Bert was fantastic. He answered all my questions and ensured I was aware of everything going on with my vehicle during the process. I drove up from San Antonio and would gladly do it again because of how well Bert treated me. It truly was an amazing experience, something I never thought I d say regarding maintenance on my vehicle.

When I received my car after service, the drivers floor mat Was not properly attached, The driver seat was repositioned, And the air conditioning system was set very low. Not a big deal as easy to fix. Judge in service was helpful.

All good. They got me in for an oil change, tire rotation, and Safety Inspection. Went up to the customer lounge, had a blueberry muffin and coffee. Then in a bit (90) minutes, I was on my way. Great service.

This is one of the better service departments I ve dealt with both within Lexus and across other brands. Through years of working with them, they have earned my trust. What I appreciate most is they lay out options and pros/cons if anything requires attention. I don t ever feel like I m being pressured into a decision or being sold something I don t need.

This is my first service done on my new Lexus I was getting a factory dash cam installed.I went to book an appointment online and found I could get an appointment in 30 minutes to an hour. Instead of 3-4 weeks at the dealer for my other car.They completed the job and it came in under the estimate. Okay they may have thrown out a higher amount, not knowing exactly how it would come out. But I was still happily surprised. It was still a pricey device/install but it is a Lexus.They offered me a loaner. I ve had to beg for a loaner at the other car companies dealership. But my begging didn t help.So appointment within a hour, price under estimate, loaner car and new the new dash cam works.Great experience!

Excellent help from Steve Witt the Service Manager who went to great lengths to help me diagnose the problem of getting my car started so I could get it in. Once I got my car to their service department everything was top- notch- from the check in, the hospitality waiting area, the length of time for diagnosing the needed repair, to the loner car.My car was ready on time and again pickup was easy and efficient.In short- THE BEST SERVICE DEPARTMENT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!

I had a routine 10k maintenance performed. I was very pleased with the service. The car was ready about 2 hours after I dropped it off. The complementary car wash made the car gleam.

I called for appointment to have my Lexus serviced. They were very accommodating for appointment on day I would be in the area. I was offered a loaner car. But decided to stay in lounge of dealership, since it would only take two hours. The lovely lounge offers free drinks & muffins, free of charge. I highly recommend the. Lexus Dealership at Lakeway, Texas

Bought my (current) Lexus at another Lexus dealership, but the service at the Lakeway dealership is bar none. Very grateful to Alan for putting up with me over the years and Rickey for his willingness to drive to meet me whenever I need service (I don t have a lemon - not sure if Lexus could make one if they tried - but I am very finicky when it comes to my car) and the entire team over there - sales, finance, service all of you guys are great. Thank you!

Kristi gave me good advice. My relatively new car is five years old. Even though it has only 15,000 miles on it, Kristi advised that I get the 50,000 mile check up because That checkup would be very thorough and advisable for a five-year-old car. I feel very peaceful knowing that the car has been checked so thoroughly.

I feel the service is not given much attention lately. 1. The seat heater was on which produced a sound at the back (I had to figure out where the sound was coming from). 2. The BSM was off. 3. The picture below kept on appearing each time I start the engine. 4. The last time I was here, no Service Sticker was left and I had to recall/remember when I should have my next visit. I ended up visiting Sterling in Houston. 5. I don t think the vehicle was properly washed (if it was even washed) the same smudge were present.I hope service will get better. I have no idea who serviced my vehicle.

Replacement of Sunroof was a very quick repair. Calling in to the Service Department was easy and Mr. Zaragoza immediately ensured me that the parts could be obtained, scheduled the time|date of repair. The day of the repair I was was greeted with very friendly service attendents that accepted the car. The repair order was prepared by Carl, whom explained the process and ensured I had a loaner car to return home. The person that assisted me with the loaner car ensured that I understood my responsibilities as the driver and operator of the loaner car. The job was completed within a day and all looks great again. Thank You to the Staff at Lakeway Lexus that assisted me with this repair.

The team at Lakeway Lexus are wonderful to work with and they have the nicest service people. Judge was super helpful and very kind. Great customer service overall.The one complaint that I have and that's the reason why I'm taking one star off, is this Lexus dealership didn't let me test drive their new LX 600. Being an avid Lexus owner, I was looking to upgrade to a new model. However, I certainly wasn't going to buy an expensive vehicle and NOT test drive it first!Now I'm getting a Mercedes GSL instead. Lexus lost my business this time, sadly.

We have used this service team for our GX for the past two years. I would rate them six stars if I could. Always friendly and professional. Extremely good communication with me regarding planned work, duration of the work, and anything outside of the norm that is needing attention. The only criticism I have is the lady on the Roadside Assistance service was curt but everyone else in the chain was very professional. The tow truck driver was very helpful. After that, Lexus Lakeway was perfect.

Alan always takes care of everything I need. I had an appointment and came in and added things. He took it all in stride and got it done. Everyone there is very friendly. The space is beautiful and inviting. This is why I drive a Lexus.

My previous service advisor, Chase, was excellent (quick, helpful & positive) and now he has moved on to Sales Department and handed his torch to Bert(quick, nice & helpful). The service department at Lexus of Lakeway has been nothing but wonderful. They always treat me with respect, courtesy and service. The service is great, I hate calling the dealer. I the automated phone prompts and answering the same question three times to serve me better is brutal.. it s so annoying I don t want to go to the dealer because of it. But the staff themselves are great!

Went in on a Friday afternoon with a flat tire from a screw through the sidewall. They checked my warranty and I had coverage. Also needed routine maintenance so to save time and hassle for everyone they gave me a loaner for the weekend. I picked up my car on Monday afternoon with a brand new tire and a shiny exterior. Easy peasy and loved the loaner too.Services: Tires, Oil change

I found an appointment on a Friday and dropped off my car. I had an idea it was the wheel bearing. I got a very nice and new lexus es to drive until Wednesday when I came to pick up my shiny just washed and fixed lexus. Prompt. Friendly. Costly $1000 but I know it s quality service. This was $250 more than what Firestone was going to do but with aftermarket parts. No thanks. Love the text messages to verify services and pay o line so I just need to pick up upon arrival.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Since being in the military, Customer Service has been a staple of my life. So upon visiting Lexus of Lakeway and dealing with my sales person, I see that others have been groomed the same way. My sales persons name is Adam he was absolutely flawless in his delivery when making the sale even though I knew exactly what I wanted in a vehicle, There was no pressure, no trying to make me settle for a vehicle that I did not want!my biggest pet peeve with myself is I tend to settle for something less and then regretting it later. In this case, I knew what I wanted and, I was determined not to make too many sacrifices if the EXACT vehicle had not met my want list. Unfortunately, I had been dealing with a salesman at another Lexus dealership that was also awesome but, due to inventory shortages and allocation they were unable to provide me with the vehicle within the range of what it is that I want it. I was almost to the point to where I was going to make the mistake of heavy settling. Fortunate enough for me as I was going to take the potential purchase vehicle back to my local Lexus (overnight test drive) I received a call from Adam stating that they had the vehicle that I want it but just not in the color but it had all of the other features. Hybrid, Red interior, F Sport (RX 450h) Caviar Exterior (Black with glitter in the paint )There were some initial hiccups upon my arrival but, Adam and Terran were great in ironing things out and making my experience a great one! Even with a #FML APR it was still a great experience.Shout out to @Abner The inventory manager for also making this one of the best purchases. You rock!!!
