Super courteous staff. Very professional in every aspect. Provided pictures and written description of all proposed work - very transparent and honest. Completed the work quickly and communicated well. Military discount also provided. Glad to have a place in town we can trust and recommend.

Absolutely professional! We had an emergency with our Ford Focus, called F-Bomb and they got us in pretty quick. They understood this was our daily driver and got to work on it. They completed a thorough inspection, went over the results with us and provided a quote. We were in a time crunch and they were able to get our car in and out, it's humming along better than ever. I highly recommend F-Bomb for your automotive needs.

Most recently had this shop rebuild my son's differential about 6 months ago and it's been perfect. I would highly recommend them to anyone to bring their car/truck to f-bomb for work. It's work that you can trust is done right. This is the only shop I trust to do any work on my vehicles.

It seems no matter what issue I bring these guys they diagnose the problem quickly and not only that they provide an inspection of my truck. They allow me the option to fix the problems or just address the main issue. Every time I bring my trucks to this shop I am confident I m going to get exactly what I need done! Highly recommend FBomb!!

They did a great job on my tire rotation and alignment. I drive over 40 miles a day so having my vehicle properly aligned is very important to me. I have seen a night and day difference. Above and beyond customer service.

They were able to get me in and look at my car sooner than they anticipated! I got my car into them on Wednesday and they had me back on the road by Friday! Friendly and prompt service, and an overall fantastic experience!

The TCM went out on my LML duramax, and of course it was a nightmare trying to get it fixed, sat for months at the Chevy dealership. I reached out to F Bomb and they were able to find me an aftermarket solution. They did a fantastic job, truck runs great, and they did it in a reasonable amount of time. They answered all of my questions about some performance upgrades, and they didn t try to sell me stuff I didn t need. Super friendly people, and very clean shop. Thank you F Bomb!

Took my truck for a transmission repair, they quoted my a round 10k for basic repair. It sounded funny cause the service manager was just 10k flat FOR A NASIC TRANSMISSION REBUILD!! I asked how much for a built trans another quick response of an a round number at 15k. The truck was running fine, just in limp mode so I knew it was not the entire trans.Got on Facebook of the owner and you re paying for the owners big fancy new truck and new pool.Had it towed to a different shop and only the valve bodies were bad and it cost 2600. That s a very very big difference in price and repairs. It s inexcusable that I was over quoted 7400.So they didn t even look or truly diagnose the issue and were just going to charge 10k for a 2600 job cause who would know!! Well thankfully I didn t just go with their quote and took and took it to a place I worked with before.This is why mechanics can t be trusted and where the good ones get a bad name.If you re rich, sure this is your place. If you want to be charged only for what s done to your vehicle, you ll need another shop, this isn t the place. Super dissatisfied and wouldn t ever suggest this shop

Lost my long time friend and mechanic to COVID. I was worried about finding a diesel shop to work on my F350. I found this shop and thought I would give them a try. I can honestly say this is a 5 star shop. The customer service and communication is beyond normal. They diagnosed my problem, gave me an estimate and I had the truck back in 2 days. F Bomb is by far the best in the business! They installed a lift kit on my brand new truck and it was the best experience I have ever had with a shop. This is the fourth vehicle I ve modified with a suspension lift, but the first time using F Bomb and the service was unmatched. Brandon was available through the whole process from helping me pick the right lift kit for my needs and budget to scheduling the pick up and every question I had in between. They took time to make sure my truck was done just as I wanted and to my standards, it was top notch service! I came to F-Bomb after just picking up my truck from another local shop. Brandon and his team were informative of what my truck needed and at the time I chose to not have repairs done by the shop. I paid the diagnostic fee and was on my way.But the honesty and communication is what I was impressed with along with the clean shop and lobby. For any repairs I won t do myself I d gladly bring any vehicle to have quality repairs and honest work. Highly recommend.

Had my truck worked on here two time before did a great job. This one feel short.Brought the truck in turned out to be a head gasket leak.After a week got the quote worked out the details.Order a new cylinder head to get the truck back fasterThey called me twice said the truck will start work on this day that came and went come to find out waiting on the part. Then the part is in but they did not check the part when it came in it was the wrong part had to wait another week to get the part. Also had a crack on the radiator it was two months old I ordered a new one because it was still under warranty.

I was very disappointed. I thought I finally found an honest and trustworthy diesel mechanic. My diesel engine had several other mechanics work on it before bringing it here. I had already replaced the head so I knew what the parts should cost to replace the head again. Well, they were trying to way over charge for the parts. For example, a new head from the dealership cost 1320.00. Here, they wanted to charge me 3100. Glow plugs from the dealer cost 25.86 each, they charged me 120. each. Those two parts alone were 2100 over cost. Their total estimate for repairs was just under 8000. I have no idea if they are good at their job, and it may be perfectly legal to price gouge your customers. But I believe it is rather unethical to charge this much over the cost for parts. Either way, if you do a google search for "parts pricing matrix", that will explain a lot and will demonstrate how they do business here. Again, I was very disappointed in their business practice.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I normally do my own vehicle maintenance but when I don't have time or the job is too complex, I trust F-Bomb to take care of our family vehicles. They are honest and won't shortcut the fix. Staff very open as to what is needed to repair our truck. Went over our truck with a fine tooth comb. Gave us a reasonable estimate to get the work done. Parts had to be ordered. Work completed on time. Any work we need to be done in the future will be done by "F-bomb" THANK YOU again for a great job well done

This company is a rip off when they can t diagnose the problem they tell you it needs a long block at a cost of 12400.00 and pull cab to do work! You do not need to pull cab on 97 Ford F-250 dealership wants 4800 to do complete long block! F bomb your not that great!!all the other negative reviews are real! Go somewhere else before you get screwed!! Over priced! Can t diagnose problems !Service: Auto engine diagnostic
