If you want your vehicle worse than what it went in, then visit this location. I took my Tesla with 6,800 miles for a nail tire repair on the rear passenger side. Here are pictures of what my rim looked like before and what it looks like now after a negligent service. Thank you, Heather.

Very grateful for the lovely folks who helped me and my clown out this past week! After my vehicle starting and stopping on me over the past month or so, I came into Goodyear looking to have my starter and battery checked. Even though it was a $25 charge for the service, the staff were nice enough to keep my vehicle for a few extra days to see if they could recreate the issue I was having! And THEN, when I went in this morning to retrieve the car before work, they were nice enough to waive the fee since there wasn t an issue they could find.Excellent customer service. S/o to Christian who worked with me and my dad over the weekend!!

I can only assume it s the management or supervisory staff change some time in 2022, but the experiences I have had with them in the past couple of years have been nothing short of outstanding! The staff is knowledgeable, detailed in their explanations, and always giving advice on ways to save the customer a penny and still maintain their vehicle. Now they are my go to for ALL services as I always feel like I am being taken care of and not being taken for a fool.

Heather and Thomas are amazing to work with. This place will get you in and out fast. They will tell you honestly what needs to be done and only tell you to fix what they think is unsafe.. This is my TIRE place now. Thank You!

MIKE is a true gentleman! I have been getting my oil change here since 2022 and the guys here are quick, friendly, and calm. I overheard a person giving some interesting feedback to Mike and he was calm and open to understanding her perspective without a hint of disregard. I encourage you to check these guys out!

Whole team there is 5 star. The front end and the techs in the bays, all super friendly and made me feel comfortable with what my car needed. Would recommend this place to anyone needing car repair. Honest, reliable and fair prices

Didn t rotate tires like they said they did on top that broke all 4 my center caps. I was wondering why they were so fast cause they didn t do a damn thing.

Been coming here for regular oil changes. A few months back i hit a dead deer on the road. Tried getting these guys to look for problems they couldn't find any. Today they refused to even lift my car to even look for leaks after telling me oil and coolant was low. Their reasons were, not experienced enough to lift the car and look, changing to not comfortable enough to work on a bmw then finally accusing me of blaming them for the issues (read back to when i blamed it on the dead deer). Honestly i know you dont care about your customers but i wont be returning.*edit: i stupidly believed them about oil not even showing up on my dip stick, went out and bought some. Looked for dipstick to see how much i needed to put. There is no dipstick. You can check oil level on my dash but messages would have popped up that it was low so it never actually was and they never actually checked. Lying seems to be Christians weakest talent

My husband and i just had to get our oils changed, and from the moment we walked in the service was impeccable. Mike got us started, he was friendly,personable and efficient. Explained everything, including costs and detailed what it included. We had constant interaction with Daryl and Laura and the level of customer service was nothing short of outstanding. Both our cars were done quickly.Although we have been to other shops for car services, going forward this will be our go to. I cannot recommend them high enough, and kudos to obviously the management as this behaviour trickles from the top. Outstanding and thankyou again!!!!!

Set an appointment on Monday for Tuesday morning at 9 AM. I showed up at 8:30 am. At 10 AM I looked outside and they hadn t even started on my vehicle yet. I asked him why and the answer I received was I don t know, I guess they re not communicating back there. As we were talking about it the mechanic grabbed another vehicle that came in an hour after me to bring it into the shop. I asked for my keys and left. Avoid this place. The guy at the front was nice but the mechanics in the back are obviously incompetent.

Worst experience, I scheduled online for oil change on their ultimate package. 95.00 with online discount of $15. When I arrive I waited a while before anyone helped me with no one in their shop. I then waited for the guy who helped me while he adjusted the price because the computer was not working right, messes up when it s online appointments . Then gives me a total of $107. I don t think he was expecting me to ask but I was like so it s $25 extra of taxes and what other fees are you charging me? He says it s for an upgraded oil filter? Is oil filter not included in price? Well yes, but it s an upgraded one????Needless to I was not happy about their prices not being upfront. I don t care if you have extra fees etc include that in the price and don t advertise incorrectly.

I want to thank Michael for helping me with my part that required using his shop press, it was at the end of the day and all garage doors were closed in the shop. Instead of telling me that they were closed he took the time to helping me putting my parts together and at no charge. For someone who runs a business that treats a person like that at closing time. Says a lot about how great this business is, thank you so much Goodyear auto.

I made an appointment to have my AC checked out for my 2011 Camaro.I thought it wasn't performing properly, and it's 11 years old.He asked me how long I've lived in Texas,(6 months) I told it works great 1st thing,But the technician assured me it was fine before even looking at it.Saving me over $200

I had heard that GoodYear in Kyle was under new management, I needed new tires, alignment and had a noise in the rear of my vehicle, so I tried them again. I have work with both, Joe and John now, what an amazing team! Customer Service was excellent, they were fast and efficient! The mechanics were polite and I felt they were knowledgeable on troubleshooting the noise in the rear. I felt safe when I left. They have earned my trust. Thank you.

My tire light came on and I called to see if they could check my tires and what the cost would be because someone had told me they charge for that. Since I work right down the road I gave them a call and spoke with a very nice guy by the name of Darryl. He was very professional and courteous and told me to bring it on in and he would be glad to help me. He asked for my car make and model and said he would be looking for me. In my head I thought yeah right! Before I could get out of my car Darryl was coming out of the door to assist me. He said he would have me on the road shortly and he did what he said. After a very short wait he had pulled my car around to the door and came in and got me and opened the car door for me and also had my AC blowing good and cold for this Texas heat. I have lived in the area almost 9 years and have never used them before but after my experience on Friday they will be my go to. It is hard to find good customer service these days but Darryl is definitely an asset to the Goodyear team. Keep up the good work.

Went in to get my tail light replaced. They took a long time getting it taken care of at the shop. Then I left on a state wide trip and when I stopped at the gas station my tail light was not secure.

I absolutely ADORED Laura. I think she heard the concern in my voice when she told me my car needed a diagnostic for the coolant, a new tire, and then whatever the diagnostic was. She and the manager John worked their magic and got the tire on that same day (under my warranty), and managed to have a reasonable price to pay at the end. She was friendly, courteous, and reasonable. I am now not nervous to have to go to this location again. The ONLY reason I am not putting a 5 star is because when I got in my car, there was no sign of sanitation. There was no matas, the steering wheel didn t have any sort of protection, and I feel like that s super important during this pandemic.

Yikes. Well, while I didn't have a horrific experience, it wasn't the best. I must preface this review by saying isn't my usual company for an oil change. But I went anyway and I began to feel uneasy. The female associate said they were too busy (?) so I made an appointment for the next day. There apparently weren't many times open for the next day either (??). The next day I just so happened to ask for verification of the price before the oil change. It was more than the coupon for an additional .5 gal of oil. She was quite matter of fact and did not try in the slightest to accommodate. A very kind of "don't let the door hit ya in the butt on the way out" attitude. So...here's the thing, I know the nature of the business. More quarts means more money. I get it. Additionally, I appreciateService workers because they deal with rude people all day. But her attitude and perceived unwillingness to help was so off-puting both days that I went in. I'm African American and didn't have a big order, aka, not a big spender. I hate to suggest those factors may have had something to do with it but I think they may have. I can only hope not. My lesson is stick to the rivers and the lakes that you're used to.

This is a good place to come for oil changes. My one complaint would be poor communication and sluggish response times at the front desk, but their quick lube prices are extremely reasonable, they are honest and helpful, and the building is clean and safe. They also always have coffee ready! I actually don't recommend the coffee, it's cheap and usually old, but if you're not particular about flavor, it's super convenient. My oil changes and inspections are always done well, if not super quickly. The people are friendly. One guy left my oil stick out once, and flagged me down before I drove off to replace it - I really appreciate that! I know mechanics forget to put little parts back or leave their own tools inside engines sometimes, and I'm really happy the technician had enough integrity and memory to fix the problem rather than try to cover it up. I'm satisfied with them overall, and I never go anywhere else for my oil changes.

My car was vibrating something fierce. However, there was Check Engine Light signal, so I took it in and worked with Michael at the Kyle, Texas location. He and his team were, as they have been several times before, prompt with figuring out the problem and took their time to explain to me the totality of the issue, including how everything worked and the expectations of the costs. They kept me apprised of updates as they came in and were greatly helpful in figuring out how to go about fixing it, especially Michael. Thank you for such great care and service!

The customer service was great and fast. I needed a lot done and they were honest and quick with getting everything done. They did everything they could to help me out on the price as well especially the front desk lady Miss Lara. Overall great service and I highly recommend using them for any car service.

My experiences are always ways to accommodate my needs. They help me from my biggest mechanical issues to the smallest. I've been coming to this location for over 3 years for my regular oil change and other things I've needed checked. Great customer service form both receptionists and mechanics is NOT common. Great job, and great staff.

Had a scheduled appointment to change all tires and get an alignment and it took less then an hour and a half. I had blocked half the day because I thought it would take hours. Super fast and great service!!! Thanks goodyear

Great service...let me explain.Today (Labor Day) at about 2:30 pm we had a tire blow-out (not bought at Goodyear) on I-35 about 9 miles south of Goodyear in Kyle. While I dealt with AAA, thought it might even be something besides a tire, my wife called Goodyear to see if they were open, which they were. She talked to Laura who said just bring it in...and if they can't fix it, but can see the issue (transmission, etc.), there will be no charge.Laura also said not to worry if we can't be there by closing (4 pm), just call by about 3:30 and let them know what is going on. At about 3:30, with the AAA tow "nearby" but not to our car yet, my wife called Goodyear again.Get this...Laura said they would keep the shop open, and told my wife not to worry. Now you have to understand we've used Goodyear at Kyle before but only occasionally....we are not family, friends or have we been long term customers.When I got to Goodyear, right at closing, Martin took care of us without even mentioning the 4 pm closing time. In fact to him it was all about solving our problem....the blown tire. Which they stayed to put on our car (in fact we bought a set of 4 Goodyear Eagle Sports that were on sale).All I can say is this...honestly, I didn't expect such great service from Goodyear. Expected the "well we close at 4pm", or, "leave the car and we'll call you in the morning".Just one experience...but somehow I suspect it's the norm for this Goodyear-Kyle team.

Took my poor car in late on a Monday. they squeezed me in but ended up needing to keep it over night since it was in worse shape then I hoped. They were incredibly accommodating and got me a ride home. Came back the next day and they got all the parts we needed to get it going before I had to leave for work at 4. Very friendly staff and the price wasn't ridiculous either.

I ve moved from Kyle to San Marcos and now New Braunfels and this is still my go to shop. They re on point with customer service, I never feel pressured into buying anything they just recommend what s best for my car to keep it running like a champ. I always seem to run into Laura, but Stephanie and Jason are both very nice as well! I feel like my car last longer and runs better between oil changes, had to get it changed once while I was out of state and a month later I needed another one. I love it knowing I can just come in and trust that I m being taking good care of, both me and my car.
