Drove down Monday night from Lubbock and met Thomas Murphy early Tuesday morning to test drive a couple of options. Small back and forth on my trade. Thomas was polite and not pushy. Hailey got me in and out of finance quickly and without a pressure approach. Very nice dealership and an overall positive experience. Thanks!

Wonderful experience. Thomas Murphy was patient, relaxed, and did not rush or push me at all. One of the best sales experiences I ve ever had. Haley also hustled to get me a great rate on my loan and outstanding terms on my warranty. I m super happy with my vehicle and would definitely return to this dealership again. Thanks, y all!

Wonderful experience buying my new Lexus! Ryann, Ashley and Hailey were professional, friendly and extremely efficient. This is my 6th new vehicle and since I knew what I wanted, they got me in and out in less than an hour. Best buying experience ever. Definitely recommend this dealership. So hard to find excellent customer service these days. And no pressure sales!!

I went in to buy a used Lexus SUV and was assisted by Justin Hudson. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he immediately took me to the used car lot and showed me several vehicles that fit my requirements. We went on a test drive in the vehicle I selected and eventually ended up buying. At no time did I feel pressured. My preferences were respected and I got exactly what I was looking for. I m very happy with my car and with the service I got from Justin. Every car purchase should be so painless.

I had a wonderful customer experience looking at used vehicles. Thomas M. was helpful, honest, and would negotiate with GM on customer's behalf. I the end, I am a satisfied customer... Service was a little slow in getting vehicle ready and had missed a couple of spots but they quickly remedied the situation. Totally get that and appreciate their humble attention. I highly recommend Lexus of Lakeway and if your looking for new, used, ask for Thomas M. Oh yes, I love that the dealership respects family life and employees... The dealershipcloses at 6pm. Love that. Happy employees, happy customers. Says a lot about the GM of Lakeway dealership.

I recently purchased a car from Ashley. She is very knowledgeable,friendly, and responsive. She was very responsive to any questions and concerns i had and i walked away with the perfect car for me.The coffee and snacks bar is very nice . Everyone I encountered during my visit was very friendly and professional.

My experience at Lexus of Lakeway they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable in purchasing a vehicle my salesman Don Casper was very helpful he made me so comfortable before I even made it out there the day before letting me know everything about the Lexus is300 and I couldn't even begin to thank him for putting me in a vehicle that would be safe reliable affordable would I be a returning customer yes everyone was very kind. Awesome dealership, buying a new car can be stressful for some but Thomas was amazing to work with. I randomly got him on the phone, pretty much did the deal over the phone, went it signed paperwork and was done. Love Lakeway of Lexus and Thomas for the smooth transaction. Ask for Thomas in sales for a great experience. I will be heading back to him when I need to replace my truck.

We had looked in Houston for another RX350 and wound up coming over to Austin after our search had us seeing a car on line at Lexus of Lakeway.The experience was very easy and everyone was so helpful.Our salesperson, Don had all the paperwork as well as the car ready when we arrived.We would definitely recommend this Dealership.

Came in looking at a few models after losing a car in a wreck. Justin worked with me the entire time and was very responsive over the course of a few months while i figured out what car I wanted and if I wanted to go with a Lexus. He was never pushy, or tried to force anything on me. Would definitely recommend this dealership and Justin for anyone who is in search of a new vehicle.

Just bought my third Lexus and my second from Lakeway Lexus. Don Carper was our knowledgeable and friendly salesperson. I ended up with just the right vehicle and we negotiated without all the annoying back and forth. He and the finance dept. even stayed late to finish the deal the Saturday before Easter.

I live in Houston and none of the Lexus dealers were going to have the new TX 350 for several weeks to months, so I called around and spoke with Thomas at Lexus of Lakeway who advised that their lot would have one around the 1st of April. It was the color combination I was looking for. Put down the deposit and was told by Thomas that he would contact me as soon as it hit the lot. The car ended up coming in early so I made an appointment for Saturday. Drove up from Houston Saturday morning and met with Thomas. Thomas was great to work with and answered all my questions. Getting thru the financing was quick, relatively painless and an overall pleasant experience. After going thru finance, Thomas took the time to go over all of the features and helped me setup all of my preferences. I would highly recommend Thomas at Lexus of Lakeway!!!

My entire car-buying experience at Lexus of Lakeway was amazing. I was really dreading the whole process based on my experiences elsewhere. First, Thomas Murphy was so accommodating since we traveled from out of town, and he was very knowledgeable about the RX and GX models we test drove. In the end, we bought a 2024 RX 350, and I love it. Haley made the loan process run smoothly, and for the first time ever, I was interested in the add ons, and felt absolutely no pressure to get any of them (we did get the extended maintenance plan). The in-desk signing feature was really cool, too. I highly recommend the dealership, Thomas, and Haley, and really appreciate everyone who helped get my SUV ready to go.

Poor communication.Last year I purchased a Lexus ES350 Fsport from a Houston dealership. I tried to make the purchase in Austin but the dealerships in Austin did not pay attention to me. The customer service I experienced from the Houston dealership was fantastic, communication was friendly, and they followed up with my purchase and ensured I was satisfied.My wife has been wanting a Lexus RX450Hybrid since last year and we decided to give the Lexus of Lakeway dealership a chance for our business since they had one in stock. I sent an email to inquire about the vehicle and Chase responded with an email and call to confirm vehicle and ask what time I would stop by to see the car. We arrived to the Lexus of Lakeway dealership and agreed to a price, all we need to do was close on the finance. It was 5:50pm and they close at 6pm, I informed them that I would return the next day and bring my financing, I could get a better rate than what they quoted me at 7.9%. He then told me to fill out an application and would get me in the 4-5% range and would let me know in the morning. This was exciting a better interest rate than my bank. I called him the next day, spoke to him in the morning at 10am and he said he would follow up later with the rate. I must have called him 10 times to inquire what the rate he was able to get us, I wanted to make sure if he was not going to get us a good rate, I would still have an opportunity to see may bank. He did not return my call until 4 pm when he quoted me a rate higher than what he said and what my bank would have given me. I don t appreciate the late notice and no communication and expressed it to him and the manager. I still purchased the car because my wife loved it but would have rather preferred to buy from another dealership. They did not follow up the next day to apologize for the poor communication. Next Lexus I purchase will be from another dealership.

Thomas was it specialist. Richard did our financing, everything was handled professionally and they quickly got us in the car. Even though we showed up at 4 pm on a Friday, we never felt rushed or pressured. Thomas was ready to answer any question, now I understand why they are called specialists.
