Terry and Shaye hopped right on my car inspection. I just love it that a chick knows what she knows and is so nice and pretty. She is good at diagnosing AND repairing your car or truck. They do excellent work and are polite at the same time. REFRESHING!!!

Was a great experience. My husband and I needed to get an oil change while we were out taking care of business away from home and we ran across Stokes. Very friendly place and the service was great. Loved how they treated every person that came though the door with respect and dignity. If we ever out that way agin we will definitely use those wonderful people agin.

Super convenient and fast friendly staff!! Recommend for any services they offer. This is the only place my dad ever went for his oil changes. Went for my inspection Mr. Terry said he could get to my car by 10:30. I arrived at 10:20 and he already ready and available to do my car!! Thanks so much for your friendly service!!

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARSI WOULD Don t schedule an appointment with these people they do not follow the appointment was scheduled for 9 am and they still haven t even touched our vehicle we are still waiting just got asked if we had been helped at 9:45 so appointment does not matter at all this place has gone so downhill most definitely will not be backDon t make appointments available if you don t plan on sticking to the scheduleUpdate was told after waiting an hour that they were going to be a while and that we should drop the car off so was told we would be going after a vehicle that just came out just now at 9:52 and we were told we would be going after that and now they are sending us away after having been lied to on the phone about the wait time will not ever be going back to this place absolutely garbage establishment and the workers there are NOT on the same page at all

Rude service. Go spend your money somewhere else. Definitely wouldn t try this place. They love Taking advantage and had my son apply for a credit card. Without telling him how it works they had him apply. Then they Maxed out the card without explaining to him how it works. Nothing but garbage service and money hungry individuals that work here. Garbage business. I d pay you to go spend your money somewhere else.Services: Tires, Brakes

I've taken my cars to Stokes for many many years. They are honest and fair dealing in all they do. Terry is a kind man that likes to joke but when it comes to work hrs serious. You can't go wrong by taking your car to this shop. If they can't fix it they will tell you.

A big thank you to the people at Stokes tire and service.I am on a long rv trip with the family and happened to experience a blown tire.It happened within 1 mile of Stokes tire which was very fortunate. Even though they didn't carry the tire I needed for the rv, and was at the end of the day, 15 min before close they were ery willing to help. After I tracked a tire down and brought it in the staff stayed late past their schedule to change the tire.I am glad to find decent folks out there that are willing to help someone in need.My family thanks you for helping us get to our destination safely.Service: Tires

Do not recommend taking your vehicles here. Quoted $50.00 to call me with an estimate. After asking for a write up Terry said he would check one more thing and call me back. 3 hrs later never received a call. When I showed up to pay $50.00 and get a write up and receipt Terry got hateful and charged $75.00. So he carged me another 25.00 for Services. $7.13 for shop supplies. For a total of $82.13. Terry laughed in my face to his young assistant as they both laughed as if it was funny.

Get a bid beforehand! I made the mistake of thinking they would be fair but $325 for bearings on a small trailer is insane.

Just absolutely trust this tire shop. Great people to work with. They found the problems with my breaks when the dealership failed big time. Great tire service also. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

If I could give negative stars on this one I definitely would!!! Will NOT be going back to this place. After waiting 15 minutes to get an inspection done I was told that he was short on staff and that he really didn't have anyone there to do the inspection. Why in the hell didn't I get told this when I first went in. Bad business!!!!!

Only place I know it takes 30 - 45 minutes for a state inspection. This coming from a person that has even waited for inspections with emissions testing. Not to mention there was no one else there to be waited on. Definitely will use someone else from now on.

I told them i only had so much $$$ they told me about a card i can appy for an it can help me an it helped me alot breaks tires an inspection got all done an put it on this cool new card ask them about the card to save u moneyServices: Tires, BrakesServices: Tires, Brakes

It s taken them 3 hours just to do my car when there was nobody here. It sat out in the parking lot for about an hour then it s taken them two hours to get the tires on and an oil change. Like I don t understand will no be coming back!!!!!
