Walked in and then walked out. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Most stuff is overpriced so went down to the other auto parts store.

The people here are very friendly. The selection for older cars not so much. It seems they cater more to the ranch/farm crowd...which for where we live isn't bad, but it makes finding parts frustrating. They are also a very small store front, so can't carry as much as the local O'Reilly or Autozone. Though the selection in store at these two locations isn't much better. I had more luck online ordering.

Great, knowledgeable staff. They were on the money with what I needed. It's a locally owned place with that good ol auto parts store feel. For the true mechanic or shade tree mechanic.

I have never seen more then one car in this stores parking lot and for good reason the staff consist of an old white women that must hate her life I am a cancer survivor and underwent a procedure today that left my walking impaired and me in pain and since I under went this operation I cannot cook dinner for my family tonight the chic-fil-a truck was in the parking lot next door so I parked in the napa parking lot (which only had one other car)because it was closer and I can only walk short distances without being in tears on my way back to my car there was a short heavy set woman with grey blonde hair pulled into a poney tail standing outside watching me limp to my car as I was getting into my car she said can you read me being taken back by her openly rude outburst said I m sorry I couldn t hear you and she replied can you read and glanced over to a white piece of paper taped to a window that said in .7mm black pen ink Napa parking and apparently being only adult present I apologized and got into my car and drove off and thought to myself I wonder if she had children because it would be a shame if there were more people like this in the world

I walked into the store and asked the short old blonde woman for some assistance with my vehicle and instead i got called racial slurs!! called me many prejudice names against black people. I will NEVER be returning to store again. 0 STARS!

When in to get a find a fitting on a Sunday and the guy was not very helpful.....Was just not willing to find and help someone that already needed the help!!!What happened to helping the Customer/service!!!!!Believe me the store was not busy!!!!!I wasn't asking for to much!Thanks

Love this store. They always seem to have what I need or can get it the same day. Store is very clean and (Nelson the manager), is the GOAT. I follow him all over Texas for quality parts. Stay here Nelson.

Always helpful and knowledgeable. They even went above and beyond with a parts delivery when I discovered an issue that kept me from being able to drive to the store for pickup.

Customer service needs an overhaul. Went in needing a length of fuel hose and a battery. Young tattooed fella behind the counter never greeted me or asked what I needed. I was given a blank stare and a head nod as if to gesture that he was ready to help me. I stated I needed 2 feet of 1/4 inch fuel hose. It took the young man so long to get the hose, I decided to get the battery elsewhere. I'm not sure if he was new or having difficulty, but the clown with the purple mohawk wasn't in a hurry to help him. I will never understand why a business would hire individuals, who obviously make poor decisions regarding their appearance, to be the first person I see when I come through the door. I'll be taking my business elsewhere, I would rather spend my money at a business that hires quality individuals who know how to act and dress.

Looks like this location is under new ownership and they have greatly improved their inventory from what the staff had told me. The store looks cleaner and they had my part in stock Was in and out quickly. Definitely will be returning.

Great little smaller parts store that goes above and beyond to earn your business. The store manager Darrel goes the extra mile and will get what you pretty much whatever you need if they don't stock it.

Worst auto parts store ever. They never have anything I need in stock (even the most basic things) and they keep a terribly small inventory. What they do happen to have in stock is always overpriced. It's 100% worth the drive to Seguin or Floresville. With Autozone and O'Reily's coming in, I don't see this location surviving at all.

This place sucks! They are overpriced and the staff are not very knowledgeable. They never have what you want! They take too long to get your part! They don't even have a way to get your part if they don't have it! Their truck broke down! So we are just stuck? Heck no! Thank God Autozone opened up! I will never go to this gettho store again!

Such helpful folks. Called about a part. They had me come to have my vehicle tested to make sure it was actually what I needed. It wasn't! Saved me from an unnecessary purchase. Tony was very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you!

their service is ok except for their manager she never lets them have anything ordered to keep in stock and she is extremely rude but the guys that work their are great to the customers!
