Sam is my go too at Premier Ford. He and his staff know that time is important so they make the purchasing process hassle free and easy. He takes note of what you are looking for and does not stop until you get it and makes sure you are satisfied with your purchase. It s always a pleasure and good time seeing him and the guys over at Premier Ford of Lamesa.

When it comes to purchasing vehicles, I ve done my fair share. Probably a bit more than most. My wife and I always search for great deals all across the state of Texas, despite being located in the Central TX area (San Antonio/New Braunfels). We came across this Gladiator located in good ole Lamesa, TX. Not even a minute after I inquired Sam McClure called my phone. I m in the Sales & Marketing business so a quick response to a web lead is always appreciated! Sam is without a doubt the best car salesman I ve ever worked with. He built some quick rapport over the phone which led to a favorable answer to the age old question; Do I like and respect this salesperson and the company they represent? He also did what exactly every car salesman should do not talk me out of the idea of buying a car!!! Needless to say my wife, baby and I drove 5.5 hrs to Lamesa to pick up this Gladiator. Exceptional customer service through and through! Will definitely be recommending my colleagues and business partners to Premier Ford and Sam!!Ps: Sam had the most hardware on his desk, guess he s the top dog on the sales floor!! Evidence defeats disbelief and the proof is in the pudding with this gentleman!!

We love our F-150 Lariat!!! Sam, our salesperson, was extremely helpful, professional and attentive to what we were wanting to buy. The customer service was excellent and we would definitely recommend Premier Ford of Lamesa to anyone!!!

Contacted Sam McClure about mid year of 22 about putting in an order for a new f450. Sadly books were closed for new Super Duty orders. Months later received a call from Sam informing me about books opening again. I went ahead and put my order in, fast forward to today we are taking delivery of my 23 Lariat F450 CC.Thanks to Sam s attention to detail and amazing customer service I got my truck exactly how I wanted and just perfect for my business needs.110% recommended Sam McClure for all your business needs. He really cares about his customers and treats you with outmost respect, extremely professional!

When I owned a shop I use to say "everyone makes mistakes it's how you handle them that defines you" and Premier defined itself as AWESOME!Bought a used truck and while it was being delivered a check engine light came on. Sales immediately went to work and I ended up with a ton of apologies and more importantly some really great options! As I was weighing the options they fixed the problem and I ended up "re-buying" the original truck.I couldn't be more happy with how the entire situation was handled and have already recommended the dealership to friends.

Matthew Tanner is by far the best salesman I have ever done business with. He was straight forward and did not try to get me to buy something that I didn't want. I was trying to find a vehicle big enough for my family and had been trying for 3 days with another dealer that kept telling me that something was wrong with every vehicle I was really interested in or that I couldn't do that one. With just a phone call and a few hours later Matthew called me and told me I was approved for the exact car I was looking for. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

Matthew Tanner was so amazing to work with, we live 4 hours away; told him what we wanted and he made it happen. Is delivering our car tomorrow so we don t have to drive to the dealership. Highly recommending using matter tanner as your sales person

I can t say enough great things about premier ford of lamesa, especially sam McClure! He was straight forward , honest and genuine as they come, worked out all my numbers with me , answered all my questions and even took me around town while we waited for my bank to finish up the paperwork. All in all was super happy with the service, when I m in need of another/new pickup, Sam will be the man to get me take care are of.

We found the perfect truck online, and on Saturday night, we made an appointment to go test drive Monday morning. Arrived, met Gabriel and Joe, drove the truck, made the purchase, and thoroughly enjoyed buying our new truck from Premier Ford of Lamesa! 100% recommend them from Gabe and Joe to Mike in financing. Great group of people, good price on the vehicle, and easy to buy the vehicle. We ll buy again from them when we need another Ford truck!

I bought a Nissan Titan from these guys and it was not the smoothest transaction I have ever done . But I want to say these guys hung in there with me and really gave me the best service after the sale . Most companies would have just stopped taking my call after they got their money . Not these guys they went above and beyond to make it right !! They did that and I really appreciate it very much !! They care about their customers and they went the extra mile to make it right .
