I have been a La Porte Tire customer since 1991I can trust what they say and doThe only place I can say that these daysThanks for always doing what we need to maintain my family s safety in Our vehicles 4/1/22Love all the men at LaPorte Tire that make it happenMy RV is back in action at the 11th hour I got my RV back and ready for my first trip after pain staking part locating to last minute fuel leaks they got me on the road safely and I m not a patient person so Bravo love you guys

I don t normally leave reviews, but i purchased 4 new tires from this place and asked them to reset my TPMS sensors when they put the new tires on because a previous shop hadn t fixed them when they did a rotation. So, when the job was completed, they told me they reset the sensors and installed the new tires. I had the tires for about 3 weeks and noticed one tire was getting low and i didn t know why because i couldn t find a nail or anything and it was a very slow leak. So i asked La Porte Tire Center to inspect my tire and if nothing was wrong, then to just put air (the psi was only around 29 so i wasn t too concerned, but i still needed it to be filled to at least 35). After about an hour, they tell me my tire is fine and that they put air and it ll update when i drive away. I drive away and it never updated so it wasn t until the next day that i realized they never fixed my TPMS sensors from when they originally installed the new tires because I put air in the tire myself and the sensors were exactly how they were 3 weeks ago before i had them put on the new tires and reset the sensors. It was honestly just very inconvenient and inconsiderate of my time.

The mechanics and inspectors are so customer service oriented! I've had great experiences taking my car in for inspections since 2004. Really appreciate Abel making such an effort to help me this year. Like we said - "see you next year!"

Went on for a service and ordered tires, service was slow but I came in middle of the afternoon so I understand. Came in the next day to get tires installed and paid for balance beads in all 6 tires. After leaving I decided to let some air out because I don't like running my tires at 120 psi because it gets a little squirrely and noticed wheel weights on the wheels. Took it back the next day and told them about the mix up and they were apologetic and told me they would put the beads in. I forgot to ask them to only put 90 psi. After I got home I went to let the air out. I let the air out of the front tires and when I got to the back they were all 4 90 psi. On further inspection they took the wheel weights off of the outer duals to make it look like they put beads in but left them on the inside duals. I took a rear wheel off and bounced it and there are no beads in it. I understand the balance on the rear wheels aren't that noticeable but I wanted beads all the way around so I could rotate tires whenever I wanted and not have to worry about re balance with tire wear. Not to mention I paid 30 a tire for balance beads and got them on 2 out of 6. I like the atmosphere and the front office guys, I'm not sure what's going on in the back.

We have had such bad luck with discount tire on the class c rv. Y'all did a an anillomate 2 years ago. From now on taking the coach to you. Thsnks for being so accommodating.

We brought our RV in and they replaced our tires the service was great and our tires have lasted a long time. The guys did a great job balancing the tires and we move down the road smoothly

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Waiting area was neat and comfortable. Tire prices are very competitive and store is well stocked!
