If you plan to buy a car, heed this warning: Any problems that exist after the purchase will be your responsibility. If they claim to have 'fixed' it and the problem still persist afterwards, it will be up to you to repair it. I wish I had known this prior, but it's fair game. Just make sure a problem you find with the car you're considering is fixed BEFORE you buy the car.Other than that, good service and communication by the staff.

Car was exactly as represented on the listing. Rather than just making you take his word for it he not only showed me the documentation for the repairs he said had been made, he also showed me the parts that had been removed. Had my mechanic check the vehicle the next day and other than having to be fitted for new brakes which I consider routine maintenance he said the vehicle was in excellent condition. As far as our dealings are concerned he was true to his word and a trustworthy gentleman. I don't see that changing anytime soon, and can safely recommend buying a vehicle from this dealer.

I have nothing but positive experiences here. My mom grandma sister and I all have vehicles from old glory! Weve always been sold working vehicles and have never had any mechanical issues. Ricardo is also very helpful and never tries to oversell you on anything. All in all great place to get a great deal on a used vehicle.

**Vehicle #2 purchased from Richard. He's a pretty straight shooter, no bullshit and easy to deal with if you're a trust worthy person. If you're not, he'll figure it out. Problems beyond belief with my 2nd car. Richard asked me to bring it back & gave me a vehicle to drive while getting the issue worked on. I decided that it was becoming an inconvenience and he gave me the option to end the contract. I did so, then selected another car. So vehicle #3 has been a success. No issues whatsoever. Thank you Richard for being a so helpful.**Bought a truck with no issues, easy to deal with! Very fair.

Researched this place for a couple weeks, made a decision to check them out. Drive the 120 miles from deep East Texas and Talked to Richard about the 2008 Silverado Z71 I had seen on the website. Richard was straight forward about everything and even replace a faulty window control switch while we waited. Seems like a straight forward no BS guy. Ended up making the deal and loving the truck. No reassure no haggle.I would recommend this place to anyone.

If you're looking to buy a decent used vehicle without paying your 1st born and an arm and a leg. You really need to go talk to David. We bought a tundra there today. He let us bring it over to Baytown to have our mechanic over to Baytown to have our mechanic look it over. Happily showed us the carfax. And it's just in all around helpful pleasant person. If I ever buy another used vehicle I will definitely go back to him

Recently bought a car from here for the second time and both times it was good quality and a friendly/easy experience. We did have an issue with the 2nd car after buying but we brought it back and it was fixed promptly and free of charge to us, everything else in the car seems to be in really good shape!

The odometer didn t work and was told it was a new engine. Tires were from Panchos tire shop and were not new they were patched. I called to update my address and told Maria the office attendant and explained the new residency was causing a two day delay changing insurance for another state and I would be able to change my drivers license and insurance with the move. I was told that it was okay and Ricardo would be notified as soon as he was back from Mexico. Woke up to all of our things in the car taken (while we were still unpacking), tools and my transportation to take my child to school. Updating my address and do the right thing lead to my vehicle towed and unanswered calls and emails!!!

I DO NOT ever recommend this guy to anybody, me and my boyfriend tried to buy a car from him And spent $1400 and their was a problem with it, we have only had this car for 1 month (keep that in mind) but we were told it would be fixed, so we brought it in the Monday after we bought it, he called us a few days after and it WAS NOT fixed so when I called him back and told him it was not fixed he got very rude and wouldn t let me finish talking and telling him what s wrong, he had a very bad attitude as was very unprofessional . When I brought it back to show him he told me I needed to pay him another $500. when he called us back the first time telling us it was fixed, it WAS NOT and when we told him he told us to just leave it again and it will be fixed. So we left it AGAIN and it has still till this day not been fixed and he himself told us there is nothing he can do after he told us when we bought the car that it will be fixed. We told the lady in the office and she told us we needed to stop letting him treat us the way he was just Becuase we are young. We left the car there and we do not want it back becuase this man is a fraud and will lie how ever much he has to just to take your money DO NOT EVER BUY A CAR FROM HIM he got $1900 from us and lied to us.

Really great experience buying from this dealership really fair price and Richard, the owner was really cool guy straight forward and honest showed all evidence and yea would definitely go back and buy from him if I were to need another vehicle definitely recommend it.

Do NOT do business with this man. He sold us a truck for 9k even though it is only worth 2k. We were desperate so we put the down payment and took it. We made our payments and then came up to visit family out of state and we are 2.5 WEEKS late, sent half the payment in a money order that he supposedly never received, and he just had our truck repo'ed. He wasnt even going to let us get our stuff but we did immediately. He sold us a truck that had no working electronic window/lock controls on passenger side, door panels falling apart that we fixed ourselves, horn that doesnt work, steering wheel cover that is disintegrating because of whatever the hell Richard/Ricardo put on it to "seal" it. And this coming from a man who says he is a "stand up guy". Who repo's a truck when someone is half a payment late for two weeks? Do yourself a favor and get your car from someone less sketchy than Old Glory. Desperation is no excuse

Bought my 2003 Honda Accord from this place like 4 - 5 years ago. It was easy and simple good price till this day I still have the same car with no problems just the usual maintenance oil change spark plugs basic tune up highly recommended

Love love Ricardo and appreciate him alot I was worried at first buying a car again and it give me problems but then my daughter grandmother decided to take me to Ricardo she bought a car from him years now and still has her running car decided to give him a try and lord I can't complain if anything wrong with my car he always ask me to bring my car to him I never had a problem with my car never needed a mechanic I been had my car going on a year hasn't been a year yet and my car run smooth and nice since I had the car you need a good reliable car go to Ricardo please he is the best car dealer I have seen to be honest if I ever need another car in the future am going to Ricardo
