I went in to give a payment for my mother on 10/4/23 at about 5:45 pm and Maria from the La Joya location is extremely rude. It was my first time there and it will definitely be my last.

I called and noemi said she would transfer me i requested not to do so because i just needed my insurance documents so she said and i quote "No ill transfer you because they have already spoke to you before" i should be able to be attended despite what store has attended me in the past

Very bad customer service rude to clients then get offended if u speak ur mind this so called lady's need a course in customer service will not recommend to anyone

Staff was really rude after we had a car accident instead of explaining the details of the policy they responded in a very rude manner and told us that we could cancel if we didn't like the policy
