DO NOT RECOMMEND THRID COAST. I bought a car an within a week of driving it my motor cracked and sprayed oil leaving me in the side of the road. Called up there several times to get it fixed and to get my warranty info which they said they emailed but never did. We went in only to be dismissed saying it has warranty. Warranty wouldn t cover it and it was gonna be more to fix it than they said. Then they started dodging our calls only calling real quick about the car payment that Wasn t due for a few more days, but they wanted to collect it that day after we expressed We may have to surrender the vehicle, because it was gonna cost too much to fix, and we had just got it. when they wouldn t answer our calls, we finally decided to surrender the vehicle only for them to tell us that it was going to be marked as a repossession, and they refused to talk to us any longer. I do not recommend this place or any of their other places, they sell nothing but lemons, and they have full knowledge of the vehicles.

Only giving 1 star because they don t care how bad your credit is. They are going to approveI got my car on a Thursday 4/28 with the tire light on, I told them about it & was told it s a sensory issue. The next morning at 5am my tire was FLAT with 3 nails. I get it fixed. Fri & sat my car is working fine then on Sunday ALL the lights to my car was on, car didn t wanna shut off and ac cut off. I take it to the mechanic 5/1 and the dealership manager expressed I might be able to get a loaner if it goes past 5/9. It s 5/9 today. The mechanic said it ll take a couple more days so I called the dealership since it s been over a week and they refuse to help me in ANY way. No loaner, no communication, no payment extension, no SYMPATHY. Nothing. Maybe they need to read their website again on how their suppose to treat their customer

I don t recommend anybody going to third Coast auto. They don t sell very good car air. I had bought a car and they sold me a lemon. It has cost me almost 5 grand to get it fixed and running right

I rated only one star because it's nothing more less than that.I got a truck on this car dealer since we started they were charging on different time as we set it up the payments.When I tried to call them and what's going on.. only phone machine options.I had to go to the dealer in person and the collection department even apologized and was so rude besides doesn't fixed my problem.Short words .. I'm so disappointed about this car dealer.On my personal opinion... I will never recommend them.Save time and money ... go to another dealers and get whatever you are looking for.Location: hi35 south.Limited parking lot.Service: poor .

Do not buy from them, they are tricksters that doesn t go over the full car contract with you. They don t treat their customers with the respect they deserve, and they leech of consumers to take as much money as they can.

So I have a 2011 camaro with this company never was late always paid 2 days before my due date. But now for the last month be dealing with covid with my mom my daughter and my wife now me sent them all paperwork that they asked for got a call stating that if I don t make my payment they will take the car and charge me more on my credit for a repo this company don t care they want your money don t care about you or your family as soon as I m done with quarantine I m standing on the public road outside there establishment and going to warn everyone about this place I m only behind 523 dollars on an 18k car with only 9k to pay it off I mean come on I ve been paying for it for well over a year

Trying to get a hold of them is crazy. They never answer their business phone and apparently the don't check their VM because it's full so you can't leave them a message for a return call. Getting a copy of your insurance is another process all together. Thinking that you can go to their office and get a copy, lol, think again....they are going to make you email or reach out to someone else. Once you do, you get no response from them!Oh want to run in the office and make a payment....Nope you can't even do that, yes I know online but for some situations you just can't use online option. You get a number to call and guess what...they don't answer...horrible,Don't buy from them...

This was my first time buying a car and i trusted Iris arroyo who was my sales person to give me a good deal on a car. I got a 2008 Chrysler 300 over 100,000 miles. The car looked in perfect condition i was overly excited but once i came home the bumper was dented from a past incident I'm guessing with the previous owner. You couldn't really tell i was upset they could of at least told me about it first. After one week of having my car the drivers window would not roll back up never did i call or complain i just went to get it fixed. cost about $150 . After a month of having my car there was radiator leak a bad one with fan broken in half also radiator had big dent. went to go get it fixed cost $650. Still didn't call or complained just fixed it. i paid 300 every two weeks only twice for the tax and title LOL Thats what she told me! on my paper it said my down payment was 1600 so if i only had 1000 that day the rest was deferred so they played me stupid like i said i trusted her because of personal conversations.i brought my agreement paper to my tax preparer i'm stuck paying 77 payments biweekly of $211...total cost of car $11,507 well was suppose to be it actually ended up $18,119...so please don't make the same mistake i did read your paperwork. because they will be nice to you but will scheme you.

Awesome place! Agustin Deleon was great help! He s wonderful. Got me into a car, within 2 hoursThe customer service is great! I recommend going here if you re needing a vehicle pricing is good!! So are the cars. Remember to ask for Agustin

Sold me a lemon worth at MOST 8000. I'm paying 13000 bc I made the mistake of bringing my mother along who let them know how desperate I was for a car. It's been repod twice because of one week late payments. Absolutely ridiculous! They use toll roads to repo the cars and refuse to pay the toll bill. The ac has never worked. They owed me a few things like a door panel, and refuse to give it to me. So my back passenger door is bare. All of the warning lights have been on since I bought it. But they claim nothing is wrong with it. It's in the contract I can only bring my car to them for repairs. "If you need more time to pay the bill, just call, we'll work with you!" No. No they won't. You say you can pay the bill in 7 days, they say you only have 5 days and will repo on the 6th day. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU ARE EXTREMELY DESPERATE AND HAVE NO OTHER OPTION!!

Absolutely worst place to buy a car. Their customer service is terrible, they will lie cheat and gouge you. i had a confirmed price with Augustine next day he raise the price for me $3000!! I asked for the Carfax and they wouldn t even print them out for me!!

She Likes:* Easy to navigate* Good content* Good customer support* Good deals* Site is fast and responsiveComments: After 2.5 yrs. without job and personal credit breakdown got a job and needed a car badly. Searched over the Internet and found this website 4 used cars dealer locations. As I got a terrible and discouraging "NO" from others auto loans dealers allover Austin TX., I came over to 1930 Kyle Parkway, Kyle, TX 78640 Kyle Third Coast used cars dealer location. Walked around the available used cars, selected mine, gave my ID, went to drive for about 30 minutes. Returned and negotiated a reasonable down-payment together with affordable monthly payment options and everything went smoothly. Don't know how important it may be, but I needed to place a five-up recommendation to Third Coast Auto Group. Great services and they deliver on promises. My financial assistant was Brenda Saucedo. I do recommend everyone with same needs to approach this #Kyleusedcarsloandealership.

absolutely suck I'm so upset we have been on time for every payment for the 6 months we've had the vehicle, now we're a week behind after we explained to them our situation and were in contact wirh them and now have a repo after us , they give no grace period really who does that?? I would not recommend anyone to buy form them , a bunch of thieves if you ask me .

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! When my son got he's car the sales lady was the only person great about this place. The lady made a mistake when she took he's payment and then turned it around and made it seemed it was he's fault. Lets no even talk about the finance dept. RUDE RUDE. She was disrespectful yelling and screaming at him. Never again.

All they sell are only lemons..car we got just 2 months is in need of a transmission...we need pay to get it fixed. Been to branch in Austin. Because of engine light kept coming on. Now they are not fixing till we pay up. Couldn't comment without putting a star, but they don't even deserve that. Sorry we did business with them.

Thank you Third Coast, ya'll helped me when no one else did. If you don't have credit or bad credit, they will do anything to get you driving a new car today. Don't expect cheap prices and low interest when you don't have credit or enough income. They help you every step of the way and are very flexible with you.I'll be seeing ya'll soon...

Don't buy a car from Third Coast Auto Group. Because if you have one car out with them already and you don't pay the one you turn in they try to Repossessed the car or truck that you are suppose to OWN already. Don't buy a car from them. Don't ppl Don't.

A lot of options, but website does not show prices or miles for vehicles. Don't trust dealers that aren't up front and lure you in. I don't need your help and I don't need 5 emails a week. I want to see my options and let you know what I'm interested in.

The APR could be lower, but we all make our own decisions that affect credit. These people do a fantastic job of getting you into a nice vehicle at an affordable price.

There website doesn't show prices that way they can lie about the price. You have to email for each car. Who had time for that.The employees are rude. Your better off going to other dealers

Do not go here! Their only concern is the payment of your vehicle. They do not care if there is an Economic Crisis, money is the only thing that keeps them sane. You re best bet is going somewhere else!!!

Worst place ever I've seen these reviews so late but I had wrecked my 2013 so I needed something quick went here and like the reviews my problem is similar I was sold a 05 Honda thinking it was 1200 down but was 1400 down let me mention again a 05 Honda so I was short 35$ on my payment and was gonna get repo litterly for 35$ and at that the engine light came on 2 days after for a transmission problem don't recommend at all

They literally never answer the phone ...get mad cuz the payment is late by one day and threaten repo. But then I call to make payment and no one answers....for days in a row
