If you re looking for a performance shop, this is the place to go. I ve been a repeat customer at Smiley Autowerks since 2019 and they continue to earn my business year after year. Smiley, Minh, Cameron, and the rest of their team take so much pride in the work they do and treat me as a valued customer, which is rare in the auto industry. The attention to detail with my build and other work done on my cars has been seriously impressive as well. Extremely knowledgeable staff, customer centric operations, attention to detail with their work, in house custom fabrication, in house dyno tuning, and most of all, they don t rush cars out the door. They take their time, build them the right way, and have supported me after my cars have left the shop. Don t hesitate to let them help you on your high end build. If it can be done, they can do it.

Best performance shop in town, the people are so friendly and accommodating! I was able to refer so many of my friends here and they all left with with good feedback. Minh and Smiley and the techs take the time to really understand your car and the issues and create great game plans to tackle any project. They do everything from tuning, to dyno runs, literally anything you can think of that you want done to a car. Great service I cannot say enough about how awesome these guys are!

Hands down the best performance shop around!!! These guys took care of me through highs and lows, and got my Genesis Coupe back on the road running better than ever. Full bolt ons, custom fab work, standalone Ecu, tuning, they did it all. Minh was always honest with me on what state the car was in, and made sure I was on board. I brought my mkv Supra to 2 different shops before this an nobody could figure out the boost issue. These guys are hands down the best performance shop I have ever used period. Ive had a lot of high horsepower cars and trucks built and the smiley team out classes all other tuners by a mile. They are quick to answer and respond, they provided me status updates daily and the finished product exceeded all expectations. We did a Ripatuned 900 kit on my TRX along with super charger porting, intake, and headers. This build put down 919 horsepower. Give the guys a smiley a shot and I can promise you they will become your go to shop.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Just had them work on my wife's 2017 Audi Q7. Her A/C stopped working and we needed it diagnosed and fixed quickly. All other shops were at least a week wait, but Smiley looked at my car the same day. These guys came highly recommended from a car enthusiast group I'm in on Facebook and they did not disappoint. Updated me on the progress of my vehicle at every stage and did a great job! My only complaint would be their shop entrance is hard to find and there is no signage on their building, but I ended up finding it after a little searching. Will definitely use them again!Service: Air conditioning

Did not do a correct compression test on a friends Mitsubishi Evo IX, causing cylinder 1 s compression to be drastically lower than the rest. Along with other issues, which has resulted in the motor needing to be pulled. Would not recommend.

I have nothing but good things to say for this place. I ve always been treated fairly and with respect by Minh and Smiley. Took my Accord here for a diagnostic on some electrical issues and they were able to provide a diagnosis and quote very quickly. Highly recommend Smiley Autowerks to anyone.

Very knowledgeable staff. Helped me fix many small and major issues on all my vehicles. I d give 7 stars if I could. I d recommend this shop to my family and friends. Cannot express the level of knowledge at this shop, that exceeds expectations of any shop. They went above and beyond, even when they weren t asked. No task too big for them

I purchased a Mazdaspeed 6 that was modified by Smiley Autowerks from a person in Round Rock. Through a series of unfortunate events , the motor blew due to a incorrect tune (unrelated to the Smiley shop).Since The Mazda was built by this shop , it was only natural I take the car in, for their in-depth expertise in rebuilding the motor. The owner was very flexible and helped out my unfortunate situation tremendously.They got the Mazda back into working order , and corrected all of the laundry list of mechanical problems, and nursed the broken car all the way back into fighting shape, ready to run quarter-miles.The owner is a great person to work with, emulating all the qualities of a small town , no bull small business owner, versus some sleazy large chain or an overrated arrogant shop. The attention you get is great, and in addition to feeling like a customer, you get treated as an individual and not as simply incoming cash revenue.For anyone wanting their car turned into a monster , and speed around through the great state of Texas I would definitely recommend you to go to Smiley to get that build done for superb quality, however for a fair price, and with wonderful customer service.

Needed a new alternator for a 2000 Dodge Dakota.Part was the same price as if I bought it at AutoZone. needed a new battery too, it was actually less than AutoZone and their labor rate is excellent! They even cleaned up my battery terminal cables that I had Jimmy rig together with no additional charge. Don't be put off that they specialize in high performance cars they seemed happy to work on my old clunker.

Smiley has got it all. He and his team are incredibly knowledgable and will never let you down. His team has helped me through the most complicated times with my car. They do it all -- from simple maintenance to complete engine builds. The most trustworthy people, and the only people I trust with my car.

Did a great job with the g35, super impressed had engine replaced and new clutch. Thier knowledge of vehicles is exceptional, custom builds whatever you have. Will be back for upgrades soon thanks fellas.

Hands down the best shop to take your vehicle to for reliable work. Minh and Smiley were very helpful and I was 100% confident in the diagnosis I got after going through 2 mechanics. Will be doing my next build with them for sure

I ve heard good things about this place from many people..... Soooo I decided to check it out. It was not enjoyable what so ever. They treat some customers better then others, I was the others side of that treatment. So I was told things other customers didn t have to follow while at their shop.The lady there is super rude. I was not happy with anything. My vehicle had more problems leaving then when I arrived. I was very disappointed with all work and level of service done to my car.Also when you post a review that s less then 5 stars to Smily autoworks on Google they lash out and post fake reviews.This is the final notice of correspondence.Any further retaliation from any employee or friend of Smily auto works will result in legal action.

Had my Mercedes worked on here, and I have my Honda there now. Great communication and help selecting the right parts, performance and OEM replacement. I'll continue to come back.

These guys have extensive knowledge on vehicles, especially turbos. Super nice, down to earth, and no markups on parts. Thanks for the awesome help on my Evo! We'll be back for more upgrades in the future.

I was referred to Smileys by another mechanic that could not exactly diagnose what was wrong with my vehicle. The Auto Technicians at Smileys were very informative and helpful! Will definitely continue to use them in the future for any car troubles.

This place is legit! The whole squad there are doing work on some of the craziest high horse power cars you could think of. 1500 hp ls swapped s2000? 1000 HP EVO? Super charging a Jeep water car? Custom parts for the new civic Type R?The owners of shapeoko table top CNC had to fly out to interview Vince because he was CNCing car parts that has never been done before. Talk about breaking barriers.Anything turbo or non turbo bring your car here! Affordable turbo kits, in-house fabricators , custom in house CNC parts. I was just blown away of the type of work they are doing here and the quick turn around time at a reasonable price! You will not be disappointed! Big shout out to smiley, Vince and alban, y all are some cool cats man! Keep up the good work you guys are killin it
