North Texas RV repair does excellent work and I would recommend to anyone needing RV repair. I bought a new toy hauler from RV dealer in Denton. Had trouble with the slide binding up. Place where I bought it said it would be a month to be able to drop it off and stayed there another month and they still hadn t even looked at it. Took to North Texas RV repair and they fixed it in a week. Terry is very knowledgeable and great to work with. Awesome job.

I call and talked to Terry. I explained what had happened to my rv and that I have a claim with my Insurance company. Terry explained the process and assured me they would do all the work necessary to see the work done properly a d make sure the Insurance company does what is best for us.I called other companies but they seamed rush and did not explain the process etc.Terry and Dsve both work very hard on get everything checked out and due to all the damage from the storm the inspector for the insurance company said it was best to replace our trailer.My wife and I are so grateful for the dedication and attention to detail to the process to get our trailer processed correc and took great care of the situation and were very helpful.

This place came highly recommended by a friend of the owner. We were super excited to find a seemingly great place close to home to develop a relationship with in maintaining our new-to-us coach. After speaking to Terry on the phone and sending photos of some paint work our coach would need, he gave a rough ballpark price and told us to bring it in and he would look at it in person. We took it in and they made the time for us. Great. Off to a good start. We appreciated that and there was not going to be a charge for the estimate. Bonus. Others had wanted hundreds of dollars just for an estimate. We live an hour away so $75 maybe round trip in fuel. He looked at the RV .started implying it was going to be much more than the ballpark estimate. This is where I started to get jumpy. Nevertheless, he said he would email us an estimate in the afternoon of the following day. I decided just to sit back and wait. Short story: he didn t send an estimate. I waited a couple of days and followed up with a phone call. Waited a couple more days followed up with another phone call. Left several messages on voicemail. It s now been maybe 3 to 4 weeks. Never heard from the guy. What a jerk. At this point feel like we dodged a bullet. What a waste of time and a waste of gas. Hours I can t get back. Go find somebody who gives a flip. This place obviously didn t want our business.Service: Body & Trim

We are full-time RV'ers in our class A motorhome. It sustained considerable damage to one side and the rear cap. Terry said it would be several weeks repairing it. We were allowed to stay in our motorhome for the 2 months it took to repair it. NO CHARGE! Everyone there was super friendly. The technicians are highly skilled and did a great job repairing the damage. We were allowed to come and go as we pleased. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs RV body work. Thank you, Terry, Kevin, Tommy, PeeWee. You guys are the best!

Worked with Terry, great guy. It took a little while to get the parts for my RV but I expected that. Any unit over 4 years old becomes hard to get parts for. Terry got all the parts in and we drove over and they installed 2 A/C units and a couple of cosmetic fixes in the same day. I'd use them again.

March 2020. We called several other RV repair shops whose 1st question was "Did you buy your unit here?" As we didn't, the 2 weeks to schedule an appointment wasn't an option. Upon calling Terry, he said "Today? Sure, bring it on in and I'll look at it." Talk about a life saver! Thank you Terry and staff for accommodating us. Very professional, knowledgeable and only 4 miles off I-35. Don't waste your time calling others, call here 1st.

Terry, ken, and David are the gentlemen I dealt with.Told me the fix would take 8 to 12 weeks, and was done in 6.Love that they under promised and over delivered.They were kind, professional, and I'm thrilled. Back on the road!Thanks north TX rv repair!

I had a wreck on Memorial Day weekend with my truck and my camper. I am from the Houston area but work in Fort WOrth all the time. So I told the Insurance Company to find a place in Fort Worth and let them do the repairs. I am very pleased that they chose Best Value RV. I dealt with Terry. He repaired my camper and gave me regular phone calls to up date me on the progress of the camper. When it was finished and he had notified me I was unable to pick it up due to work. He meet me on his day off to allow me to pick the camper up. Also when I first got to the Fort Worth area he meet me after hours to allow me to retrieve some items I left in the camper. Customer Service is the best, the repaire work beat my expectations. I will be using them in the future for all of my RV repaire work. Thanks Terry and crew

Friendly guys that do the work quickly and efficiently. Prices are fair and they aren t your big time dealership trying to get the most number of hours squeezed out of you.

We took our motor coach in to get an estimate for some damage. We needed two estimates. This was our first. When went to pick it up to take it to get thw 2ND estimate they charged us $375. They never mentioned cost for an estimate when we took it in. It doesn't state it on their website either. The estimate was outrageous and included items not even damaged. Watch out! Not honest

We brought Our rv to repair the slide, the sink that was licking, so they put some silicon around the sink,that you can buy in any store, the sink still licking and the slide still with the same problem, they charge an exorbitant amout and do a horrible job! I do not recommend this place.

Must be short handed. My rv has been there for 3 months and can't even get an estimate. Can't even return my phone call. Left numerous messages. Not Happy.

Bought a rv from this place, was average rv for the price we payed finance was easy and fast, rv had problems the owner himself took care of our problem and out the door very quickly great place
