I took my classic car there to have them install headers, mufflers and Exhaust pipe. It was supposed to be a one day job that turned into 2. The technician ran into some fitment issues with the headers that I supplied. I was in constant communication with Mike ( the owner ) through out the installation.. called several times to get permission to have to heat up the header to make it fit. This was all handled professionally. Where it turned unprofessional was when I went to pay. We had an agreed upon price of 1000. When I went to settle the bill, the price went to over 1500.00. When I asked where the other 500 came from Mr. Shawn said that he was not sure let me take a look I know the tech spent all day on the vehicle. Now, I understand time is money but when you agree on a price that is the price. Not only that, but the owner Mike had my cell number and could have and should have called to get my permission and inform me if the price was going to change. Mr. Shawn is the one who gave me the price of 1k which I agreed. He was told my mike to up the price. This is not how you do business which is unfortunate, both Sean and Mike seemed very nice. I called Mike to ask about this price increase and he was not there when I picked up he said yeah I told Shawn to increase the price it was just to much work for that price. When I asked why nobody informed me his reply was it s one of those jobs that when your that far into it you just have to get it done and it is what it is. Always get a straight deal here. They have worked on several of my cars and I leave feeling like they fixed what needed to be fixed and did a good job at a fair price. This is my go to mechanic!

Spoke with Sean Monday at 8AM.Took my truck in at 8:15AM.Notified of work needed and charges at 3:00PM on the same day!Contacted by Sean Tuesday at 2:00PM. "Work completed and my truck is ready!"All of a sudden the "CHECK ENGINE" light is not so scarey! Thank you Sean and Mike for the quick repair, the honest assessment and the much appreciated budget conscious pricing. I have already referred persons to you and I will continue to do so. I was also impressed to know you accept a payment plan, much like Care Credit only for vehicles, and it gives the option of paying over 6 months without interest. Definitely will be taking my auto business to this establishment from now on!

Shawn is absolutely one of the nicest guys I've ever met. Car trouble is so damn tricky and also very foreign territory for so many people... but we all deal with it at some point! Well, this is the man and shop to trust. His shop is poppin' 24/7, and I'm 99.9% certain that HE makes a point to answer every phone call himself. Not once have I called up there and not spoken to him directly, and somehow he remembers us every time. At this shop, it's personal, and to me, that's 'Customer Service.' He is more than fair. The whole crew knows their stuff, and they are honest. Precision Auto has an amazing team up there, and they run better than a well-oiled machine. Thanks, guys.

Good customer service, got my brakes (all 4) taken care of at moments notice. While working on my car, they pointed me to some other service issues that I knew that I had, which makes me feel like they must be trustworthy. I contacted Sean ahead of taking my vehicle into the shop to get an estimate on cost and length of time it would take for the repairs. He was spot on with both items. It was going to take maybe one day or two to replace the catalytic converters and O2 sensors on my Toyota Tundra vehicle plus the cost was exactly what he quoted. The only change in the scope of work was that they discovered that my computer have been shorted out after the O2 sensors had been cut off due to loose wires. He ordered that part immediately and had my truck fixed still by the next day. I feel the Precision Auto Repair shop was trustworthy and gave me every assurance of the quality of work being done. I appreciated all the information that Sean was giving me each time I called for an update. I would highly recommend getting your vehicle repaired at their shop. Thank you to all at Precision Auto Repair.

I took my 2008 Dodge Ram to have the water pump replaced. They were quick at identifying the problem along with making the repair / part replacement and had me out before lunch. They have always be good to me and have been professional. If you need some work done take my recommendation at let the guys at Precision Auto Repair perform the work.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I really like this garage. The owner is friendly, professional and honest. I have had a range of services performed on my two vehicles, over a total of three visits, and I couldn't be more pleased. You are never "over-promised" anything, which is refreshing. The quality of work is definitely up there as well. I've never had to return to have anything redone or checked, a plus in my book! My husband and I will be returning as needed. I can recommend.

Ok, I was impressed with the excellent job they did with my car air conditioning, without going into detail it was 100%Hey, but it's the first day of use although I have no doubt that this will last a long time working properly.In short, I congratulate your staff and especially the one who receives you when you arrive and attends to your concerns because they have incredible patience.I recommend this site 100%I think the price was the right one to fix my situation!Communication was excellent from the beginning.You feel and perceive that it is a place with a lot of professionalism.My Honda Civic is better than when I got it. Always honest, quick and effective. We have a newer car and a 15 year old Suburban, so we see routine maintenance and heavy repairs. We trust them with both.

Called Precision in a quick moment to see if they could remove the panel underneath that was dragging the ground. They said sure. I got there in 5 minutes, no appt and they removed the panel. No waiting, very friendly. I was very comfortable and in good hands.I will use them again.

When I say that you can get great service with great hospitality and great prices,this is the place. In less than 24 hours my car was done and ready to go..... I definitely recommend precision auto repair shop. Thank you guys

"Owner" / Manager Sean is a Joke. He says "Sorry you are having problem with you Dakota, when we have to put the car back together after some one else took it apart there is no guarantee. Plus we gave you a price before we did the work and you agreed."They took advantage of me. I told him early on i wanted everything checked and they did the bare minimum. Specifically told me they looked at the heads and then changed story completely when it became a problem later on. They are only out to make a quick Buck. I even questioned issues when i picked it up and was told oh if it doesnt go away just bring it back. This place and SEAN Specifically is a big JokeService: Engine repair

I m from out of town and they got me fixed in one day. I took my 2008 Toyota Tundra for a electrical problem (Battery overcharging) after a few hours of inspection they told me that they could not find the issue and I might have to take it to a electrical shop since they can take care of a lot of stuff but they don't specialize on that at the moment.And the best thing is that they didn't even charge me for the inspection since they did not find the issue, I offer to pay but they refuse and told me it was ok maybe next time.Honesty goes a long way with me, I will definitely come back if I ever need a service that they provide.

I am a repeat customer I wouldn't want to take my car anywhere else. This business is very welcoming and customer service is amazing A lot of companies try to upsell as much as they can but not Precision Auto they listen to what you want then they give you options that meet your needs and your budget. I highly recommend this place.

The Manager, Eric was very polite and professional. Bob, the mechanic was honest and helpful. The repairs were completed as Eric promised with one exception. When I dropped my truck off to be repaired all of my tires were completely inflated and were in working order. After 48 hours I returned to pick up my truck and my front left tire was completely flat and when I mentioned it to Eric he told me that the owner was informed by Bob the mechanic the previous day of the damage. I never received a call at any time by the owner explaining to me about the tire damage. The tire had picked up a nail from the shop's parking lot and nobody wanted to talk about the damage. Eric mentioned that the truck probably came in with the nail. My tire didn't pick up the nail until after I left the truck to be repaired. I had no problem keeping my tires inflated before coming to Precision. The nail was in a place that couldn't be be repaired so I had to buy a new tire for $240.00 to replace the damaged tire that was only 2 years old. Due to the fact that no one from Precision was upfront with me or took responsibility about damaging my tire, I do not recommend Precision Auto for auto repairs. I thought I found a repair shop that was a cut above, but instead this shop was worse than my past auto repair experiences.

2012 Ram 3500, Needed all 4 ball joints on the front. i called Precision for their "assumed" quality of work and I was not disappointed. My wife dropped the truck off one afternoon and picked it up the next. They did an awesome job! And as a bonus, they were WAY under dealer price and used much better parts. Good guys, definitely recommend!

I needed a four wheel alignment on my KIA Sorento and found Precision Auto Repair right here close to home. Eric was honest and upfront about everything from cost of repair, wait time, etc. I believe this is one of those rare business you can take your vehicle to and not feel like you re getting ripped off. I recommend and will be back when I am in need.

Dropped my car off yesterday. Took 3 minutes to get it in the shop. Took 29 minutes to diagnose water pump. Had estimate and parts availability in less than 40 minutes. Fair price and very curtious. They just called and said my car is ready for pick up the next day before noon......

Great service and amazing experience. Had a very minor issue with my car that I couldn t fix because I didn t have the right tools. I didn t even make an appointment and they took care of my issue as soon as I arrived. Highly recommend this place.

Very Straight forward service done in a timely manner. The technician didn't try to upset anything not needed just notified me that there was play in steering wheel probably gonna be the steering gearbox and he did all could do to get perfect but wanted to let me know after performing an alignment on my 01 yukon, Well the gear box was the only component that I didn't change on an entire suspension and steering replacement all around. In fact taking my wife's 2012 ram for her alignment in a few. So an A+ in my book

Very very friendly.. great service altogether.. would definitely recommend!!! Sean is such a great person.. love his personality!! Got my truck running and didnt cost me an arm an a leg!!
