Stayed here for 2 weeks and it was nice and quiet most if not all sites have a decent metal roof and enough parking space for 2 vehicles. Not the best looking park but cant beat the daily rate and the owner is an awesome person too. Theres not much of anything around but there is a big gas station with restaurant next door, a Family Dollar across the street and 2 more restaurants a block down.

Camp Kosse is a friendly quiet RV Park. We have been here for 3 months, and time has flown by. When we have needed anything, service was prompt and extremely friendly. Not a resort, but a place to stay when you want to unwind and have some quiet. Rates are extremely fair, Residents are hard working individuals who are friendly and helpful. if you are looking for fancy and over priced, this is not the place.

Nice quiet park. Roads could use some serious work, and a pool in Texas should be a requirement, but facilities that are present are adequate and well worth the price. It's more of a park for travelling workers, not a resort, but a nice quiet place to stay.

I had seen this RV Park as we pass through this town many times but never stayed till this trip. It was very interesting to say the least, almost all the sites had sheet metal covers on them but they were occupied by full-timers and you know what that means, dirty trailers, lots of trash, just not a pretty sight.

Camp Kosse great wifi.the lots have metal canopies over ur rv.different sizes. We are in a 40 foot.presently paying the monthly rate $300 and all bills paid! Management very nice and helpful.You have to call as management does not stay in office.A truck stop and very good restaurant next door n two more down the street.A family dollar store and thats it.We enjoyed the Common Ground Cowboy Church.Small Walmart 16 miles away.Super Wal-Mart@ 30 miles away.rock lots n roads in park.no problems with utilities or neighbors.Park is not pretty but economical.One bathroom unlocked.old pool table in rec room tv not working at this time.But a computer to use.

Fairly nice place to stay, has RV covers which is plus .Has recreational area / TV & bathrooms, but houses a cat . Which makes it hard to stay in it very long because of the odors and stench .

Owners are great sites are covered quite and clean. Laundry facilities are nice and office has change.

Nice place good prices and they fill propane on sight just set your bottles out and they will come get them and bring them back
