Brian , the Boss and a US Marine is a great mechanic.I have had 3 cats aligned here and 1 classic.He takes his time to explain the small details and gives 101% to his jobsVery knowledgeable and his Employees are great.Brian and Kyle Automotive are a great place and highly recommend for honesty and great work. Made an appointment on Monday with Christi for Thursday morning. Spoke to the owner Brian and told him everything hubby had done already. The AC on my granddaughters car wasn t blowing cold (after husband had changed a leaky hose and added Freon changed a few other low cost items ) anyway it was still blowing warm. We decided to take her car here to have it professionally diagnosed and so glad we did before we started buying more parts. Kyle Automotive was recommended to us by someone else. After having our car for just 6 1/2 hours it turned out my hubby and son had added too much Freon to the system. We were so happy to pick her car up and it all be fixed, less than $200 for peace of mind and honesty. We definitely will be taking all our vehicles here if they require any repairs. Thank you for being so professional and honest. Appreciate this so much. We are incredibly grateful

Dang! So many good reviews here. One more for the stack. I have been bringing my vehicles in for 4 years now, all 3 are each over 20 years old with almost 700,000 miles together. Always happy, never disappointed. I've had mechanics work on these cars which were bought new, and none know more and do more than these guys. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. If it is, come here!

I can't even begin to tell you how grateful I am for this shop!!! They saved me 1000's of dollars by being the honest and hard working family they are. It took word of mouth to find the gem of a shop, I'm never leaving.... any and all repairs will be done there.... Don't sleep on this shop, they are honest good hardworking kind and understanding. You are in good hands here

A friend referred me to them a couple of years ago and I have been going ever since. They do awesome work at a fair price. They are knowledgeable, timely and thorough and always nice. Best mechanic experience I have ever had!

Drove from Leander for service and it was well worth it. They got me in quickly, took their time to locate the issue and saved me thousands from what the dealership was going to charge for the wrong thing! Today was my first time to the city of Kyle. I experienced an unexpected automotive problem and was very worried and frightened. I asked around and people recommended Kyle Automotive. I am extremely grateful and touched by their help. The owner and his wife were warm and genuine. The Korean mechanic was also very helpful. They are very very experienced and charge a fair price. Everyone in the shop is friendly and nods at you. If I can give them a rating higher than 5, I would. They are the star of Kyle!

Although I live far away, I still come to Kyle Automotive for my repair. This is my second time here. If you're looking for an honest, reliable shop with professional service, this is the best! I have nothing but great things to say! They have gone above and beyond every time I've had my car in. They always explain everything to me and never get frustrated with all of my questions. Truly an honest shop and I feel like that's a hard thing to find these days. Thank y'all for always taking care of our cars!

I took my Nissan here and they helped me out once by airing up my tire out of sheer good faith for free. They also answered a few questions I had about my vehicle at the time. I brought my car here to replace the tail light since Nissan engineers are stupid. I didn t have the tools to do the job and they nailed it at a discount for me compared to local shops. I m also taking my car here for full brake pad and rotors since I trust them unlike other shops out there. I asked for something specific and they didn t up-charge me 1000% like most other shops.Moral of the story, you can trust em and their judgment/ recommendations.

I had a truck that nobody could figure out what was wrong with it. I took it to dealerships, mechanic shops and even had mechanics come to the house and still nobody could find out the problem. I then decided to take it to Kyle Automotive. Best thing I ever did. They figured it out and got it running for a very good price. Excellent customer service too.

I've got my vehicle here right now. These people are great! They provide plenty of information, and do not dismiss the 'small' things you've noticed with your car.I just got the call with the cost of fixing my vehicle and it is priced very reasonably, and the turn-around time is so much better than the dealership.This place is great.

I have a 2009 Forester with 187,000 miles on it, that runs very well and is reliable. I bought it used and Kyle Automotive keeps my car humming. The repairs and customer service are simply the best you will ever experience.Service: A/C installation & repairService: A/C installation & repair

I'm not one who writes reviews but the community needs to know about this great place. I shopped around for a few days to get quotes (from $990- $1440) on the clutch that went bad on my Toyota. Every shop told me it was a 7 hour job. I took the most affordable quote from Kyle Automotive Service Center.I was pleased when the shop called 4 hours later to tell me it was fixed. I picked up my Toyota and was surprised to find out it was cheaper than he originally quoted me because he got the job done sooner than expected. I was also excited to find out that the shop replaced the clutch, timing belt, and oil all under the original $990 quote.He commented that he knew I was leaving town for the holidays and wanted me safe on the road. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and care I received from this shop. Thanks again Kyle Automotive Service Center! You have a new loyal customer

Plain and simple, I have never let anyone else work on my cars.I have known Brian for years, he knows engines like no other person I know. I smoked the engine in my ford truck, he sourced me another one, went through it and installed it built it back into my truck using my existing parts. I have over 100,000 miles on it, and have not had any issues. The difference between Brian and the other guys, is he loves it. He finds things others miss, and will take the time to repair things others term as no big deal. You will never know he did it unless you ask.I am about to drag another vehicle down there to him, so he can work his magic. I will say it again, if I can't do the work myself, there is only one shop I will take it to. I did not mention, I live in Leander. So the inconvenience of the distance is worth the quality of work. Yes, he is that good. Trust and honesty is hard to come by today. it is the rule not the exception at Kyle Automotive.

I have found Brian Fennell to be friendly, patient and courteous, qualities you want in a mechanic. Yesterday I came by with an electrical problem - my Jeep Cherokee door windows would only work intermittently. Brian traced the problem in less than 20 minutes (something that would have taken me 4 hours). He's got excellent trouble shooting skills and you can tell he loves what he does.I was grateful for the work he did and had to force him to take a payment from me! Again it would have taken me 4 hours (if I found the problem at all), so his skill was truly worthwhile. I feel that Brian and crew are conscientious, love what they do, and will make recommendations to you based on considering your needs and budget with your car; and whatever they do they are going to do it well.I need to fully disclose, I do know Brian from a professional organization. But I believe Brian would extend the same quality of service to anyone.

My truck broke down on the road traveling through Kyle. Not knowing anyone in the area I was pleased to find a service shop with a 5 star rating. Kristie took my call, received my truck from the towing company and fixed the problem within two days. Thank you for the excellent service and response.

I had car trouble while on the interstate and had my car towed to Kyle automotive. it was the best choice I could have made. they diagnosed the problem, the alternator, and were able to order the part and make the repair the same day. the cost was reasonable and I could not recommend them more highly.

An extraordinary customer experience is always worth 4 stars to me, but I generally reserve that 5th star for those who truly go above and beyond. And while great work says great things about a company, the personal interaction and communication really emphasizes what a company strives to achieve. Brian and the Kyle Automotive Team provide those key elements the second you walk through the door.

I cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed working with these fine folks. As a Colorado transplant, its hard to find folks you trust, and these folks are amazing. I'm bringing back my other car and I am sold!

They did have a little bit of a wait to get the car in, but when I showed up for my appointment and dropped the car off, they had it diagnosed and fixed that same day. Very pleased with their service fast, honest, friendly service.

They do great work here, and they're reasonably priced. As well they give great customer service, they explain in language you can understand. And if you have a Mustang, absolutely bring it here.

If you need a mechanic for anything they are the place to go! They are always friendly, do everything they can to keep your expenses low, they communicate well, and go out of their way every time.
