I know there s mix reviews here but I ve taken my car to Bart 2 times already in emergency situations. Him and his partner than run the shop have always provided solutions for me and my family. It s extremely hard to find a trustworthy mechanic, especially a team. If you are concerned why they are backed up is for a reason. Any business with high demand means they are doing something right. Thanks guys !

I am utterly devastated with how he treated my service this time. Bart is usually very straightforward and respectable but this time I took my car in to get an oil change and have the oil light reset. He called me and charged me 94 dollars for an oil change and didn t even reset the light. He told me he couldn t reset it and I should take it to the dealership but the whole reason I took it in is because I needed the light reset and I told him this before I took it to him. I can change oil myself there is absolutely no reason I should have paid 94 dollars for something I can do myself. I feel robbed.

It can be very difficult to find an auto repair shop that you can trust. However, after taking my vehicles to Tri City for the past several years, I can honestly say that I trust these folks. They are all about customer service and want you to be a returning customer, as opposed to taking advantage of you and never going back.On two occasions, I've had to drop my vehicle off on a weekend and leave my key in their dropbox. Both times, they quickly diagnosed my problems and got me quotes and schedules of when the repairs would be completed. The price has always been what they quoted and the work has always been completed on time or earlier. They do excellent work and I've never had a bad experience with them. They have a loyal customer with me.BTW, these guys will take the time to discuss your problem and any options you may have, such as OEM or aftermarket parts. I just truly can't say enough good things about them. Thanks for the excellent service Bart and the rest of the team!!!

This was my first time using Tri-City Auto services. As a female I m always wary when trying to find mechanic services for my vehicles. I ve always heard good things about Tri-City so I decided to give them a try and I was not let down. The staff was friendly, courteous, and honest about appointment times and servicing times. They were swift with diagnosing and addressing my vehicle. The pricing was very reasonable as well!! I m so happy I found a place that made me feel comfortable and trustworthy! Ladies!! If you re a single woman and have the same wariness as I do about automotive places... this is the place you should come!

This little automotive shop has really grew over the past six years I started using them with my company Urs Inc. Based out of Dow, they take your car in estimate was wrong with it will call you before they fix it and give you an estimate to let you know what it s gonna cost you top of the line technology, Very clean establishment high quality,The best of all the pricings and labor are the best possible in the area by fire. But everybody else to shame it s amazing how they keep the doors open for the low prices they charge. Once you use them you ll never go anywhere else I m going on 10 years now!!!!!!

My girlfriend has been using Tri City for years. After seeing her last bill from them and seeing the quality of work they provided, I decided to give them a try on my own vehicle. They allowed me to bring in parts I had already purchased, had a convenient after hours drop off, called me first thing in the morning with an estimate and completed the work before the end of the day. All work was performed to a high standard and the pricing was very reasonable. This is my new go-to spot for mechanical/electrical work.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

After our trusted mechanic retired , we started coming here. They're helpful, even telling us things we can try on our own to save money. When we DO have to bring it in, they get the work done when promised for very reasonable prices. I appreciate these guys so much!

I called in to a price on some work that I needed completed. The person who answered the phone advised me that it would be next week before he could get me in to have it worked on. I told him that was fine and I wanted to get a price for the repair. He advised me that he could take my number and call me next week and give me a price.The tough part for them is they did not even ask my name to realize that we bring all of our vehicles, children's, mother-in-law's and grandparents. . Needless to say his attitude was beyond unprofessional I will not be taking ANY of my vehicles back to this repair facility.Usually they are spot on however I have noticed that in the past year their professionalism has diminished dramatically.

I have been trying to find a new repair shop and Tri City Auto was suggested to me. Took my jeep Grand Cherokee in for ac work. The staff was very courtesy and knowledgeable. I was in and out in a reasonable time. Cost for repairs were very reasonable. I currently have another one of my vehicles there for some work. I highly recommend.

I will never take my car anywhere else. Very dependable, honest people. Everytime I ve taken a vehicle there they go above and beyond to help. My Husband and I have used Tri City for nany many years and we ve always been pleased. They promptly find the problem and fix it, and get you back on the road. I feel they re honest, courteous and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this Auto service!

This place is horrible. I have had a lot of work done at Tri City Auto the last few years. Almost everything he done was done a second and third time. The brakes that was done about 18 months ago are out now. I will never go back to this place. Bart is very dishonest. They will put used parts on your vehicle also. Tri City once had good service years ago. Still no good.

These gentleman were courteous and respectful. They fixed my initial issue with my car and made me aware of a potentially dangerous problem that needed to be addressed. My dad and I have been going to Bart and Tri City for several years. They have always done great, reliable work. Prices are very competitive compared to dealership repair shops. The staff have always been very friendly and professional. You feel like they're genuinely doing what's in your best interest, you won't leave feeling like someone keeps trying to upsell you on services you don't need. Just picked up my car today for some repairs and it's running great.

I will always recommend Tri- City Auto to everyone I know. I have used them a couple times for different issues on different vehicles. Each time I've used them, they give a quote and finish the work quickly and their work is always good. I have had two of my vehicles worked on there. I believe these people are honest and take pride in their work. They fix it right the first time at a reasonable price. I will continue to take my vehicles there in the future. And I do recomended them to others.It's nice to find an auto service that you can trust. Thanks guys, for all y'all do !!!

Saw the reviews and took my truck in. Not only did they have amazing prices, they are honest. Brutally honest. They will not try to upsell or lie about what needs work. My truck is old and not worth much but its my work truck. They told me all that was wrong but also told me what would be worth fixing. I appreciate honesty and i appreciated them telling me what they would personally do. They didnt harrass me if I chose not to fix something either, which is a relief. Definitely will always take my business to them!

The ONLY place I will bring my vehicles for service work/repairs. I used to be so worried about getting ripped of by an untrustworthy mechanic..... that was before I found Tri-City Auto Services. I have had the pleasure to deal with Jamie Louks on two of my vehicles. I never second guessed his diagnosis, he was quick, professional, and trustworthy. He will shoot you straight, and give you options on your repairs. I would trust any of these mechanics with my family's vehicles, that's how much I trust these guys. The shop is clean, everyone is nice, and they will get you back on the road as quick as possible. I cannot stress enough how happy I am, to have somewhere to take my rides if something unfortunate arises, and not worry about being ripped off. If you are looking for somewhere to take your vehicle(s) for repairs, look no further. Google comments is the reason I came here the first time, the work provided is the reason I continue to get work done here! Give this place a try, you won't be sorry you did!

Overall I am pleased with my experience with Tri City Auto. There were some issues with getting the right parts to make the repair on my first appointment, which is why I docked one star. Howeve this was resolved and my car fixed quickly when the parts did come in. Tri City was extremely friendly and courteous and the work seems to have been completed thoroughly and with high quality, at the price quoted. I would recommend this Auto service to a friend.

I really need another car that will not break down so often but... If it does take it to Bart and his group of guys at Tri City. I've been going for years since before Bart and have always been treated very well. They will tell you what's wrong and let you know if you should get your vehicle repaired right away or if you can wait a bit. Charges are fair I think but it's mostly about the trust.

I wouldn t take either one of our vehicles anywhere else. They are honest. Their work is always done in a timely manner and you can always depend their work is the best anywhere. Always take our vehicles here when we have issues beyond my limit. They are quick, friendly, and trust worthy. I cant say that for most repair places. Ive sent family their way when they needed repairs also. Highly recommend you let them check out your problem.

I have been using Tri-city Auto for more than 30 yrs. Bart has taken over from Henry and the service is still outstanding. I love having confidence that they repair my car correctly and honestly. This is the only place I use for auto repairs.

We were referred to Tri City by a friend - Tri City repaired our car in very quick order. Price was less than we had anticipated. Fair, honest service- we will be back and will definitely recommend to others.

These guys are awesome. I had a discontinued part on an old dodge that needed to be replaced, which required the whole dash be removed. I had another auto shop flat out refuse to do the work. These guys found the part I needed, did amazing work, and knocked it all out quicker than expected. Couldn't be happier with Tri City Auto.

Tri City helped looked at my car and did everything they possibly could in order to have my car running again. Service was 5 , the staff was extremely helpful during the whole process and the shop was in pristine condition. Would definitely recommend if you are in the Freeport area. Massive thanks to Bart and Justin for being so helpful and going out of their way.

I had a very bad experience with Tri-City Auto. I was towed in to have an alternator replaced. They got me running again, and a few months later it went out again. I took it back and he replaced it again, or so I thought. This time I checked and it was the same alternator. I also had an issue with my throttle body on my tundra. I paid them to put a used one on my truck. Soon after it went out. I finally had him to replace it with a new one. Two months later my truck was doing the same thing, I took it to another shop. They diagnosed the issue and found the problem was in the wiring. They fixed it for a fraction of what I paid Tri-City. I had this shop to look at my alternator, and they told me it was old, but still working. They said it would be good to replace it soon. I have used Tri-City Auto for years. I never questioned the charges. Now I know for a fact that they are not honest.
