Jason went above and beyond the scope of his duties. He didn't have to help me but he CHOSE to help me. I will be back and I will tell everyone that O'Reilly's is the best and Jason is AWESOME! Thank you!

One of the most helpful and understanding crew. They really work hard to help you out. They go above and beyond to help out. The managers and the crew there. All of them. Are the most helpful people I've seen in any Auto parts establishment.. 5 to the manger and crew and associates And assistant manager. All wonderful!!

We like this store and buy all of our parts here. We just learned that we were not getting our reward points and was very disappointing as we had spent a couple thousand dollars. The workers were helpful in getting it straightened out, but no discount was offered, although they could not give our points that we thought we were getting.

The gentleman at the counter by the name of Foster. Look up an item for me to give me a discount which I thought was really going the extra mile. Turns out the place where I wanted him to check for me didn't carry that item so I ended up purchasing it from him anyways. Very professional and very polite guy.

Took the car here yesterday. Nathan checked the battery and found it was bad. They had one to fit it but it had been setting for awhile.Instead of just selling it, he checked it to make sure it was good, then put it on the charger to make sure it was ready to go.After which, he installed it for me.Excellent customer service and all done with a smile! Thanks Nathan and O'Reilly's!

O'Reilly's is the BEST! They are always so customer service oriented! I have always had a great experience from buying and ordering parts. Also, they are accommodating when you need your battery checked. I can go on and on!

O, O, O, O really! It's a parts store...for local parts stores though, this is the friendliest. The employees do work as though they want to help you, not have to. They seek to give right advice and find the correct part the first time.

NEVER AGAIN! Extremely poor customer service! I called beforehand to make sure they carried the parts I needed, went in and paid, called back when they instructed to go pick up said parts and somehow they had ordered the wrong ones, even though my receipt had the correct item numbers, after a Lot of mess I finally got the correct parts at a later time. The next day I needed a 3 dollar tool went down there and had forgotten my wallet and they refused to let me call in later w my card info or just come back and pay, they have all my information in their system and after their huge mistakes the day before you'd think they would help me out, I'll never come here again!

Excellent customer service. Im disabled, and tge went above and beyond to take care of me. I trylu appreciate the kindness of the employees here, and would recommend them to my most critical friends. 5 stars +.

Clean, Helpful, and Knowledgeable. I was not impressed the first few times I visited. However today's team members were spot on and customer service oriented.

I deal a lot with the O'Reilly's Auto Parts store in Floresville and they are always helpful and easy to work with. I would recommend O'Reilly's Auto Parts over AutoZoneand other stores any day

Quality customer service is hit-or-miss at this location, but sometimes that have staff that are truly helpful. Quite often I am told they don't have the part in stock but can get it.

They never have farm use stuff like that did when Luis was the manager. I mean come on we are in a small country farm town where people work on trailers. And the help her has really gone down hill. They are AutoZone quality people. Most have no clue when you ask for a part.
