Great customer service. The staff there are fast and professional. I really give them a lot of credit for their honesty too. I took my car to change the brake pads which I was told by another place needed to be replaced. An employee called me aside and told me that they still had a lot of life on them and that I didn't need to change them. I give a lot of respect for honesty, so 5 stars all around.

Love coming here for an oil change and state inspection. Quick and efficient. Customer service is always great.

Don't get your car inspected here! The technicians tracked oil and/or grease on the driver side floor mat of our car. When I called the manager, he stated that it was not the shop's responsibility to ensure they don't track oil or grease on a car since we were there just for an inspection. He offered no solutions or even an apology. With this kind of service, I will never go to this Stop-N-Lube again for anything.

Ok so I normally only come here for inspections once a year but this year I failed because of my serpentine belt. No biggie. Went and bought the part (not too expensive) from oreillys and brought my car back to them to replace it since they told me they could do it. Dropped my car off at 8 in the morning and was told they'd call me when it was done. Around 4:30 I called wondering how it was going and was told it had been done for a couple hours but they had been busy and forgot to call me to let me know. Again, no biggie I understand that. Went to go pick it up and was told they forgot to inspect it again as well. Was a bit annoyed but blew it off and just brought it back the next day for inspection, which it passed. Now, after the replacement I started hearing squealing coming from the serpentine belt area when I would start it up. I just thought since it was new it just needed to be worn in or something. Well about 2 weeks go by and it's still going on. So I get my mechanic friend to come check it out. Turns out it shouldn't be doing that. Then come to find out a little later the belt tensioner is having issues now. Turns out whoever did the replacement ended up NOT using the belt I brought it (the one I have now is an autozone belt) and they caused said damage to the belt tensioner and somehow caused damage somewhere in my coolant line because now I have a coolant leak. I wish I could legally do something about this but I doubt I can so I'm leaving this warning for others to not come to stop n lube for any actual mechanic work and I'll NEVER be coming back for even a simple inspection. Thanks guys for all the trouble.

This is the only place I use for our oil changes as the employees are great and do a great job. Their waiting room is nice and comfy, it is currently unavailable because of the pandemic.

Their service is always quick for me and the gentleman there are very polite and courteous. I go in for my inspections and to have my oil changed and haven't been dissatisfied yet!

I called ahead and was told they would be open until noon on July 4th. After my husband made the over 30 min drive to go get our trailer inspected, they told him they wouldn t do it. He got there around 11 and they told him they sent everyone home early. When he told them I had called earlier they said they were locking the doors and there was nothing he could do. Horrible customer service and a huge waste of our time.

I went in for an oil changewhat usually takes other places 30 mins to an hour to complete these guys completed in 15 mins, definitely going back for me next oil change!

HONEST AND FAST. WENT THERE FOR CHANGE OF SPARK PLUGS IN MY 2007 FORD F150. QUALITY WORK, NO HIDDEN CHARGES AND REALLY NICE SUGGESTIONS (NOT TO REPLACE EXTRA STUFF).WILL GO EVERYTIME THE NEED BE!
