This place will rip u off. We received a estimate for 7K for front end damage already higher than other shop but other shop were 2 was out so we went with Chapa BIG MISTAKE. They tore the car down and never told us they found additional damage or anything. By the time we realized what they were doing it was too late. Now the bill is 13,900. My insurance paid some of it but I was stuck with a $3,800 out of pocket. They also left a bolt loose on the lower control arm.

Unfortunately I have been rear ended twice and both times Daniel Chapa and Chapa autocraft were exceptional!! They not only know their business and perform work beyond what the customer expects, but they make dealing with the insurance company easy by assisting every step of the way! We will continue to bring any of our vehicles there if repairs are needed!!Mark Soliz

The trust worthy auto shop I ve been looking for. They even took my car on the road to test that the AC repair was accurate and functioning correctly. 100% recommend.January 2024 update - I was recently in a fender bender and the other parties insurance claimed liability. To put it lightly, getting them to pay for a fair and quality estimate from Chapa was a nightmare. Daniel went above and beyond educating me on the process and making many attempts to contact the insurance provider with detailed information. 101% recommendService: Air conditioning

The owner Mr. Chapa took great care of me I've never had to take a car to get a repair or experience having to rent a car but he helped me out and even gave me a ride to the rental place. I had just bought a Dodge Challenger and 2 weeks in got into an accident and their repair made it look as if nothing happened definitely recommending this place to all friends and family.

Chapa Auto Craft has worked on all of my cars for about 10 years now, and I have never thought about taking my cars elsewhere. Their customer service is fantastic, and their works speaks for itself. Chapa Auto Craft fixed my Lincoln Mark VIII, and did an amazing job. I brought it in the shop for Automotive service and well and some simple Auto body and paint work, the car came out amazing.

Everyone here is very nice. I have taken my car here many times and there is never surprise costs or incomplete work. They are great about just doing what you asked but letting you know if something else needs to be taken care of and truly how soon. I would recommend Chaps to anyone.

WOW! The service provided by Daniel and his crew was the best experience I ve had with getting work done for my car. Daniel is very professional and upfront about all work needed to be done. I had a timeframe that needed to be met and he exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend Chapa Auto and I will continue to go there for anything I need done to my car. Highly recommend Chapa Auto Craft here in Kyle! Not only was Daniel super thorough with outlining the repairs needed but from the moment I dropped off my car he handled everything from contacting the insurance to picking me up to go get my car. This type of service and attention to detail is hard to find, however Daniel and his team made sure to not overlook the little things. I have found a new go to auto body shop and couldn't be happier.

I have taken 3 different car to Chapa in the past 4 years, (none of them wrecked at my fault, no really!) and we could not be more pleased with the work. I highly recommend Chapa. The owner and entire staff are great to work with.

I needed my front brakes done very badly after checking the reviews around and calling around for quotes I settled on Chapa. Not only were they fair in price they did a great job, Daniel is very friendly and you can tell he cares about you first and bunisses next. I will be bringing my car there in the future and will continue to for any future cars. Thank you Chapa for caring about your community, and for not charging out the ears for mechanical work!!

A few months ago, my car was broken into and the left rear window was smashed. I called a couple of local shops with little to no help. When I called Chapa Auto Craft, Daniel was so helpful. He priced out a window and found it locally. I dropped off my car the same day and in less than 24 hours, I had my car back! Knowing Chapa Auto Craft is a full service auto shop, I'll be taking my car for everything. They are very professional, incredibly nice, and genuinely care. Thank you Daniel and Chapa Auto!!

Terrible place, took my car, they had it for 2 weeks and they didn t do anything to fix it only made me waste my time and money. They charged me for a bunch of diagnostics only to not even attempt repairing my car. They did not have knowledge or experience. Did not know what they were doing. If they would just have told me that from the start I would have appreciated their honesty but they didn t. They just wanted to scam me. It s sad what greed can do to people/companies. Do not recommend, look for an actual honest/knowledgeable place to go to other than these scammers.Services: Transmission, Electrical, Engine repair

I purchased a truck from Daniel and it couldn't have been a better experience. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond even at times when he didn't have to. Customer service is their #1 priority which you don't see very often, especially in the auto industry. I will continue to do business with Chapa Auto Craft and I highly suggest you do as well!

I was here with two vehicles and multiple items needing to be done from windshield replacement to oil change to spot painting and even an inspection. Everything was done perfectly. They even took time out of their day to check out other small items. I appreciated their work and friendliness. Would recommend!

As a full time driver I went in for a simple rock chip repair and oil change that was november. Since then Chapa has become my shop of choice. Daniel works with my driving schedule and gets me in and out in a timely manner and within my budget. So far they have done oil changes, brakes, hubs and even replaced a damaged seatbelt. I have been more than satisfied with the service.

Chapa Auto Craft is great! They repaired and repainted the dented trunk on my mother's Toyota, and it looks brand new! I would use their services again gladly. They are reasonable, fast, do very good work, and are very nice to work with. You won't be sorry you chose Chapa Auto Craft.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Price seemed fair and they were very communicative with updates. Took two cars here and completely satisfied with their work on both. Will go here again next time I need something worked on.

Chapa auto was outstanding. I've never been in an auto accident and I contacted a local company and Daniel was able to walk me through everything and Educate me about the process along the way. We have used Chapa Auto Craft, since the kids started driving. They have kept the kids mustangs in great shape, both body and mechanical. They have replaced a motor in my mother in laws car, and they have worked on my Corvette. I strongly recommend them for all your auto needs, from body work to mechanical to inspections.
