I called the day before checking for early hours in the tire center and was told they are there at 9am, but the website hours 8am for plus customers. The following day, about 8:45, the lady asked if I had an appointment. I told her no, and she said they could check &:rotate all tires. After 2 hours of shopping with 1 vehicle ahead, the tire rotation I was told the tire in question was dry rotted & it couldn't be repaired if needed. The same tire went down a week later, and I stopped at The Tire Store in Alvin. The Tire Store found a pin hole & stated no dry rot. I won't be buying tires at Sam's anymore for convenience.

This store deserves recognition from their higher ups!! We developed a tire issue while on Galveston Island. We called and were able to make it to this Sams store. We explained that we were on our way to New Braunsfels, TX. They took it in right away and before we finished lunch in the Sams cafe the repair was completed!!! We had bought the tires from Sams in Paducah, KY and will continue to do so just for the service coverage they offer. My only complaint is that we had to walk over to Wal-Mart to use the restrooms as Sams had ALL of theirs shut down and we didn't want to use the outside port a potty

Better valve than discount tire, I was happy with the fast service and 90,000 warranty on tire life instead of the usual 45,000 from discount tire. Along with the road hazard warranty and road side assistants at no additional cost.

Wouldn t help with a tire repair even though I was in line before the closed at 7pm. Got in line at 6:55 with 2 people in front of me and didn t get help till 7:04. Said they close at 7pm and wouldnt help me!
