I'm an owner/operator and my employer recommended me here. First time I visited I came in for a fuel injector and some other minor work I was billed for 7 hours at $120 a br and they kept my truck for 6 days the racist Mechanic Randy said he adjusted my clutch and it was about to go out. I didn't bring my truck in for any clutch work so why did he touch my clutch I found that very suspicious 2nd time I visited I needed a sensor which was really a 1 hr job I was billed for 3 and they kept my truck 2 weeks and kept my excuses saying they were short handed. I was done with this place but 1 week later I was back this time for my clutch. Before my company took it over I had a mechanic look at it he informed me that someone broke a bolt on the clutch assembly and that what caused the second bolt to break I do have pictures. I quickly realized it was sabotaged and informed my employer and he tried to make excuses for them and offered to pay for it but wanted it to go back to them. After it took them 5 days to fix 2 bolts which I was billed for 4 hrs they had also fixed my tail light which he charged $115 for and he took a used light off a truck and the light didn't work. When I questioned them about these shady antics I was met with disrespect and when I informed the owner Russ he defended Randy and cursed me out and told me to never come back after I spent $6000 in a course of 3 months. I filing a formal complaint with the BBB DO Not Go here especially if you're a minority I also witnessed my co worker spend almost 20,000 in the same 3 month period there is something real fishy and this place especially when a worker disrespects a customer and the owner defends him

Both of my go to this spot for service. Great guys with the personal touch. Best of all they won't rip you off!! 10 stars!

I would use this facility if there was a different person in charge.Not looking for a potential problem.

The fixed every issue was having on my truck...was at dealer for weeks and api is only place im going to from now on
