What can you say about a shop that the owner is always present in the store every day? How about the term exceptional, exceptional, impersonal care, exceptional quality of service, and exceptional and fair pricing. This is exactly the place. You ve been looking for people that care about what they do, they re just not doing it as a job, they re doing it because they re enthusiasts about cars, enthusiasts about doing things correctly, the first time , And they re clearly enthusiasts about providing high levels of customer care.It s easy to find a place to get your car fixed, what s very difficult to find people to take a great deal of pride and what they do, and care about you as much as I care about your car. And that s the thing with Spencer s, it s a family owned business, and understands what the word family actually means. Spencer s does all my auto work. They are reliable, fair, and honest. They provide a complete run down on your vehicle, recommend things that need to be addressed, but do not pressure you to address them. The staff is friendly and professional. Great place. I highly recommend it.

They are fair, check everything and make recommendations if needed but not pushy about getting it done but may urge something like brakes. I haven t used it but in some cases they offer financing. Friendly, let you know when they are having specials. All around place to go for automotive needs

Top notch service by all the staff . Reasonable prices. And they gave me a free loaner car to drive while they fixed my car . Love Spencer's auto repair. I even got a follow up text from the owner where I sang there praises . Great group of guys and gals !

Amazing and honest repair shop. I ve been bringing my vehicle here for 3 years now and I would never take my vehicle anywhere else. Brian is very thorough and communicative and makes me feel good about investing into my vehicle to keep it in tip top shape. The team of mechanics there is very skilled and gets it done right the first time. I highly recommend this repair shop

Unfortunately the transmission went out on my 2015 Chevrolet traverse. The repair for that cost quite a bit due to the nature of the issue but they worked with us to find a rebuild that was within our budget. Staff were very helpful, friendly, and even offered a free rental car to use during the repair, however we did not need it. Have he my vehicle back for over a month now and it s driving like new again. Highly recommend!

My wife and I have availed ourselves of the services at Spencer s since we moved to Texas over a year ago. The technicians are nonpareil and are happy to spend time showing and explaining issues that give the customer great confidence that the problems presented will be corrected with perfection. It is a streamlined operation with a family atmosphere that follows up after the appointment. That makes me feel good!

I brought my girlfriend s Tahoe here due to an oil leak. I had the pleasure of interacting with Jessica, she made me feel valued since the moment I walked in. They even offered me a loan car for my convenience, & they had the Tahoe ready before the end of the day! The owner Rachel was also there, & she asked me if everything turned out okay. Great experience overall, & I will definitely bring both of our vehicles here moving forward. Thank you!

Spencer s has always been my go to shop. I love that they do a full inspection so I always know exactly what my cars needs , and they even send me a digital version so I can see it myself! Brian and Jessica are extremely helpful, from explaining which repairs are needed and why to keeping me updated throughout the repair process.

The people who work here are honest and kind. Spencer s auto repair does a fantastic job fixing my Toyota, and explaining the repairs needed. They are very knowledgeable in their field, but never talk down to you, and will explain things in detail if needed. My family and I have been going here for years, and will continue to do so. Getting repairs done at a dealership will cost an arm and a leg in comparison, as well as feeling like a commodity, and not a person. If you are looking for trusted place to take your vehicle, take your car to Spencer s. It will be in good hands.

Brian the manager took his time and explained every detail of the repairs and maintenance needed and came up with customized plan to keep my car another 100k miles. Jeremy repaired my car flawlessly . It feels like my car is brand new again. Would give more stars if I could !

I have been going to Spencer s Auto Repair since 2019 when my older car got to the point it started needing repairs done. They were so professional and thorough explaining to me what was needed and why. They provided detailed photos of the repairs needed and a detailed estimate. They offered a 24 month or 24,000 mile nationwide warranty on the parts. In addition they provided me with a free complementary rental car while my car was being repaired. Since then I have taken my car back several times for oil changes and maintenance that is due to be performed based on my cars mileage. I have the utmost trust and respect for Spencer s Auto Repair. It is family owned and the staff are friendly. They always follow up with me to make sure all is well. My car runs great and I can t imagine going anywhere else for my car repair needs.

I went here to get a oil change done to my 2016 honda pilot, they were super nice and honest about my car, they even showed me that my car was slinging axle grease and gave me a good price to fix it. Would go here again!

Took my truck to this repair shop based on the reviews. Well was I 100% fooled. My window wouldn't roll up and I was told the total cost would be over $800. This included the $150 diag fee they do not roll into the cost of repairs when you choose to have them fix it like all the other places I've dealt with nor do they tell you this upfront. I decided to go online and find the door lock switch for $25 and replaced it myself in 2 minutes. I would never recommend this repair shop. They gave me a list of "needs" and three of those I can do myself for under $100 and their charge was around $280-300. I now believe the reviews are bogus with my experience. Last thing, don't expect much with their complimentary rental vehicles. I was looking for a long term repair shop for our vehicles but this is NOT the place. Lesson learned !!!

Great crew and services in this automotive repair shop in Krum Texas. The mechanics are well certified and qualified. They replaced my wheel bearings and steering parts to return my 2011 lexus to top shape. Drive like a new car. Spencers is fast with services, and keeps you informed as to services and tasks being performed. Will use them again. Tom

Great experience always. Staff is courteous, honest, and friendly. Always willing to go that extra mile to assure you great quality work. They really helped me when I was critically ill when my vehicle was there for over 5 months. I ve never had any issues with them and I will continue to take any vehicle I have there to Spencer s going forward. I highly recommend them if you want the work done to your satisfaction. The receptionist, Jessica, was very welcoming and she listened carefully to my concerns. I was updated with phone calls, texts with photos and status of repairs.My vehicle needed a lot of work and everything was done in the time frame expected.
