Very great experience! Knowledgeable and respectful employees working here. Went here because Ford dealership was "Too busy". Was a little pricey for an oil change and tire rotation but everything is more expensive these days. Very fast service though as I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

I got 2 of my rotors resurfaced & 2 of my brake pads replaced for less than $300, AND they were quick! The employees I spoke with were also very professional with good customer service. Good experience overall.

They lied on my wife s about her vehicle inspection to make a tire sale. They told my wife her inspection failed because her tires are over five years old even though the tread is still like new. Called DPS to find out out this is a false violation.

Went in for a alignment. Tech put my vehicle on the rack and found everything to be in spec. Didn't charge me anything. Appreciate their honesty.

Tried them out, had a leaking tire but they couldn't find the leak. Had to go to Discount Tire where they found the issue and took care of it.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Stacy went above and beyond for me today. Long story short, I was planning to come in, decided to call and found out they didn t have the type of brakes in stock that I needed. She said she would ask someone from the dealership to bring them over before I arrived and called me back to confirm that they were coming. She is incredible at communication and customer service. It was so great to meet her and thank her in person when I arrived. Awesome service all around

I'm leaving them a five-star rating cuz they do take care of the oil change quickly but....( I looked it up and even asked some experts there is no state law on how old your tires are)i believe they're confused with the state inspection on this date 3/15/24 they failed my inspection stating that my truck tires were 6 years old and they were not allowed to give me an inspection because I need new tires even though the tread themselves and the tires were still in good condition... I don't drive my truck that much I only have 40,000 mi on the truck and the tires were still good.. I went to discount tire they couldn't explain why they failed because the tread and tires themselves still look great I think that they need more training in their state inspection area... The manufacturers recommend new tires after 6 years It's not a federal law to do so as long as the tires don't have wear or tears on them..

It has been pretty hard to find a place that keeps consistent supply of nitrogen (my car's tires only take nitrogen). I called ahead of time to see if they had any, which they did, I came right over. They were very nice and very fast. I know I was only there to top off my tires but there were a few people there ahead of me already waiting on their vehicle so I was surprised they were able to get me in and out so swiftly.

I had a very delightful experience here with an oil change & tire balance/rotation on different visits. They are timely, professional, & do great work. I used another Quick Lane in Rosenberg who charged me $40 for labor on an oil change, this Quick lane was only $15 or so on their oil change labor. Great job guys, I'll be getting all my work done here on my 2014 F150.Services: Tires, Oil change

Drove in for a quick oil change. All bays empty and employees are just standing around. Someone comes up to car after awhile and tells me I have to go inside first to fill out an order. So I park my car walk in and ask how much for a basic oil change. She looks at my car (the only one in the parking lot) and tells me it s around $65-75. Lol. What kind of business operates this way? Their monitors which I assume show their menu of options and prices was turned off. First off that s really expensive for an oil change and very unspecific. Secondly, things just felt completely unprofessional and they seemed like they didn t even want to acquire new customers. I was kind of excited about this place as I could drop off the car for an oil change go shop at H-E-B and then pick up the car. But you ll be better served going to a dealership or even Jiffy lube unless something changes here. Maybe their oil changes are something special but I ll never get a chance to know since they didn t even seem to care to serve me as a customer.Service: Oil change

They provide quick and quality repairs at a good price. The best part is that they are honest about what repairs are needed. I have taken my cars to them as a second opinion twice and each time they have repaired only what is necessary that ends up being half the cost.Services: Steering & suspension repair, BrakesServices: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

Mechanics were qualified and paid attention to detail, making sure the job was done right. Supervision / front desk was courteous, professional, and above all, honest in answering questions and about pricing. The shop was kept clean and free of debris, and had large windows providing a good view for vehicle owners to watch the mechanics work on the vehicles. I was impressed by the work and reasonable prices and plan to continue to do business with this shop.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brakes

If you are looking for a "quick" lane, look elsewhere. This place is anything but quick. I was referred here by Yaklin Ford when they were unable to have time to change my oil at the dealership. The service department stated that this Quick Lane was owned by Yaklin and it would be the same as if I were to bring my vehicle to the dealership. WRONG!While on the phone when being referred I asked the Service Advisor if the Quick Lane accepted the Ford Reward Points and I was assured that they did. So I drove to the "Quick" Lane in LJ.When I arrived they were not busy. Only 3 cars in the bays and many of the Technicians just standing around. I checked my vehicle in (and noticed who I assume was the Manager who had an office yet was walking around inside and outside not wearing the required mask for everyone's safety). I told the employee (young hispanic man who was the only one that was professional there) at the counter that I needed an oil change and would be using my Ford Reward Points to pay for the service. He advised me that would be fine. So I took a seat away from several customers inside who were also allowed inside not wearing the required masks. After about 10 or so minutes the Technicians decided they were through visiting with one another and pulled my vehicle into a bay to do the requested service. The whole time I am inside waiting, the Manager and several of the Technicians entered the building, speaking to customers throughout the lobby and visiting amongst themselves, not wearing masks. There is a big sign on the front door stating that masks are absolutely required to enter. I see why some of the customers were not wearing masks, because the staff from the manager down, were not wearing masks showing a blatant disregard for the customer's safety. After an hour, they finally finished my oil change. I approached the counter to collect my receipt (paid for using points as I was told I could) only to find out that Ford Rewards Points were not being taken on that date due to some update or something. Knowing this, why didn't they advise this prior to doing the work? They told me I had to pay for the oil change and could use my points some other time. Had I known this in advance, I definitely would have taken my vehicle to a far faster, safer and less costly place to have the services done. Or would have waited until another day to get my oil changed when I could have used the points. This was ridiculous to wait until after the services were completed to tell the customer this. And to top it off, this rude employee named Matthew would not quit interrupting while the employee I was dealing with was trying to talk. To the extent that I had to specifically tell him to go away right then and quit talking to me.In a nutshell, I would not in any way, shape or form recommend this place for ANY services you are needing on your vehicle. I highly doubt that I will ever patronize Yaklin Ford (btw which is where I have purchased 2 vehicles in the last year) again for anything including buying my next vehicle. The way this issue was handled was completely unprofessional and uncalled for.

I went in for an alignment. It was the cheapest in the area. I was the only person in there and it still took almost 2 hours. After I got there people came in complaining that their alignments were out of wack. That was red flag number one. Once they were done with my truck they pulled it around front and gave me my keys. As I approached the vehicle I noticed my door handle was barely hanging on. Like literally dangling off. I immediately went back inside and told them and they said it was like that when they got it. I know my vehicle. I literally just opened and shut my door. It was not broken. Why would I lie about my own vehicle. Their manager was supposed to contact me and never did. I wish I could give zero stars. This place is a joke. Never again will they get my or anyone I knows business . zero starsService: Wheel alignment

Great experience. Would recommend. Took my F150 in for an oil change and tire rotation. The techs were great. They were busy, but they were able to finish my truck and get me a thorough report card on my truck s health in about 45 minutes or so. The guys up front were very professional. I ll keep bringing my truck back here.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

Crazy expensive for a conventional oil change. Nothing quick about the place. Complete lack of professionalism where employees just stand around. And the upselling of services I didn't need was aggressive and a huge turn off. I know it's bread and butter for this industry, but it was much more aggressive here. I think they're associated with the Ford Dealership in Angleton (Yanklin Ford) and mainly do business with that relationship. They don't seem to care about other customers. I really wish I could recommend this place as the location is great and it's a nice new facility. So very disappointed.Service: Oil change

It is a shame that people can't be honest. We bought a truck from Yaklin Ford last year and had a great experience with Joe and his sales crew. We have had a good experience with James in the service department. We've had our oil changed 3 times there and it has always been around $110.This time, we went to the Quick Lane because it is just a couple of blocks from our house. We had spoken with James at Yaklin earlier and asked how much it would be for an oil change plus a fuel filter, since the truck was now due for that. He said it would be $180. That made sense to me since the filter is about $40, so with labor, about $70 or $80.When we entered the Quick Lane, I asked the service advisor about doing an oil change and a fuel filter change on the truck and then I asked him, it will be about $180, right? He said yes it would. When the service was done and we got the bill, it was $277. I asked him why it was $97 more than he quoted. He said I was mistaken, and that the fuel filter alone was $180. That is not what James had quoted. And that was not what this man at Quick Lane had agreed to on the initial estimate.I tried to explain the conversation he and I had just had a few minutes before, and the conversation I had with James before, but he didn't want to hear that.It is very ironic that I am a former service manager and I've written books on car ownership and preventive maintenance. This is exactly the kind of thing that makes the general public very leery of doing business with dealerships and some private shops since whether intentional or not, this appears exceptionally dishonest. We won't make that mistake again.Service: Oil change

From the moment that i walked in i knew i was in the right place. Matthew greeted me with kindness, and helped me through the things i needed done. The Techs were so polite and were so concerned about my safety on the road. The shop is beautiful, and nicely decorated. The Mgr. was very kind. They did a 100% job on my car. Everyone take your car there for great service. God bless everyone there, and i pray the business will flourish in Jesus name Thank you again, Nancy BrownServices: Transmission, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Brakes, Battery

If I could give a negative star I would.. there mechanics are not capable of a simple brake chang.. worst place I've been to in a long time. Manager was no help what so ever. As soon as I left the shop the brakes were screeching really bad so I took it back they replaced the brakes and still did the same thing.. took it to another shop they found that they weren't installed properly or greased. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!
