Very good place. I trusted them with my '81 Corvette, and they did a great job.Kept me updated on progress. Took pictures of parts that were defective, so there were no questions. When it was completed, they came and picked me up. Even left me a card in the car thanking me for their service.

This place is great. I have been there twice. When I call they can see my vehicle that day or the next. The shop I go to normally I have to wait 1 - 2 weeks. The prices are good for what they offer. I like how you get a decent warranty with their work and they can give you a ride if you need one. Also they keep you updated on the progress of your vehicle through text and email. Will go again.

From the moment I walked through the front door, I knew I had made the right decision in choosing Christian Brothers for my automotive needs. I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly voice. Chris asked me what brought me in today and listened to every item I had concerns for. He assured me the mechanics would take a complete look at my car, take pictures of their findings, and then let me know what was recommended, what was still good and didn t need attention, and most importantly, what needed to be addressed now. I received a text message and email with the findings. Not only were there pictures of my car/parts, but pictures and videos of what the parts should look like. If I had questions, I was more than welcome to call and talk to the mechanics. If not, I was able to select what work I wanted to be done and decline anything else. The prices were broken down by part and labor for each area that needed work. After submitting my approval, all I had to do was wait for the phone call that my car was ready. I dropped my car off late Friday evening. By Monday afternoon, my car was ready! When I went to pick up my car, they pulled it around to the front, heater and seat warmer on because it was cold, and a thank you card signed by everyone in the shop, even the owner. I am incredibly pleased and extremely impressed by Christian Brothers and will always choose them when I need work done on my car. Thank you guys!

Can't thank Christian Brothers Automotive Lake Jackson enough. I was having issues with my transmission not shifting past 1st gear in my Nissan Rogue. Came across them via Google search and read great reviews, so I decided to give them a try. Not only did they diagnose the main issue with my vehicle but they also did a free diagnostic of the rest of my vehicle which I happily said yes to. I was hoping the issue with the transmission was nothing serious, a quick simple fix, but unfortunately my transmission needed to be replaced. They provided pictures of my car with a detailed description of all the diagnostics performed giving me the option to add-on or not, with the prices they will cost as well. Once I agreed to the transmission replacement, they placed the order right away. Text updates during the week and before the weekend on the status of my car, very convenient! My car was ready in a week after dropping it off! Everyone there was very friendly, knowledgeable, & EFFICIENT; They all have a passion for what they do, I could tell right away. They will treat your car as if it were their own, making sure you are satisfied with the work that was done before you leave their shop. I was EXTREMELY SATISFIED. Great service. I took my car in about 10 minutes before closing. They were super friendly and checked my car with patience. I was notified of the issues, got the cost and notified of other minor issues. I loved the attention to detail and the fast service. I'll definitely return.

Absolutely the BEST!! Excellent customer service with a warm and friendly staff from the minute you walk in. The technicians are top level and efficient. Their appreciation for your business shows in everything they do. They also have a courtesy shuttle service. This is definitely my permanent repair shop. I will recommend Christian Brothers to everyone I know.

Have used them several times for my vehicles. I always feel they are honest and trustworthy. Have never had an issue. Great communication via text with pictures updating you on the progress of the repair.Very nice personnel and very clean shop!

They are great and very updated modern and feel taken care of,these people really do care about you. Took my car back up there and they look at it again no questions asked free of charge. Shuttle car is really helpful too! Thanks for the help from everybodyIn and out in a day

They had to change lifters and all associated parts with it and got it back on day three. Also received 3 year 36,000 mile warranty which ever comes last. They provided a shuttle service to and from my house. The owner came and picked me up on one of the trips. Everyone was very friendly and hospitable. Normally I don t like or trust repair shops but I think these guys are honest and trustworthy people. Had problems with Endurance warranty not wanting to pay for needed repairs and they did their best to try and help me. Nice clean waiting area free shuttle home. Will use them in future if needed.

After recently replacing a couple of tires on our SUV, Discount Tire recommended an alignment and gave me a coupon for Christian Brothers here in Lake Jackson. I have a trusted mechanic that I normally use in town but it would be a few days before they could see me. So I decided to give Christian Brothers a shot - at least for an initial alignment assessment. So I made an appointment online and I'm so glad I did!From the moment I walked in, the office/waiting area was VERY nice and clean with nice furniture to relax, a bar to login and work, and free water/coffee while you wait. I'm not talking "nice for an auto shop." This place was awesome. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They completed the entire service, including alignment, in less than 30 minutes. Clint reviewed the alignment report and spec sheet with me (before and after) and explained the work they completed top to bottom - in a way that I could understand which was appreciated! Ultimately, I was in and out in under 30 minutes and the entire service was under $100.Highly recommend you give them a chance the next time you need your vehicle serviced. Awesome service. We pulled into the parking lot and my 5-year-old asked, "is this a church?" Super nice shop, very clean. I had a minor repair needed and I was able to get it fixed within an hour. I was very happy with my services here.

BEWARE:After seeing all the promotions of a $40 full-synthetic oil change, I decided to try CBA for the first time.I awarded 1-star for the pleasant folks and nice waiting room. The 4-star drop is for the following...1) The special is evidently over and a bill of $104 for the oil change. That's about 15% over the competitors. Ask for prices first! Also, a shop fee was added to the price of $94.49.2) Over 50 minutes for oil change and courtesy inspection, with the vehicle unattended most of the time.3) Courtesy inspection found Air filter needed changing and it could be done for $35.67 (plus shop fee I'm guessing). I checked the filter when I got home as I installed it 8k miles ago. I estimate it has 90% life left.4) Biggest reason. My battery was deemed as needing replacement as it was at the 50% level and for $404.36 (presumably plus shop fee) they could replace it immediately.I got a second test from another shop on the battery and as expected it passed with flying colors. Not surprising as there have been no slow cranking or battery post corrosion.BTW - the person ahead of me was also told his battery was bad. The service person told him capacity versus CCA of his battery. I remembered the numbers and did the calc in the parking lot. If the numbers were correct, his battery was at 85%.I will never be going back.

From the moment I walked in till the completion of my service vehicle yesterday the staff were so compassionate. I will definitely be using these lovely folks again if needed and highly recommend. I was referred to by someone at Discount tire. He said he loved the atmosphere and CBA definitely did not disappoint. They have a shuttle ready to drop you off if need be while your vehicle is serviced although the waiting area is so comfy and cozy I wouldn t have had a problem waiting lol. Thank you guys!

I learned about this location when I was handed a free Oil change service on a Saturday they had assigned to help families in need. That day I saw first hand how they helped a single mom with her brakes, she was there to get an oil change..when they inspected the ladies brakes they noticed that the brake pads had been Installed backwards!!!(metal to metal) it was a moment that we realized this was no coincidence, she was definitely where she had to be She cried, we cried with her. I have found the place where I know for a fact that my truck will get the Best reliable service in town

There labor rates are as high as the dealership. I had all their work and recommendations recheck. The oil filter was not tight enough oil dripping everywhere I might as well go to the dealership.
