The shop did a great job in the body work. I did have issues getting the Blind Spot Monitor and Rear Cross Traffic Alerts working properly afterwards but Caliber was very responsive when I called got the car back in quickly. They stayed with it until it was completely right. A nice perk was that the car was freshly clean and detailed when I picked it up,, for a good as new feel.

The best Caliber Collusion location in my opinion. I've had a couple of claims in the past 3 months, and I've been kept informed at each stage of the process for getting my car repaired. They handled all of the insurance correspondence, and fixed my car correctly before releasing it back to me. Thank you!

Great job on the body work and they vacuumed and clean your car whenever you get it back. They don t take long if you need your car painted or some body work done from a wreck.

Received my estimate from Geico and tried to speak with someone about the estimate and they flat told me even with a regular estimate they refuse to work with Geico because they don t have an employee that can deal with Geico.To summarize perhaps the largest body shop in LJ refuses to even look at Geico.

Wanted to give a shout out to Caliber Collison on the fantastic job they did on my vehicle! Vehicle was even delivered earlier than the original date! My Estimator was Natasha Holbert and she did an awesome job updating me daily and helped me dealing with insurance and rental company! Thank you Natasha!I highly recommend Caliber Collison for any body work on one's vehicle!

Last year we had a wreck and our truck was totaled. We asked for our plates to be taken off before sending away and was told it would be done. When we went to pick them up we were told they accidentally forgot to take them off and we couldn't reuse them anyway so it wasn't a big deal. They were specialty plates and were in fact reusable. We had to repurchase our plates on top of the toll ways we had to pay because we didn't have them. We were told by Natasha that we would recieve a gift card to cover the costs but had to se d receipts. We did that. We were then told that Alejandro the GM would be handling it. He never did and when I contacted him again he tells me that he was forwarding overto the new GM and he was no longer responsible for this mishap. The new GM never replied. It's been about 7 months, and I have yet to hear a thing. Absolutely unprofessional to just keep passing this issue around hoping I'll forget.Edited:Your generic response is ridiculous.

Work was done well, updating progress was nonexistent. I called them once a week. It s a small detail, but if you promise to communicate then follow through.

Wonderful folks! They handled our Farmers claim and sent it to another branch to get our vehicle repaired five days sooner, SUV looks like nothing had happened to it!

I'm completely unsatisfied with my repairs at Caliber Collison. My initial time estimate was "2-3 weeks max". The shop ended up having my car for 8 weeks and 6 days (so far). I understand that a team member passed during the process, but seeing that business continued as usual I see no reason that my time frame should have TRIPLED.The communication has been subpar. It is my understanding that communication should be received 3x a week and I don't think that has ever happened. I have had my calls go unanswered more than once and everytime I made plans to pick up my vehicle (because my portal said my vehicle would be ready) it was extended because repairs were still ongoing. NO ONE ever bothered calling to let me know my time frame had been extended and it wasnt until I called (no less than 3x) that I was updated.On top of that, I picked up our vehicle almost a week ago and noticed, at pick up, that there was still a repair that needed to be completed and was "overlooked".So I'm currently waiting AGAIN for a part to come in and be painted so I can return and the shop and have it repaired... No one even bothered updating my client portal.The only positive thing I can say about this location is that they took over on costs of my rental when they failed to meet their deadlines.I am at a loss of words and would most definitely recommend all my friends and family stay away from all Caliber Collison repair shops.

Took my car for hail damage repair . Took them almost 3 weeks for PDR contractor to come out. Only had a rent a car coverage for one month. Was told from the start I would be getting updates three days a week. I never received one update. I always had to be the one to call and ask the status then almost a month has gone by. They called and said it was ready for pick up I told them the insurance stop paying on the Rent-A-Car last week. They said that they would pick up the tab and I would not have to pay. After I noticed a pre-charge from enterprise, I had to bring it back to the attention of caliber to stop the charge. Then after another week went by I was told my car was ready. My wife picked up the car and I realized that not all the hail damage was fixed. I had to take my car back up to caliber a few days later to show them the remaining damage Steve told me at caliber that he would get a hold of the PDR contractor and would let me know when they could come back to the shop to fix the other dings. I never heard another word from caliber in Lake Jackson. I will never take another vehicle back to that location for any services and I recommend you don t either horrible customer service.Ask yourself this as a business. Why would you have a customer wait nearly 3 weeks for a PDR contractor to show up , when you could have the customer just bring in the vehicle the day before contractor shows up?I told my insurance if I were you, I d bill caliber for the cost of my rent a car for that time. And also they broke my new car lane departure camera and had to install another one.Service: Body & Trim

The staff and crew at caliber were amazing. They were extremely professional and I received the best service I ve ever received from any repair facility. They definitely went above and beyond and Natasha and the office staff were welcoming and attentive to my vehicles needs. They even stayed late to ensure I was able to drop the vehicle off even as I arrived right at closing. Will highly recommend caliber to anyone in the future. Job well done, Caliber. Thank you! I was provided timely and detailed updates regarding the repair schedule. My vehicle repairs were completed well in advance of the original schedule. I was impressed with the customer service n how they was ordering parts to get a jump on things before the vehicle was even dropped off...As well as pickup of the vehicle they where excellent to making sure I was satisfied with the work that was done... I would definitely recommend this place for future body work...In i been to some dealership body shops in by far no comparison Caliber Collision is is my go to shop...Thanks!

After being in a fairly severe fender bender, I chose Caliber Collision based off of a recommendation from my insurance company. I'm so glad I did! The frequent text updates were greatly appreciated. All deadlines were met after being clearly communicated. All of the staff that I talked to onsite were very accommodating and kind. Alex and Jeremy were so easy to work with. My truck was hit in a parking lot and Caliber did the repair work on my vehicle. They were great with keeping me updated on the work being done to my truck. It looks brand new! Highly recommend!! I also got my truck back in a timely manner.

I took my car in after it was hit on the back end of my car . Caliber Collision staff is absolutely amazing and Andy did a wonderful job of keeping me informed on a day-to-day basis of what to expect on the repairs on my vehicle and when it would be done. It has been very stress free using caliber collision. When my car was rear ended Just thinking of having to take the car in to get it repaired was driving me crazy, I didn t realize how big of a difference it can make when you take it to the right place. They provided great service both before and after the repairs were completed on my vehicle. Everyone there was very friendly, and I felt comfortable leaving my vehicle in their care. The repairs were done in only a week, and we had no trouble communicating with them. I highly recommend Caliber Collision due to their professionalism.

Chris is an extremely courteous fella & made me feel so important & really cared about me - & my van, even tho he was very very busy and his car had engine trouble that very day as well! As I walked a mile to get there to sign off on my Van, he even arranged for me to get a ride back home, after the tow truck carried my van off for Salvage. This is a really nice place & it's really cute inside too...it was cool Quiet, & peaceful inside as I was very hot & it was decorated w/a sense of humor & really made me laugh & it felt homey & inviting inside with funny messages over the popcorn machine & the coffee area & it really made me laugh &had very comfortable seats too, that I didn't want to get out of, hahaha. This place helped to make a very very bad day for me, feel ALL the better, for my rough day previously & ahead, as I proceeded to get a tooth pulled AND a cancer diagnosis that very afternoon. Oh & P.S. John, a nice family man, who brought me home was a VERY kind & courteous fellow indeed as well. I recommend this collision shop, whether they can or can't fix your vehicle...but by the calibur of my impression of them & their professionalism, in explaining the damage & the process in fixing it correctly by code, I just bet that they do impeccable work, indeed! With a human touch & kindness & true concern, indeed.

Absolute scam artists!This establishment gave me an estimate of $15,000 to fix my car.The problem with the estimate is they added the headliner, rear hatch and passenger rear door which were NEVER even touched in the accident and don't have a scratch on them. There is absolutely no damage to any of these items!I took my vehicle to an apparently honest and more reputable collision company and they estimated the total damage from the accident at $4,700.The reason for this drastically lower estimate is they only listed items on my vehicle that were damaged as a direct result of the accident.I am contacting the police and the news to launch a full investigation for fraud. I have also contacted State Farm who sent me to these crooks.State Farm has told me they too will be launching an investigation of their own.Now I'm fighting with State Farm so they won't total my vehicle because of the fraudulent estimate from Caliber Collision.

The Caliber is awesome !! The manager Alejandro and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable!! They will get the job done and the finish product is amazing !!! Highly recommend this place
