I had a great experience. Sarah, Anthony and I believe Brandon is who all helped me through the buying process. We started the deal after lunch and they had the truck ready to go, spotless clean with a full tank by 6 pm that day. Super quick and easy process, I was in and out within 30 minutes, everyone was very polite and extremely helpful with any questions I had & I m more than happy with my new truck. Highly recommend!

I drove an hour and a half up to Lamesa to see about a Yukon. It was washed, cleaned, and sitting up front before I drove up to the dealership. I walked in, where I met Sarah Conner. She worked diligently and patiently to get everything processed. Branden, the finance manager, went over service contracts with detail and compared different rates, along with different variations when it came to monthly payments. They will even be delivering the car to me so I don t have to figure out how to haul it home. This experience today was beyond amazing, so pleasant! They showed they cared to help me in a tight situation, rather than making sure they sold another car today. You can tell they take customer service, experience, and satisfaction very seriously as soon as you meet one of them. I 1000% recommend coming to Premier and doing business with them. You will not leave disappointed. I left completely swept away in an good way!

Started our buying venture online looking for a used Jeep wrangler. Found the one we really liked and within minutes of submitting an inquiry, Dakota contacted me. Without even seeing the Jeep in person, Dakota drove it to ensure it was in good condition for us. The entire process was done over the phone and we made the drive from Hobbs, NM to finish the deal. Awesome truck buying experience! Sarah Conner made the whole process super easy. She had both trucks I wanted to see out in front and ready to go with the keys. Worst buying experience I ve ever dealt with. No help whatsoever sold me a car that had a mileage rollback. Had issues with stereo and also a broken visor. They delivered to me (4 hours away) and said nothing about the stereo going on and off. This is my second review due to my other being deleted. The management was no help. Said they would call back and never did even after calling on multiple occasions. I would just avoid this dealership.

I can t say enough good things Branden!!! Make sure you ask for him! He goes out of his way to make sure you re happy with the deal and is just a down to earth person. I didn t feel like I was dealing with your traditional salesman. It felt like old friends.

I found my 2023 GMC Yukon Denali Ultimate online. I contacted the dealer, and began my purchasing process with Dakota Sowell over the phone. Once the agreement had been made, we flew from Colorado where Premier made the arrangement for pickup and transport from Lubbock to Lamesa. Upon arrival, we drove and inspected the vehicle and went right to work signing papers. Branden was efficient going over all extending warranties and coverages.
