Girls, this is the shop for you.They're honest. Everywhere I go, they try to take advantage of me, but here they didn't.They even gave me tips on what to look for so that I understand my car and its needs a bit better, so as to avoid being fooled by other shops in the future.Albert and Travis are THE BEST! They stayed open late to help me with my brakes that were in scary conditions.Very good and friendly service; quick and efficient work.Wish I could give them more stars! Hey, Jiffy Lube, these boys deserve a bonus/raise!!!

This is the best run Jiffy Lube I ve ever been to. Latroy, Travis, and Trey are skilled, honest, and a pleasure to be around. They treat our cars like their own, and have won my business for life. Highly recommend that you stop by if you re having car troubles, or need an oil change.Great service, and even better people.

Fast, efficient and knowledgeable are all the things you want from a car service establishment. Jiffy Lube in Lakeway was all of that and more! Thanks to Albert for his expert advice and thorough explanation of what my car needed and had done. My car was happy when I left and so was I!!! I will be back!

I came in a few months ago to get an oil change and the staff was extremely helpful. I drive a Volkswagen so he informed me as soon as I got there I would need to get the oil myself because they didn t have it on hand. When I came back, Albert and all of the staff were extremely friendly and even gave me a coupon to use that saved me money. I recently came back and was met with the same hospitality. Before I left Anahi even came and blew up all of my tires. They were super quick and efficient and I feel confident in the service I received. I have told all of my coworkers, husband, and family that if they need any work done on their car, Jiffy Lube in Lakeway has the best customer service!

Those are the nicest people over there! Not only did they quickly get me in and out but I interacted with them all and everyone there from the original person that greeted me, the girl that filled out my name and such on the invoice and then the actual mechanic. So warm, nice and conscientious about what they were doing. Absolutely I'll be back here!

I called last minute for an oil change they were able to fit me in, I arrived and within 10-15 minutes they had my car in service bay and ready in no time at all. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend.

The entire team, especially the manager and assistant manager (who I found out today is getting his own store!!! How awesome!!) are amazing, friendly and just great at what they do. I am a huge fan of the Lakeway shop!

For the firstv time ever, I had a low oil warning light today. Jiffy Lube changed it last time. I asked to see the oil level on the dip stick. Guy said its a quart low. I explained they changed it last. No spots in garage. Think I was shorted a quart. I asked them to show me the dip stick after changing oil. It was near the full mark but not quite. Seems process encourages shorting customers. Will find new place next time.

Terrible! Came here for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I paid and left. As I drove off my front tire made a knocking sound. So I drove back. Slow-agonizing wait 4 hrs later and my car is now not in the shop! They drove it off the premises to who-knows-where because some studs need to be replaced. It s 12:44 pm. No car. I asked the tech how much longer he said 45-1 hr, then asked the manager he said 30 more minutes. I asked where my car is the answer was one more stud . That is NOT a measure of distance! Worts JiffyLube ever!

Ruined my engine with an oil change and a rag/oil filter last December.Their insurance and franchise has denied to help pay for the thousands it cost me for a new engine in my truck.

I fully recommend taking your vehicle to the Lakeway location of Jiffy Lube.The man who runs the show here is a good man who cares about his customers.Friendly staff, quick service. Easy to give these folks a good review and repeat business. Thanks to the crew .

Got an oil change on my truck. Called ahead and they actually answered their phone. Most automotive places never answer their phones. The oil change took about 10 minutes, so it was crazy fast. They didn t try to up sell me on anything else and they were SUPER nice and helpful! Reasonable pricing and great customer service. You can tell they all work very hard. I will definitely be going back.Service: Oil change

Latroy and Travis were exceptionally fast friendly and sufficient couldn t have asked for better service! Oil change and took care of my check engine light issue all in under 30 minutes, will definitely be back!

I I was in a panic this past Monday during the recent freeze. My 2020 Equinox needed to be jumped because my battery died. The tire pressure had also dropped to 24 and 25 on all tires. I m 75 y/o and knew I could not unscrew the caps on the tires. I pulled into Jiffy Lube to ask if they could help me. A man came out in the cold smiling and cheerful and offering to help. It was late afternoon. His name is Terry and without hesitation he offered to help and guided me in to a stall. Filled all four tires so I again felt safe. I ve only been in Lakeway since November 3rd and still finding local auto services. Terry made me feel so welcome in that dreaded cold. I will be a regular at Lakeway Jiffy Lube. Thank you, Terry.

This Bee Caves location is unique. Had two vehicles serviced and inspected here in the last two months. This is a special Jiffy Lube. LaTroy, the manager is one of the more kind service managers I have met and he has fun with his staff. The ones I have met, are quality individuals. People being in a good mood paired with their honesty is why I will come back. Ben does the inspections and is personable, and easy to communicate with. He's not there on Thursdays.

My car was not running as smoothly as it should and when I brought it in to Jiffy Lube the manager Latroy took a great deal of time checking it out completely so that I felt comfortable with it for my holiday travel. He helped to take some of my holiday stress off my shoulders and I can not thank him and his team enough for that.

Good, quick service during an oil change while on a work trip. Albert was especially kind and knowledgeable as he walked me through upcoming services and other tips to keep my vehicle reliable. I d go back if I m ever near the Lakeway area again.

Stopped in there last night around 5:30ish after work and the last 3 guys working there were very polite and professional. They still had plenty of energy even though it was close to closing, got my oil changed in a quick and easy manner. Thanks again!!!

GM Latroy Bullock provided the best customer service I have ever experienced. My father s truck not only needed oil, but many other items. I wanted to get it taken care of before I left town. Latroy went above and beyond any expected level of service I have experienced in any service industry business. He made sure my father was in good hands today and going forward. Thanks Latroy!

This was the WORST experience I ve ever had getting an oil change. I brought my girlfriend s vehicle to get the oil changed and the next day, another shop found that the oil had not been changed. When we tried to follow up with Jiffy Lube, LaTroyinsisted it was not wrong and was extremely rude and condescending. We provided clear proof it was done incorrectly and they simply laughed at us. Luckily her car was seen the next day or else this would have destroyed her engine!! I will never be going back to Jiffy Lube and will be telling as many people as I can not to as well. I wouldnot bring your car here!!!

I give the Jiffy Lube in Lakeway, Texas a 5 start review!Both the Manager and the two men that worked on my car today were amazing.They explained everything to me and advised I change my fuel filter soon. They offered to do it but I need to take the car in for the 80,000 check up to the Lexus dealership. I think there have been issues in the past with this Jiffy Lube in Lakeway but my experience in Jan 2023 and today...November 2023 have been great!!! Give them raises!!! :)

The staff was very friendly and fast. My lack of 5 stars is related to the inability to get my car inspected. Apparently the ONLY person who can do inspections was at lunch at 1220pm and wouldn't be back until 2 or later. Wish my job let me have 1.5+ hour lunch. Maybe they should have multiple people certified to do inspections

Went in for a simple oil change. They sent me away without reattaching my skid plate, which dropped and hit the road a few miles away.No compensation, no explanation, just a literal "we're sorry for the inconvenience"They also said they added air to my tires, twice. Once when I went the first time, and once again when I went back for them to fix the piece they messed up. Swore up and down that they added air and that it must be my tire pressure monitor. This was not the case. The pressure was just low, and they did not add air. It's a free service that they put on the invoice, so I wrongfully assumed they actually did it.I can't imagine where these 5 star reviews are coming from. Maybe I went on a bad day but I don't think that's really an excuse.

I give this place one star because I was initially greeted and directed to a stall but never seen or updated on getting my inspection after that. I sat there for 20 mins. There were at least 2 workers in the building but never came to assist. Got tired of waiting and left.
