I am at this place now, and I can see what they are saying about the poor service. I basically had to literally chase down and grab one of them just now, just to get them to do a plug, and are charging me double the normal price of course. Not to mention when I walked in I must have looked like a diseased rat, like I have leprosy or something, and they couldn't come near me, they dodged me like I was some kind of a beggar. Funny, they immediately tried to talk to my gf when she walked up, then ditched when she joined me. When they are done taking 18 years to finish, I will leave and never come back. UPDATE: David just rudely snatched the money from my hand as I gave it to him. Neat.

Editing to add stopped by again this morning. I was fixed up and on the road in no time. Great service!!Had a leak in my tire, stopped here. Immediately greeted by David. They fixed me up and had me out of there in no time. 10/10 recommend

They helped me out quickly, during the last few minutes before closing time. I was able to get a complete set of tires to be able to work tomorrow.

After buying multiple sets of tires from these guys they wanted to ask me if I had an appointment and wanted to charge me to check my air pressure in my tires they suck so rude

A great service shop. They helped me when the battery in my car died. They didn't take any money. My additional thanks to the gentleman who helped me to start my car. He even gave a ride to my car back from the tire shop after the problem was fixed. He also didn't want any money. What a great city and great people. I guess it's my turn to help others to repay my debt. Thank you guys.

Great tire shop. Fast service. 15 minutes in and out. They offer some of the best prices in the south east Texas area. I bought a used tire but looks brand new

Had some messed up tires and needed two new ones. He sold me two new mud terrain tires for 80 a piece with 60% tread life. Those tires are 425$ a piece brand new, I was so happy! Even balanced my tires no charge. These guys are good and fast.

I got tires from them today, used. 50 a piece, decent tires except one is currently flat less than 7 hours after purchasing it. Now I have to drive back there to get it replaced, hopefully with no issue. Went back, they completely replaced the tire with no issue, and even checked the pressure on all of them when my sensor refused to turn off.

I have purchased tires from Juan's 3x and had a good experience all three times. One of the times a tire has a slow leak from a nail and they fix it with no questions asked. I would recommend Juan's to anybody needing decent tires for what I believe is a decent price. I'll be back next time I need tires too. A+++

Bought 2 used tires for the wife's car and then I left the next day to work out of town. My wife said it went flat the next day so she went somewhere in Silsbee to get it fixed because she did not know where I had bought the tires. She said she had to buy another tire because the one I bought the day before at Juan's tire shop could not be repaired because they sold me a tire with a leak in the side wall. So now it is sitting in the back yard. They probably would have made the situation right with a different car but I don't know because I was out of town for 2 weeks and the wife did not know where they were purchased and went somewhere else.

Unfortunately I blow a tire on a Saturday, after I throw my spare out of the truck to make room. Good thing Juan's Tire was open.Very quick service back on the road in about 15 minutes. Thanks.

Best price in the area and I believe now you can get new tires from them. I never bought new tires here but if you need used tires to last you until you can afford new tires then this place is where you need to go. Great price and never had a problem here.

Terrible, I called & they quoted 75.00 to do my rear break shoes & said come on in. I got there & they said they couldn't do break shoes, just pads

Juan's treats you fare not like Monica brother's in Silsbee. He has my business rain or shine. I'd rather drive to Kountze and be treated good, then stay local and over pay

Very nice man , we where down in Beaumont helping with relief efforts come from Abilene Texas forgot spare to trailer this man fixed me up a spare tire and wheel no charge very honest and caring man everyone needs to go there and do business

Juan ordered me a special new tire and had it here in 1 day when the large stores told me 2-3 days plus Juan was cheaper.
