Then it's the most expensive used tire shop I've ever seen. Avoid it if you can! They didn't even know what run flat tires were. What kind of operation is this? Rude lady behind the counter. Very aggressive, like a man.

I messed up my valve stem tire pressure monitor thing flew out tire went flat. Right there. They were super busy but the guy got to me super fas. new valve stem and took nail out and patch for a great price. Less than i thought it'd be.I drive hard. Tires holding up great. That's it.

Tell you they have your tires in stock with a fair price then drive there and they don't have any tires claim someone stole them overnight lol then said I have a different size for $15/per tire more. Don't go here!!!

I would Not recommend these sorry people to do anything to my car every. On July 5th l purchased 4 new tires for my small Kia Rio. It cost me $303.00 August 4th the drivers tire blew out. Took it back to the creeps and they gone tell me, well you had a bad alingment. They wouldn't replace it at all. Terrible people. Do not go there. They may have given me a bad tire.

Waiting 15+ minutes to buy a tire. Not bad until I mention that they never acknowledged me and then someone else pulled up and they helped him first! Ended up leaving and going to another shop down the street.

Needed a catalytic converter put on.. their price was less than half of what others were asking and it included changing my spark plugs !!

They are very fast paced one of the workers there did my car and another's car when we literally both arrived at the same time and he did a great job. He checked my air pressure in all my tires and out more if more was needed. They are fast and friendly

Go to chucos on Dallas Avenue. Better service and manners. I've been using Hall's tire shop for at least 15 years. They are my neighbors. But I took a tractor tire in with a mesquite thorn. I drove it flat in the pasture not realizing it. Took it in and they didn't bother to patch it, charged me $20.00 loaded it in the pickup sent me home. As I walked back to the tailgate I could hear the air coming out of the non patched hole. Had to drive back and got nothing but attitude. So I took it to chucos on Dallas Avenue. Great service, no attitude.

They were good until they had to honor a mistake they made. Then they ignored me. Had to go up there several times to get a stud fixed they stripped out on my wife's Honda Accord. To me that's bad business. I pay you for a service you need to warranty your work. Thumbs Down!!

This little tire shop can get busy but that doesnt deny the quickness and quality of service when you get helped. Friendly knowledgeable staff make this a go to tire shop just a few minutes away from me

There a big fat guy very friendly fast service and does have a little bit of a musty smell but I don t mind because all i had to do is give him a Popeyes chicken sandwich and he did my tires for free. But don t be fooled by his whiskers he will take you to the back and I can t explain what will happen. I RECOMMEND HALLS TORE SHOP!!!!

I had to change my review. AGAIN!You can buy a shop but "hal" whoever that is has nothing to do with it. The old man and woman are trying to cut too close to the bone. Its like they are trying to get you. Both are very anry.Theyre very shady and there is a longer line of people complaining about simple things that there to get things done. I thought they wdre full and i promise there was a group of people complaining.They have the location but not the care. Threw th spare i bought in the back on top of the trunk cover. Everyone knows it goes under. Broke the trunk floor cover and you know it was already like that. Everything was already like that it seems.Ive only done a few things here, I dont have confidence the more difficult the work can get. The commonality of the complaints and the "i got you" way of business. They act like they are running a scam instead of a legal business.""" Update""""""Car and work fell apart within 20 miles of driving. Never ever pay without approving the work. If they wont show you it works upto and including road test. DO NOT USE THEM. This place adamantly does not show work. I didnt know that before.Their work raminds me of a criminal act.Trying to get by as soon as they see you. Do not try them and tell your friends to avoid them. This isnt even close. They are either incompetent or just plain faking the work. There is nothing else. I can not express enough. Go here at your own risk. They will mess your car up.

This is a great place for almostall your mechanical needs. I've been bringing my cars here for years and quite frankly, they tho great work and processed are very loud compare too other mechanic shops. I highly recommend then.

I believe I was taken care of well. God led me to the place.It is down the street from my veterinarian.I had hit a curb at 50 mph...( I know shame but I had not slept in days I had medical ER's with pets + other people family) + created a bubble in sidewall if tire...Lil voice said go home diff route + like an oasis in the desert there was Hall's...Also the owner Was nice ...

I have been shopping at Hall's for the last 18 years but never again. I was changing the brakes pads on my vehicle but for the first time in my life I couldn't get the lugs off. I even broke an after market lug wrench and bent the oem one that came with the vehicle. A couple months earlier I had my tires rotated at Hall's. When I took the vehicle back to get them loosened I told Juvenal (owner) about it. I told him the lugs were entirely too tight. I showed him my broken wrench for reference. He said it was a cheap wrench and lugs were not too tight but he also refused to try to manually loosen them himself. When I also told him about the bent oem wrench he became irritated and still refused to acknowledge they were too tight. I'm not a stranger to changing tires and I'm not a weakling. I'm 6'3" and 250 lbs and am quite capable of removing lug nuts that are not over tight. I asked what if I had had a flat at night and couldn't get the tire off? He rudely said, "That's not my problem". He then proceeded to jack up my vehicle and instead of just loosening the bolts so I could manage them, he took them completely off (with is impact wrench mind you) and told me to put them back myself and lower my own vehicle. All of this from a man that I have purchased many tires for several vehicles and have had a lot of service done at his shop in the past 18 years. I have even referred and brought family members to him. I was very surprised at his response and rudeness after our long business relationship. Hell I even offered to pay to have them loosened. Just to give you an idea how tight the lugs were, my son and I bent the oem lug wrench and broke the aftermarket one when we both exerted force on them using a breaker bar. Even still the lugs didn't budge. If I could give 0 stars on this review I would.

Some of the best people I have ever met. Bought a new set of tires and had trouble with one of the tires and they replaced the whole set with a more expensive set with a rebate and no charge at all !! They have certainly got my business !
