Went better than expected. My car was surprisingly even cleaned after the service was done and the pricing for the work is the best in town. I always get my service done at Sames Kingsville Nissan. I ve purchased two vehicles from them and will always take my business to the people I can trust, Sames Kingsville.

If you need a car, truck anything on wheels I truly encourage you to go visit and ask for Dylan! He is extremely kind and caring! Helped my mother and I for the entire hours long process. We sat there definitely for a bit and he helped me drive away in a brand new car! He was truly the best and definitely deserves to be recognized for it!!

Doug was wonderful and really helpful with this being the first oil change on my 2022 Nissan kicks, he completely broke down the maintenance services by mileage and gave me his business card if I had any questions regarding to my vehicle s maintenance and/or problems that may happen in the future. I will definitely be returning to continue to have Sames Nissan Kingsville service and/or repair my vehicle

I had an amazing salesman who kept reeling us in. I went in thinking I knew what I wanted and then changed my mind. He was persistent in wanting to get a deal done and he finally did in the end. That just goes to show that he goes above and beyond in getting the customer what they want.

Christina was very nice and extremely helpful. Talk about fast too! I dropped off my vehicle Friday afternoon and was ready for pick up on Monday! I definitely have nothing but nice thing to say about the over all experience, and will be referring my friends and family.

As a first time car buyer, I was nervous about getting a new car and was nervous about coming to a dealership and getting ripped off. However, Tim Nobles changed everything for my partner and I. He took his time with us and was very thorough about what we were looking for and our financial situation. He really worked with us and made sure we had a great deal. He also made sure to explain every feature on my new vehicle. Also, Lupe was efficient and explained how financing my new vehicle would work. Great business and great people. Happy first time buyer of a 2019 Nissan Sport Rogue.

Took my car in because my radio wasn t working and I had problems with a bad tire. Also needed an oil change. They offered to drop me off while my car was being worked on and kept checking on me while waiting for my car to get fixed. Waited about 2 hours. My car even got washed. They did a great job!

Beware of the salesmen here. The two that "helped" me, seemed like they were only trying to help themselves. They wouldn't answer questions directly. I even caught one eating a corn dog in an office while my kids and I waited in the sun for an answer to one of my questions. When he came out, he still didn't answer it. The first guy that "helped" me was trying to be sneaky and when I caught him, he just kept making up lies. It wasn't until I got in touch with the manager and he came to help that anything was finally done. Had he not shown up, I would've walked out a third and final time. Instead, he got me into the truck I loved. Only reason for two stars instead of only one is because of that manager**Edit**Apparently reviews aren't actually read as I stated I spoke to the manager and yet the response I'm given is "... Call us to talk to the manager"

I recently purchased a 2021 Nissan Kicks at Sames Kingsville with Pete Perez. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He made sure I knew how everything worked before I left the dealership. I would highly recommend the dealership and staff to everyone I know.

Had the pleasure of working with Roque Johnson on 5/15/2020. Before going to Sames I had gone to dealerships in DFW, Brownsville, Harlingen and McAllen. Hands down Roque is the best sales rep I ve ever dealt with. He accommodated my covid-19 concerns and we did most of our business via phone and email. Not every dealership is willing to do that, but Sames stepped up and gave me all the help I needed remotely. I truly appreciate the accommodation.At first I resented the 2 hours drive to Sames in Kingsville. But Let me tell you, it was well worth it and I d do it again. He got me into a really nice Nissan Maxima at a great price. They worked to get me a good Interest rate. And before I left they cleaned and detailed the car spotless and gave it a full tank of gas for my trip back home. I m blown away from amazing costumer service. I wish y all would come to my hometown instead of the dealerships here!

Received a phone call to trade in my 2015 F150 from Tim Noble on Wed November 20. Stopped by Wednesday evening for a quick look at the Ford lineup. Thursday went to Alice Chevrolet to compare options and found them unwilling to negotiate a deal. Went straight back to Sames Ford and talked to Mr. Noble about options and inferred that I did not want another Ford. He then showed me the options available from Nissan. Though the MSRP was higher than what I was looking for He went above and beyond to try and work a deal that was in my payment range and on completion of the deal on Friday exceeded that by 200 dollars less than originally expected as well as a competitive interest rate. Fantastic service from all involved at Sames Nissan.

Our sales person - Bobby Salazar - was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and - most importantly - listened to our wants with genuine interest. Everyone that we interacted with at Sames reflected these qualities and a genuine desire to assist to the best of their abilities. I have already recommended Sames Kingsville Nissan to my family/friends and will continue to do so.
