Cole at Sames Ford was so helpful. He went above and beyond to help us get the Bronco of our dreams. We were from out of town and he worked so hard to get us the paperwork and all the things we needed to make it happen. He was efficient and had great communication with us throughout the process.

Ordered parts online through a company that Sames Kingsville fulfills orders for.. I ordered the parts that I wanted. Sames Kingsville changed my order and shipped a different part. I was never contacted then when I contacted them about their mistake, they claimed a policy that was not posted on the website that ordered from that since my vin was provided that they could not sell me parts that weren't original to my truck unless contacted first, they never contacted me and subbed my parts. So they want me to pay to ship that parts back on my dime AND pay a restocking fee. Take your business elsewhereUpdate: Chris in the parts department agreed that if I shipped the WRONG part back, he would ship the correct part to me. So I have the right part but I had to spend an additional $35 to fix Sames Kingsville's mistake. I understand the policy BUT you all didn't make it known until AFTER I contacted you about returning the wrong part. If you are going to have a policy contrary to that of a Ford part supplier that you fulfill orders for, you should make it known ASAP. I tried to speak to Helen but she was unavailable today

Do not trust these people. After seating down and going over the paperwork. They charged over 5k in service and warranty add on's. I was told I was receiving for free. If I had been told and asked if I wanted. I would have said no, too. I'm sure they won't admit too.May the Lord have mercy on their souls. But Karma is the equalizer in the end.Do not finance with them!( update : there reply to this. I called the number given only to get voice mails. They never tried to contact me. )

Every time I go to this dealership they have the worst service. Nobody wants to help.Worst customer service. JD was very helpful btw.

Brought car in for what ended up being a problem with clutch position sensor. Staff was very professional and flexible since I had not made an appointment beforehand. Once my car was with them, I did have to call the next day in order to get any updates on the status. Staff was very quick at diagnosing the problem and although I had to call them once to get an update on when it might be ready for pick up, their estimate was accurate.

Great service! Custom ordered F350 Dually arrived on time. All paperwork was completed before the vehicle pick-up. It was a quick process. The staff is friendly and courteous. Come by to get your new vehicle!

I would recommend Same Ford Kingsville if you are looking for a vehicle. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The warranty they provide is good. They even cleaned and filled up my truck before leaving.

I have to say that this was the best experience I have had on buying a new vehicle. The customer service was awesome and they knew exactly what I was looking for. They have a very professional and polite group of salespeople that make you feel at home. Along with the high quality of service, they had a good inventory of vehicles to choose from and very reasonable prices. I highly recommend Sames Kingsville to purchase your next vehicle!

Quick, easy, thorough process. Along with changing the oil, they even rotated my tires and filled the windshield wiper fluid tank. The price was reasonable and it took just over an hour. It was great. Recommend it highly. Pleasant experience.

Michael Ramirez went above and beyond with his courtesy and help in getting my Ranger prepped and all paperwork done. He took the time to make sure I understood the systems in the truck and answered all questions. Roque Johnson made sure the financial end of the deal was done correctly and I truly enjoyed his conversation. You should be proud to have people like this on your staff. I visited the service and parts department and they also treated me with care and smiling faces. The gentleman that detailed my Ranger was great too. Great experience and I highly recommend Sames Ford in Kingsville, TX. May GOD bless you and yours.

Called up Jacob and made appointment to see a new Bronco. Truck was ready for attest drive as well as a hard top for my wife to choose from. Only 3 hrs from walk in to drive out, nice and easy!!!! Highly recommend anyone to shop here!!!

I told the salesman what I was looking for and then he came back with a bank contract for a COMPLETELY different car. At this point I was just annoyed and wanted to leave. They took my car keys and wouldn t give them back to me. They sent 3 different managers to come talk to me and told me how I NEEDED them because I would eventually need good credit for a house and whatever. I felt so uncomfortable. I ll probably never shop for a car in person again. I recommend using Carvana or any other online dealership.

To the Owner and Manager and the Quick lane teamI want to thank you again for helping me with the most professional courtesy I have ever been shown by a Ford Dealer. I m an independent contractor I deliver Rv trailers and I was on my way to La Feria with one Wednesday and had left Little rock AR at 5am that morning march 29 2023 and noticed an odor coming into the cab and stopped in Beasley Tx and looked under the hood and there was steam spewing out of one of my batteries I had no warning lights on so i continued on trying to think of a ford dealer right off the highway so i could get a new battery and I remembered your dealership because I had stayed at the Hampton next door to you on several past trips I was an hour away when I called and told the gentleman I spoke to my problem he said bring it in and go to the quick lane and they would take care of it I arrived ant 4;30pm the tech came out and he knew i was there for a battery and the lady at the counter looked it up I paid for it he already had the battery out before the new on got over there from parts he put in the new one i started it everything was working fine on my 2021 F350 Lariat with 6.7 l I thanked them again and was back on the road and it was 5pm i was only down 30 min WOW amazing I have had ford trucks since 2008 and have never received the stellar treatment I had at Sames Ford.I may make a trip to Kingsville when I m ready for a new truck.Thank you all again for making my day and a successful tripThank youRichard Williams

Just bought my truck with Cole very respectful all the way through the best service best sales professional Im glad I was able to send blessings his way I couldn't thank u enough. I had bought a Tacoma but it fell apart and we took it back as if it were an act of God they took the truck back and didn't even make a mark on my credit and God sent us in his path I wish I could say it were me but I would be naive to say it wasn't an act of God so I want to say Thank God and thank u

My car overheated about 2wks ago. Took my car in that day and explained everything to service department and Cole who sold me the car helped me to check about my extended warranty. I got a call few days later about having extended warranty and that Arman from service department, got the ball rolling. Thanks to Armanand Cole, I got my car back! Thanks to Arman, Cole and Sames Kingsville!!!

I spoke to a young lady in service to schedule an appointment and was told they didn t have a loaner and was given a date for service. I called the day prior and asked if I brought the vehicle in the evening before if this might expedite the service, she assured me that this would move the vehicle into the shop first thing in the morning. We dropped the vehicle off and expected a call the following day to pick it up as we had rented a car. That evening I called to find out the status of our vehicle and was informed that due to some scheduling glitches my truck never made it in to service but they would get it done the following day (Friday). Friday evening approximately 4:30 pm I called again and was again told of scheduling problems , again the vehicle was not seen. I expressed my disappointment in the way this was progressing. The young service writer then told me the truth she said they only had two technicians working in the shop and they were backed up, but she assured me that on Monday this situation would be resolved. Fast forward to the following Wednesday and much of the same stories , I said enough I m now approximately 750.00 into a rental and no assurance of an end in sight. She talked to her Mgr. And said they would pick up two days of rental and the truck would be completed the following day. She called the following day and informed me that it was ready to pick up, we arrived at the dealership went into service I noticed the paperwork laying out on the desk , and my truck in the drive with an additional weeks worth of dirt. The service writer appears and ask me to sign the acceptance and we left. What an extremely disappointing experience. I have bought at least six Ford s previous and have never been lied to and strung out like this before. My advice find a dealership with some integrity!

Quicklane has lost my service since Valarie left. Twice I ve taking my vehicles in only to be lied about the time it will take. This last time I was shuttled home to only not have a ride back because the employee left home. So I had to find my own ride. I was told my vehicle would take 2 hours and it was there all day. When I was finally able to pick up my vehicle my oil light was not reset and there was not a sticker in my car either. So I had to drive it back to get the light reset. I feel bad for the service advisor because you can tell he was stressed and overwhelmed but trying his best because he was alone. Hopefully this place can get back to the way it was when Valarie was there. Until then I will not be taking my vehicles back.

I called them at last minute, to try and get out of town and remember I need a battery as it had tested low earlier in the month.They told me to go head and come in and I was out within the hour.Thank you

Cole G�mez was extremely helpful when we came in to look for our new vehicle. He new exactly what we wanted and made the buying experience very pleasant. The whole staff is very friendly, customer focused, and knowledgeable. This is one of the best experiences we have had in a long time. Our vehicle has been there since October 10,2022 in the service department when we got it towed. It's been 3 months supposedly repairs got approved now one of the techs is out . The service department representative lacks communication. I wouldn't recommend getting your vehicle serviced here. We've been waiting for so long already it's ridiculous. 01/11/2023

Sames Quick Lane was great. I had an appointment at another dealership for an oil change and tire rotation. And even with an appointment they said it would be about 3 1/2 hour wait. So I went to Sames at the end of the day and they saw me right away and I was out in less than an hour. I'm so grateful for their great service

Best customer service experience I ever encountered. They took care of my vehicle and dropped me off at home so I could get some sleep. Later that day I called them and they picked me up so I could get my vehicle. No waiting, no hassle, nothing. What a great team of professionals.
