This has been a horrible experience for me!!! Been with them for 24 years. Very disrespectful towards me and over talked me like I was not important. I am very disappointed on the services and the price increase. I canceled and actually I saved right at 400.00 a month through progressiveI feel like I have been robbed from farm bureau once I got my quote from progressive No accidents or speeding tickets on my record neither. So wrong!!!

The staff is so amazing and helpful. I never thought that I would find a team that was dedicated to helping me get insurance lower than what I am paying now with better options. Tami Cooper worked her manic and got me set up.

I ve been with insurance company since 1996 and was recently let go by them. I was in a car accident earlier this year and one last year. Both wasn t my fault. It s not right when you ve been with an insurance company for that many years and is quick to let you go once you have an accident that s not even your fault. Hope I can help others from choosing them.

They are great. Great service and great rates. I use them for both auto and renters insurance. Definitely recommend.
