I went to Frank's at my insurances recommendation after my (first) wreck, and i am so glad I did! Your first wreck is super stressful, and I am so happy they took care of me and my truck. My truck was given to me by my grandfather after his death, so not only was it important just for my livelihood, it had insane sentimental value. I expected them to just fix the damage, but they went ahead and cleaned the inside and outside. I heartily recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Great location, fast turnaround time. This is my first time, and the staff is amazing at communicating throughout the process! Even with speaking to multiple people, I was told consistent information. They are really nice and genuine. If I have any issues with my vehicle I would absolutely come back to this establishment. THEY'RE AMAZING! (keep in mind there is a back order for parts nationally)Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The customer service here is amazing! The staff are very accommodating, the work is quick and very good. The staff fixed my car in a few days and the work was extremely good. I highly recommend this placeThe communication between insurance and car rental was top tier. I was picked up from Frank's and taken right to my rental vehicle, and drop off was the same. This was easier than I ever expected

I came by to see about getting some body work done on my Nissan. The staff were very friendly and got me an estimate quickly. Unfortunately their price was more than double what I ended up paying elsewhere.

Very impressed by their work. My truck looked exactly like it did before the wreck, couldn't even tell it was in a wreck. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and were accurate on their times. My truck was in and out in less than a week. I've never had a body shop work so quick.

My daughter got in an accident, nothing too serious but we wanted to get her car fixed fast. These people were beyond courteous. Boy do they do quick work and when they say your car will be ready in a week that s exactly how long it took. I was weary because they aren t a highly known body shop but their work speaks for itself. Highly recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I just picked up my 2019 mustang that someone backed in to and didn t even leave a note. The damage wasn t severe but it messed up my car. I m a perfectionist and insisted that it only be fixed by the dealership. State Farm recommend franks, I refused. My spouse visited them and convinced me to use them. glad I did. My car has returned to perfect condition. The staff was beyond professional and the price was fair. I couldn t be more satisfied.

They take care of their customers in a timely manner. I was told that I would have my car back by May 6th. I got back on the day told. The staff at Frank s are knowledgeable friendly and helpful. It s the best collision facility I ve ever used. They kept me informed of the repair progress and notified me of changes in the repair plan. In my opinion their work is impeccable.

I was very surprised & disappointed by complete failure to assist with coordination of ins. ,car rental & repair... brought my car by a week b4 bringing my car in for service, to coordinate the drop off. They did nothing & had no concern about my inconvienance or lost business they caused.

Frank's makes things work. Everyone is aware that COVID has made things difficult and Frank's has been affected just like others, but they haven't let it affect their attitude or attention to customer service. I would recommend them to anyone in need of auto repair.

This was our second trip to Frank's in La Porte for repair to our minivan. We received comprehensive service each time. Karye and her team run a slick operation! Superb work and clean, shiny car at the end. Everyone takes pride in his or her work at Frank's in La Porte. Thanks!

.Repair Quality was badCame in to get a bumper and quater panel replaced after I was rear-ended. Was assure that the car was going to be in good hands by state farm and by one of your employees in the shop. The delivery date was set for 11/11 didn't get the car until 11/13 because the "quality of the bumper" wasn't top notch. When I got the car back I immediately notice that the car had new scratches, a few new dents in the side you guys work in and it was full of swirl marks all over the body including the new painted bumper and quater panel. Because you guys are not open on Saturday and closed at 4:30 on Friday my only options was to call state farm to let them know about the damages. After state farm did their investigation and I uploaded the pictures to their website they make the determination that if the body shop did the damage they should take care of it. Today, my wife took my car in and they refuse to look at the video that I send her with because it wasn't necessary. She was told that the swirl marks were probably from me washing my car because I didn't know how to do it. When my wife told them I used to work detailing cars they said that I didn't even know how to wax my car properly. I understand the hesitant to take ownership of the damages you guys did to my car but there's no need to be disrespectful to my wife and me. For your employee to tell my wife I don't know how to wash my car or wax it when your guys couldn't even get the paint job right on my car is absolutely mind blowing. To top it all off the swirl marks on the body of the car matches thr swirl marks on the bumper and quater panel you guys repair to me it looks like someone was trying to teach somebody to buff a car using mine for practice. This is unacceptable. Then they treatened me if I put a bad review.

Very easy process with the insurance claim, communicated updates, had it ready in the estimated time, job was flawless, I would definitely use them again, just hope I don't need to.

She stays way ahead of things about your vehicle from beginning to end!! Honestly in my opinion, Frank s Repair Shop on Underwood with Karye and her exceptional repair team gives the BEST customer service and repair work in the GREATER HOUSTON AREA BY FAR!!!! I brought my car on Last Monday and it was ready on Friday morning!! The speed and accuracy can t be beat and with the awesome customer service makes Frank s Repair Shop on Underwood WILL ALWAYS BE MY FIRST CHOICE AS IT SHOULD BE YOURS AS WELL!! We'll they call saying my Toyota tundra was ready to pick up got over there and the bumper is out of square about an inch from one side to the other told them I'm not taking it like that make it right will see monday
