Just bought a RAM truck from Oviedo. The intent was to get a sense of the prices. There was a 2023 model available with very low mileage and at a great price. The sales staff was friendly and attentive, and worked with me to get most of the features I was wanting. It made the purchase a stress-free and enjoyable event

Well we my wife and I came in for service bulletin on my R67 and a transmission service. Well the service writer gave me a price to have the service done, well I declined the service because the price was outrageous 600.00 plus parts and tax. I have been coming to your establishment for years and the service writer didn t even flinch when I said NO. I felt he was trying make a big sale. Sorry I m not coming back period. I ll go to another dealership. Mr. Romero

While traveling through the area our tow vehicle (Hilda) was hit with the dreaded "150 miles until 5MPH" notice. We were almost 100 miles from our campground at that point. The next morning I called Oviedo and the service writer said to bring it right in with no promise of being able to fix it that day. I was met at the door by a service writer who took the truck directly to the service bay. The issue was diagnosed and new parts installed quickly. We got our beast of a dually back and were able to continue our cross country journey the next day. Huge thank you to the Oviedo service department!

This morning I had my first oil change, tire rotation and courtesy wash on my 2022 Ram 1500. When I arrived I was greeted by Phillip and Dillan with a friendly smile. Thank You Johnny for having the best professional and most importantly friendly staff. It is really nice to be treated like family. Also a big thank you to the wash department for doing such a nice job on my pickup. It looked brand new!

I trust the Oviedo team to be fair and honest, whether buying a vehicle or having service done. Everything is more expensive now due to Bidenomics, including vehicles and services, but Oviedo does their best to provide only the necessary services at a fair market price. It s rare to find a dealership that has such a competent staff, including Phillip, Vince and all the other service workers, that will solve the problem correctly. My son, Serving in the Army, bought a used low mileage 21 Ram 3500 diesel, knowing it had previously been in a light accident, from a dealer in Kansas near Ft Riley. He s owned the truck for about a year, drove down to Texas to leave the truck with me while he s in S Korea for a year a check engine light came on after he arrived in TX, so he took it to another dealer that told him the particle sensor in the transmission was the code but assumed it was just a computer glitch. So they reset the computer and said all was well. The day before my son left for Korea, the check engine light came back on. This time I called Phillip (Oviedo) to explain the situation and brought the truck to Oviedo. Vince took care to document the history and I ask him to address a couple other known issues. Oviedo found a dent in the driveshaft, replaced the particle sensor and took care of the other issues for less than the original estimate to repair everything. I know that will not always be the case, but it tells me that these folks are fair and honest. I ve bought 2 new vehicles from Oviedo and will continue to do business with them. And for skyrocketing costs, vote Biden out of office.

So grateful for the service department and team here! We were traveling through in our RAM 3500 & RV when our radiator cracked a few miles from the dealership.The service team took us in right away on a FRIDAY! They got us taken care of asap & we re very accommodating to us, our dogs, and equipment.It s hard to find service like that anymore & they got us back on the road without a second thought.Would highly recommend servicing here if you are local or passing through. You won t regret it.Thank you Vince & the team!

The service was amazing, they were fast and repaired my Jeep perfectly. I couldn t even imagine taking my vehicle anywhere else. The experience was so incredible that I think I gained IQ points. My advisor was not only clear about the process and knowledgeable about the product, but was quite handsome as well. 10/10, 2 thumbs up, 5 stars.

I had been in the market for a new Jeep for quite a while. I had finally narrowed down my choice to the Willy's package in a the new Chief color. I had some very specific requests with my vehicle including what type of engine and packages I wanted.I had found exactly what I was looking for at another dealership and the price was right. Both Matt and John worked very hard to take care of my needs setting up a dealer trade and matching their price. Well, to no fault of the Oviedo dealership, the other dealership sold the vehicle out from under them.Not worries, Matt and John search high an low for another vehicle that met my requirements, plus some. They were able to make the dealership trade happen and still honored the original discount promised to me on the first vehicle. Not only that, because of the additional equipment on the second vehicle, they had Derek work really hard to find me the best interest rate available.I appreciate everyone at the Oviedo dealership being so patient and working so hard to get me everything I wanted in my new vehicle. Everyone on there was so friendly and helpful. Matt, John, and Derek made the whole process very easy. Even Michael, another salesman, was so knowledgeable and answered any questions when Matt wasn't around.The entire Oviedo team made purchasing my new vehicle a very pleasant experience.If you are wanting a team dedicated to making your next vehicle purchases perfect, then Oviedo is the dealership for you.

Went for a oil change. It was quick and the customer service was wonderful. But the price to change your oil is ridiculous over 100 dollars is a bit pricey. Then the mechanics left grease oil hand prints on the hood and finders. And in the Engine bay they didn't even clean up there mess around the fill cap.

Julissa was our salesperson and she was amazing, in fact all the staff were amazing. They worked with me to show me my options and explained the entire process very thoroughly. I was so indecisive but they were patient with me and put no pressure on me at all. I will definitely be back if I ever need an another car and recommend them to my friends and family.

Philip and Vince In the service department is the absolute best. They have been handling anything I needed with the service department for years. They are prompt, respectful and kind when you talk to them. They let you know what s going on and what s the best way to fix any issues. I would highly recommend the service department at Oviedo Jeep, Dodge.

I have been using thus dealership since I bought my truck. We are "Oviedo Priority members". In July, we spent over $2500 for an oil change and transmission service. We have done multiple oil changes. We have yet to get our truck washed during service as promised when purchasing truck. Oviedo sales also sold us on the fact they would supply a loaner vehicle while repairs are being done. "They don't offer that anymore". Also was supposed to get $30 oil changes. Not a chance. It's always closer to $300. And to top it all off, A week ago we went to get our key replaced because we bought a free key replacement warranty. Was informed that Oviedo doesn't honor 3rd party warranties. There is a fairly decent chance that I will not purchase another vehicle from Oviedo as they oversell and underperform. They also do not stand behind their selling points. I originally went to them because they're closer to home, but in the future I will drive an hour or two further away to get an oil change, service or to purchase a vehicle from a dealership that has some integrity.Update:Recieved a message to call because they wanted to make it right. Called this morning at 9am and they said Johnny would call me back shortly. It is now 2:15pm and still have not had call returned.
