I was quoted 2-3hrs for work but then it took 4hrs + 30 min. At >$80/hr this was a larger bill than expected, and left me wondering if maintenance team was slowly working for more $$$.?.?. Also, I asked to have wiper fluid sprayers checked because they clog every 6mo. I was told this would be covered (parts and labor) under warranty, but then at billing I was charged $40 (1/2 hr) for MX to inspect. We ended up not replacing them b/c the warranty for the new (already replaced) part had a new 12mo or 12k miles warranty. 1- if I knew this was not going to be covered I would have never asked them to look into it. 2- why is the new part not covered under the original warranty??? Clearly it s a frequent fail part and this is a design flaw, not a user/owner caused problem.

So, this is not a complaint about cost, I know it is a dealership and prices are higher. It is not about the guy working in the parts department, he was very helpful. This is about the rudeness of Blake.So my mom had paid for brake pads. She is 75 and thought I said to get them there. Once again not complaining about price, even though they were 4 times more expensive then the highest price ones at Advanced Auto. I took my mom back to get refund and everything was going good until Blake came back to approve the return. He told me "we can do the return". I said ok and just said I thought it was strange for them to be 4 times the price. He said "you know at the dealership it is more expensive". I said I know, but I was just shocked. Then he had to open his mouth again. Blake proceeded to say "she knew the price before she paid for them". Don't know about you, but there is no other way to take that comment than as a rude one. As I said, my 75 year old mom is the one who paid for them and did not realize the price difference. Instead of Blake saying "I know it is a lot more but that is the dealership" he had to say the comment above. Someone needs to teach him customer service and some manners.

This is just a wonderful dealership. It's tough to put into words the difference between this dealer & every other dealership I've done business with, but if I had to put it into words, I would say it's a family dealership. They will sell me cars in the future, and I know they sell cars where the whole family has their cars. If you just want to look, that's fine - no pressure ever. Their questions are based on what your needs are from sales to warranty to finance. They do not waste your time, this was important to me as I knew what I wanted to buy, and also an extended warranty. They didn't try to sell me anything else. I would call that classy, and elegant service in a small town environment. If you're in the market for a new Chevy, or a good used car/truck, you need to see these guys first. They are a fine group there that does not over sell or push in any way. I can honestly recommend them to anybody within a 250 mile or so radius. You won't be disappointed.

I ll keep this simple and short. I m 53 and have purchased many new vehicles over the years. This was hands down the best experience I ve ever had at a car dealership. Joe was amazing. Really nice guy and dedicated. Even responded to text message long after business hours were done. Lance was also amazing. He did a great job of getting us a good price on our trade in. Also really appreciate him pushing transportation to get our new car here.Most of all, I appreciated the No pressure, honest feel I got from everyone! Thanks guys!

My extended warranty end up being a shame, so my truck never got repaired of the AC being inoperable. I'm shopping around for a better price to repair since it will be 100% out of my pocket.

I had just totaled my previous car out and was extremely overwhelmed by the urgency to get a new vehicle. I reached out to Madi and told her the things I was looking for in a vehicle and price point. She got back to me immediately with multiple options and didn t try to sell me something I couldn t afford. She was absolutely incredible and made this the easiest most stress free car buying experience I have had. Was in my new car in less than a week. Going a step above and beyond, a couple weeks after I had my car she still reached out to check how it was all working out. I will be returning to Koepp and Madi for my future car buying needs. Salesperson was nice. Surprised they had such a small selection. We needed a bigger truck. Only offered $28,000 for our 1 year old trade-in we still owe over $60,000 on. It also has a $7,000 lighted high topper with lockable tool compartments on the sides, they didn't give any credit for and its less than six months old. They actually encouraged us to keep our truck. What a shame. We're ready to buy bigger. Guess we'll go elsewhere.

Best buying experience ever. This is a small town dealership and all the guys there were very friendly. Lance the GM was situated within a few feet of the main floor and very accessible.Sheldon and Joe hammered the deal in less than an hour.

Service.Recently took my vehicle in for 60,000 mile maintenance. I was initially reluctant due to the stigma of dealerships eye gouging on mark ups I was pleasantly surprised to see this wasn t the case. The Service Manager Blake was direct and transparent on what was optional, recommended and needed. The experience went so well I purchased more than the labeled needed category and will definitely be giving this dealership my trust and business again.

I had come across this car dealership by just taking a drive down Rigsby Ave/87 Hwy. Then I made another trip just to check out their inventory due to my Husband mentioning to me that he was thinking of wanting a new car. The salesman Joe was there on this particular Saturday. He showed me some cars and we traded information. When he approached me he had the most friendliest and energetic attitude. You would think that we knew each other already. His vibe is always welcoming. I was able to bring my husband with me so that he could see their inventory. When I say my husband even liked Joe's welcoming spirit that tells me a lot. That let's me know that Joe really cares about his customers and is willing to work with them.

Caution out of town buyers.After I called to confirm interest in purchasing a car before scheduling an overnight trip, Koepp increased the price by $1000. This atop a few other missives and the car ultimately not being on site because the owner took it out for the day.Backstory:I called Koepp to confirm details for purchasing a car listed on their site and arrange a trip. The salesperson was friendly and trustworthy in a small town way though some aspects of the purchase were inconvenient - because their bank takes a few days I needed a cashiers check. Also, the trade in was over 30% less than other quotes so we had to plan to drive two cars both ways.When we got on site the next day, the price had been raised $1,000 and the sales team was unwilling to call the owner who had driven home for the day at lunch. They offered for us to come back the following day. I was left frustrated both because I had taken a day off work, driven 4 hours with a new born, and had nothing to show for it but a cashiers check to cancel.It also felt like their small town charm and 100 years in business was more used as a con than to reflect an honest rural value set. The staff was charming though, fwiw.

Sales Staff, Sales Manager, and Finance Manager are top notch. Very smooth process and explained very well by all. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone needing a new or pre-owned vehicle. Service Department are outstanding and helps with all processes. Courteous, friendliness, and professionalism are a couple of top qualities this dealership possesses. For a great experience from beginning to end, this is the place.

I received superior service and Jason Castillo and the service manager went above and beyond to me. Although my vehicle had just gone passed initial warranty date by a short time, it has less than 15000 miles on it. They came to bat for me and I was so relieved and thankful when they were able to assist in getting my issue resolved to my highest satisfaction. The mechanic also did fine job and was very polite and courteous. Thank you very much.

Had to get 2 vehicles inspected the same day. The poor young lady working at the service counter deserves more than a raise. It took a little while, but that's OK because it was the only place in town that could do it for my cars. Other than that I have no complaints but really give that young lady a paid vacation.

Great quick car buying service with no gimmicks or pushy sales people. My sales person, Madi was always quick to respond and transparent when I had a question about my vehicle or the process. One of the few dealerships selling with no mark ups. Would definitely recommend Madi and Koepp Chevy to others
