When I take my stuff in to be serviced at Jon s Auto, I know that not only am I getting the service I asked for, he is going to go over my vehicle to make sure it is in good shape everywhere else.Trustworthy, fair priced, and timely service.

Bad customer service. I bought a horn for my truck from him that took him 5 min to put on. Turns out I found one hidden under the seat that the previous owner had taken off. I called him a couple of hours later to return the new one because I dont need it. He said he wont take it back because he doesnt like doing stuff like that .....you mean you dont like taking care if your customers?! Ok got it. Now Im stuck with an $80 part I dont need. Not going back there again.

Camper blew a tire. Couldn't come to help had to go to him. Couldn't even let us borrow a jack. Small town equals big prices! But at least he had a tire.
