Okay okay, I know everyone writes reviews and most people just skim through but WAIT! I have taken three vehicles over the past several years to this place. Every single time I m greeted by the nicest people and my problem is always solved at a reasonable price and time frame. These people make me feel comfortable as a woman going to a mechanic because they re honest. I know that I can trust their judgement and find a solution to whatever issue my vehicle is having. I also go for maintenance and have always been happy with their work. I moved and now live 45 mins from them but I ll go here every time for any vehicle needs. Thank you Chris and Matt, yall are awesome!

I visited the Firestone locations with poor service. I was NOT told any issues with my car. As I was walking out the door, I noticed on the receipt, the technician stated it was an oil leak to my car prior to service, I never had a oil leak..Oil wasn t leaking in my carport nor was oil leaking in the Bay Area during the actually oil change. I also wasn t told that they wasn t able to reset the oil light. This is extremely upsetting to me and not to be told of anything. Plus the technician stated oil leak prior to service, this is a false statement. I will never bring any of my vehicles back to this location.

The worst place to take a car to an inspection... They just want to take out money for things that are working well in the cars.... Personally, I don t recommend this fourth workshop.

Firestone is the worst service I have ever got on my car. I had to take my car back 3 times after service. I got a full service and in one week the service light was on. The sticker for next service was still sterling McCall. I got the wheel bearings changed and the wheel still squeaks. My warranty insurance was supposed to pay they didn't get intouch with the insurance although they said they did. They could not show the parts they removed from the car after my insurance ask to see them. I am very disappointed in the service I got. Although for years I used to get good service. I can see the quality of service at Firestone have depreciated. I would not recommend Firestone to anyone. I think I should have been pleased after paying $2600.00, out of pocket for such service. I also think that they are overpriced.

the most expensive place I've ever seen. They charge 3 times more. Don't go in this place. They will stole you. They sell alternators 3x more the servicescis 3x more that the other place that I checked. I m in shocked with the price...Firestone will be 2.300 and other place 700.

Something fell off our car on the interstate while traveling from FL to south TX. The service was fast, reasonable and they not only replaced the missing bolt from the brake caliper arm, they replaced the radiator cap which was worn and leaking fluid, averting another issue. The guys were so great!

Came in right at closing time with a flat tire they replaced the tire in 15 min or less! Speedy great service they even opened the gate back up for me!! 10/10 would recommend

Picked my vehicle up today. Guys at D.T. did an outstanding job. Some places would over charge a woman thinking we wouldn't understand the charges. From the very beginning Matt was helpful and honest. Not only will I recommend D.T. Firestone I will be a return costumer. Thank you to all the guys, and or gals, working at D.T.

Absolutely amazing, they were so friendly, and my car was well taken care of. I happened to meet the technician that worked on my car! I can tell he was very busy but he still kindly answered any question I had about my car. I think his name was Kane. Either way, awesome service, I will most definitely go back.

I had taken my Mercury Mountaineer to another place and had the brakes replaced. I was very disappointed with the work and was advised to bring it here. At first, I was very skeptical, but because I trusted the person who recommended them, I did. I was pleasantly surprised! I was treated with the utmost courtesy and given a very good explanation as to why the brakes were acting like they were in language I could understand. From that point on, I always brought my vehicle here for repairs, even though I live in the Pasadena area. It is important for a woman to have a place she can trust, and I feel this is that place. I strongly recommend D&T Firestone for good, reputable work.

Took truck in for oil change they said my rear breaks were 95% gone. I said one I didn't ask you to check but thanks but two I just had them done 11 months ago at this location. I was told they weren't under a warranty so my question was if I had all breaks replaced how were my front good and back be out ?No real answer, said I probably ride the breaks ....Not Even, sounds fishy to me

I've been using this Firestone station in Laporte for over 20 years. I love the service that I get. And my vehicles are always in and out really quick.

If your looking for a GOOD OLD FASHION customer service mechanic shop...look no further! Every time I have taken our work trucks in for any reason, they have always surpassed my expectations.It sure is nice to find a business that still represents what this country was built on. A mans word and handshake!Thank you D.T. Firestone and staff!

I've been back here time and again, and I'll continue to say that Bill Trussell is the guy you want to take your Corvette to. Honest about giving advice on what you should repair and what can wait or what you're better off just leaving. He even accidentally recommended a repair that he had done before (Both he and I forgot we had performed that repair) and took everything apart and when he found that the oil pressure switch looked new he went back through the service logs and confirmed he had repaired it before and called to apologize and put it back together for no charge. Honest and fair businessman.

Awesome guys and service. Went to a Firestone in Baytown to have my tire plugged and they weren't able to get the job done in 3 hrs. So I picked up my tire and headed over to D&T, I pulled up and every one was busy working hard not standing around smoking out front like they were at the Baytown Firestone. Chris took time to help me out. He said it wouldn't be a problem to take care of this quickly, and said 20 mins should do it.... My mind was blown... Sure enough my car was ready to go on time. He even worked with me to cover the cost of repair with my firestorm warranty!! These guys were great and if I lived in the area I would take my car here just on principal!

These guys don't play around. They explained everything to me on terms I understood and they always did it with a smile. Very patient and understanding, they repair your vehicle in the time promised. What more could you ask for?Chris and Bill are the bomb!I send all my friends here.

Needed my motorcycle inspected..and these people made time for me. They were incredibly busy at the time. And they got me in and out in like 20 minutes. That's very cool.

Got a great deal on some good tires but my service engine soon light came on as soon as I left and it's never been on since I've had the car I've always been afraid of firestone for reasons just like this

Got my repair done in a resonable time but this is why there not getting a 4 or 5 star they of all things forgot the engine cover then lost it smh
